About a week ago today while picking my Daughter up from Tennis practice another parent was picking his Daughter up from Volleyball Practice. Due to the way the school parking lot is setup I backed out 1st but because another Truck to my left backed out I had to wait. The Volleyball Dad didn't see my white truck already out there & backed out into me causing damage to my left bumper. Right away I came home & googled Top 10 Auto Body shops in Wheaton, I read all the reviews. I headed over & was greeted by a gentleman working in the shop he told me where to park & held the door & made sure I got inside. I was greeted by Will who was very polite & pleasant, he came right out & gave me a $600 quote. He then asked me if I could bring my truck back the next morning he wanted to try to buff the paint & straighten the bumper. When I go back to my truck about 2 hrs. later I was blown away & so impressed with the quality of work. Incredible work, service & professionals.. I have used West Suburban several times now and have been completely satisfied each time John goes out of his way to do whatever he can to help this most recent time our car was in for over a month and it needed the admissions checked and the license plate was already expired cuz it was in so long John took the car to get the emissions done and even purchased the sticker for the plates this way we weren't at risk for getting a ticket driving the car without one. I didn't even ask for him to do this he just did it on his own he goes above and beyond his duty to make you happy best he can. I have yet to have a bad experience going there our cars have looked great once done I would recommend West Suburban Auto Repair highly I'm glad I met John I guess you could say by accident LOL but hopefully this last visit would be the last one I see him for unless its for minor paint or dent work I choose to get done. I was first referred to West Suburban Auto Body by the firm that manages our company's fleet of leasing vehicles, after an accident. West Suburban fixed my damaged Ford Escape to new, considering the car's safety, performance, and reliability AND the cost/value of the repair. This completely blind, but wonderfully personable customer-focused experience, was further explained when I found out the owners are Christians and that we actually attend the same church in Wheaton. Let's be real, nobody wants to deal with the issues that brings us into an Auto Body shop but these guys (John was my main contact but also had interaction with Kevin) made it PAINLESS! I stopped by a day before my car was ready and want to also comment on the 2 guys I noticed who were doing the actual work on my car. My first time here and I can't say enough about the service, honesty and attention to detail I received at West Suburban Auto Body. To say it was a completely enjoyable experience seems odd since my car was being repaired because I had been in an accident but the whole process couldn't have been easier. The entire team was super friendly and I was even refunded money when it was determined that a part was repaired not replaced as originally quoted. You never hear of such a thing especially in the car repair business and sorry to say especially when they are dealing with a woman. They even did extra touch up work for me just to be nice. I have a 2010 Black Toyota Camry Hybrid. I got into a major accident about a month ago. I spun out while I was on 290. I hit an ice patch and lost control. I did a 360 and hit the median tore up my bumpers, scrapped my whole car, crushed my radiator and condenser. My car looked horrible I thought it was a gonner. I was heartbroken, I love my car. I have MetLife they towed my car to West Suburban Auto Body. I have never been in an accident before so I had no idea what to do but George (General Manager) was very helpful. Amazing body shop! They were courteous, friendly, efficient and fast. What more to ask for? We were rear ended on our brand new car, causing extensive damage to the bumper, rear lift gate, rear floor and back right corner. Our reputable and well-respected insurance company tried to lowball us, wanting to fix parts that were clearly beyond repair. Jonathan and his team at West Suburban stepped into the situation with excellence. They called our insurance adjustor back out and showed him why our damage needed replacement parts and not just pounding them out. When my car door handle fell off and the cover for the driver's mirror came off I decided to get an estimate from West Suburban Auto Body. They are close to my house so it's really convenient. Jonathon was very friendly and the estimate was so reasonable that I decided to use them for the repair. I've used services in the past where I feel brushed off when I want to ask any questions. My questions were answered and I felt confident about putting my car in their hands. Well, I was not disappointed. It looks fantastic and I'm thrilled that I don't have to reach over on the passenger side to open my door anymore. I have used this shop five or six times, once for a large ($4,000) job covered by insurance and the rest for minor scratches and paint repair. They have excelled in every way, including quality and timeliness of the work. Manager John Jia is efficient and pleasant to work with. The shop has a relationship with State Farm Insurance so I did not have to pay anything directly; payment went from State Farm to West Suburban. They work with the Enterprise car rental directly across the street so that was convenient too. I would recommend this shop to others and I have returned multiple times myself. read more

I had my first real car accident in my life, last week. The insurance said to drive it in to West Suburban Auto Body Inc. After a detailed look/see, Kevin said to arrange for my rental, and have them pick me up the next day at a predetermined time. Yes, it took a week, but they also went above and beyond beyond the all the insurance covered repair. Don't tell the owner, but Kevin had them buff out a scrape on the other side where I kissed a security bollard previously. They were great, and I give them 5 stars. read more

I have a 2007 Infiniti G35. I was behind a semi-truck on 355 when a giant rock flew off and hit my windshield. It chipped pretty bad but it didn't crack so I thought it was ok, but the next day my windshield had a long crack. I didn't know where to go but my friend referred me to George at West Suburban Auto Body. I had no idea they do glass but sure enough they scheduled me in for 3 pm and it was done by 5. John's shop just buffed out the house paint that transferred onto my Porsche. I had backed into the garage and the fender scraped the inside wood frame of the garage door.
