Incredibly uncomfortable!…read more My dad and I decided to switch up our routine and visit the Regal Turlock location since they had an earlier showing of the movie we wanted to watch (Crime 101). We had bought vouchers online at TicketsatWork for our tickets and snacks. When we presented them at the concession stand, the worker seemed to have never seen them before. She scanned the vouchers and added the items we requested to the system but was having trouble removing the cost of the items. She had to call over another coworker to instruct her on how to do it. Thankfully we arrived early, otherwise we would have likely missed the beginning of the movie because it took quite a while. After the second worker helped us, we were able to upgrade the voucher's small popcorn and drink to a large for only a few dollars. We noticed that this theater does not offer a self-serve butter machine. You have to tell the concessions worker that you want butter on your popcorn and hope that they will do it sufficiently. The theaters themselves are truly awful. I was expecting the seating to be like the other nearby Regal locations but was quickly disappointed. The seats here do not recline and are incredibly tiny. I have been on budget planes with more spacious and comfortable seats than this. They are cramped with no leg room at all. The backs of the chairs are short so if you are tall, your neck will just be flopping around. When the movie ended, they did not even raise the lights. They left the theater pitch black as the credits roll where they usually raise them so people can exit safely. I would say though that I appreciate them having security (although minimal). About a quarter of the way into the movie, a man with a orange cone flashlight came in, stood for a while, and left. I will not be coming back and will keep going to the Modesto location.

We like to come for Monday night mystery movies sometimes and there's always plenty of seating so we can get our usual spots. I prefer this theater to others, staff is friendly and they keep the place clean.

This is an older movie theater. Don't expect D Box seats and theater food service. The seats are not recliners they are your old run of the mill seats. Tickets are same price as they are everywhere else as is all the things at the concession stand. They offer pretzels, ice cream, hot dogs, nachos, churros and popcorn. Can't remember if they offer alcohol. Theatre popcorn is just that...theater popcorn. Bathrooms are pretty clean when we go. It does what it needs to on a hot summer night or a last minute movie with my boys and/or husband. I've never had issues with rude workers. We've lived here about 9 years and been to the movies probably 10 times so I feel I can attest to the customer service.

Sure Los Banos isn't the most Hi-tech but it was good enough for me and my family. However, today was such a disappointment. We arrived at the very first showing at the end of Oak Street, First, There is no one at the concession stand and the movie was already going through It's previews. Yes piss poor planning on my part I'll admit that. Whenever we go we usually drop $50 order of pizza, drinks, sweets, and snacks etc. I was on my way back outside to the person that you get tickets from when someone finally appeared to help. If they're going to talk amongst themselves in the back, do it out where they can see the customers. It's quite obvious that customer service is not anyone's main focus at this date and time 11:45 am 09/06. We finally get to our seats. The movie is already started and I look up and I can already see that something is off, the resolution is not at 100%, there's maybe three other people in the theater besides my son and I. I have perfect vision, and it was quite obvious it had some blurriness. I went out to the concession stand to report it and find no one again so I went outside to the ticket cashier and told the individual there that the resolution needed to be checked he assured me he'd pass it on. Went back to my seat, my son told me his pizza was slightly burnt, great. Waited another 10-15 minutes. Nothing changed. It's obvious that there is a lack of experience in every member of the staff here. We will not be going back. We got a refund but guess what don't get your tickets online because they will not refund you the ticket fee. We will be making our trip to either Merced or Modesto. I am so disappointed in customer service nowadays. Point blank there is none.

It was a nightmare and before I get into why let me first say I absolutely LOVED seeing the Odyssey in a normal theater. From the start with the Tech's Dome there were issues. We arrived 33 minutes early and already it seemed that there were 3/4 of the people the theater could fit in line. We waited for about 20 minutes in the summer heat to get in. They let us in before the movie started. Went to get seats first since they aren't assigned and they were the worst movie theater seats I've seen in years! Crammed like sardines. I fly often for work and am more comfortable riding coach on a plane. Then I went to get popcorn and water and the line was so long with just one register. By the time I got into the theater the movie was nearly 10 minutes in ... and they had a bunch of people still in line behind me. Now the worst of it... You can't see a damn thing in the Dome. Forget about sitting high up - that wasn't even the issue. It was that the movie was blurry and especially blurry if there was quick movement - and this is an action movie! I knew what was coming and how it was supposed to look since I had seen it a few weeks previously and I could barely make out what was happening. I felt bad for my friend I invited who hadn't yet seen the movie. He had the line of the night as we walked out: "Well.. it seemed like it was a dope movie"... You see a movie like this at the Dome and you'll get robbed of actually SEEING the movie. Just don't do it. Oh and when it was over they let the first credit of directed by Christopher Nolan come on screen then abruptly cut the music and announced on the PA system how to exit the theater
