This place has a huge selection of flavors, though nothing particularly unique. The service is very friendly and they let you try as many flavors as you want. The reason for the 3 stars is because they do not allow more than one flavor unless you choose a "regular" size, which is A LOT of ice cream. Other places have no problem splitting one scoop into two flavors even for the smallest/kiddie size, but here you can pick only one flavor for "mini" and "small". My problem isn't the cost of a regular cup, but the huge waste it creates - we ended up throwing away half the portion simply because we wanted to try two flavors but didn't want that much ice cream. What an adorable shop! It's small but there's a nice patio. The ice cream is delicious. However, my kids found it a little hard to eat because it was so thick. I had an orange cream soda, which was amazing. Maybe a little pricey? But the product is so good, it's worth it. read more

What a lovely ice cream shop! We visited here on Wednesday and just loved it! I had a sundae with coffee ice cream it was sooo good! My husband had a root beer float and just loved it. The ice cream is so creamy and has such flavor you can tell it is home made. They said it is made locally. The 2 young ladies that were working that day were so nice and friendly and thanked us for coming in when we left, you don't see that too much anymore! Nice portion size so you get more than just a taste at an excellent value that doesn't break the bank. We try the black raspberry, coffeehouse and salted carmel plus tried the banana chocolate chunk, chocolate carmel brownie, pistachio and coffee heath. All excellent! The staffing is friendly and helpful. Very conscience toward customer allergy concerns. Maybe you dig that busy spot in Westford...it is good, or that farmy joint in Spencer...also decent, or even the Hudson micro speakeasy sideshow...meh for me, but THIS. This. This is the worst ice cream stand i have ever been to. I wish i could give no stars. We ordered a cone and hot fudge sundae. The cone came up right away but i waited 15 minutes as they kept filling orders after me. I had to ask twice before it was made. She handed me ice cream with whipped cream. Absolutely best ice cream I have had in a long time.I had a hot fudge sundae with banana choc chunk ice cream There were no artificial flavors, there were chunks of frozen bananas! The chocolate chunks were big but not too big and did not out do the bananas. Hot fudge was yummy too. Not too sweet. Staff was very friendly and efficient. They were not stingy with the toppings. Heart-warming and rare customer service! My best friend is a Covid survivor, and all she wanted to eat one day while ill was a vanilla shake. Mimi went above and beyond trying to help me (in CA) get a vanilla frappe (I learned that's what a shake is called on the east coast) to her for a birthday surprise. This involved email and text exchanges and a couple phone calls! Turns out my friend wasn't even in MA on her birthday, but Mimi was happy to drop a gift card (previously purchased in anticipation of delivery with the frappe) in the mail to my friend's home.
