From when I first called about my leaky kitchen faucet through what turned out to be an extensive concealed flood to ultimately needing to demolish my kitchen and adjoining rooms, Westco expertly handled every step of the process with professionalism, consideration, and reliability, basically holding my hand through the entire process. My primary contact, Nicole, both addressed and anticipated my concerns. She came over at least once a day, always called beforehand and to check-in, walked me through the details of what to expect, dealt with my insurance company to ensure maximum coverage, coordinated with my insurance company's third party pack-out provider (who I'm now so grateful I did not hire to do the water restoration work!), helped fix the mistakes of other providers, thought about details like reducing my dog's stress during the work, and was my rock. I now understand why Westco has so many 5 star reviews. Our kitchen sewer line has been slow or blocked on and off for a long time. We've called a number of companies to come out. They all worked on the kitchen cleanout and were in and out in a short time. Problems came back fairly quickly. Gary from Westco came and did a clean out and snake and total camera exam of our whole pipe system for less than all the others we've used just to do a clean out. We ended up finding the real source of the issue and ended up doing a Hydrojet. All the other work was included in the standard cost of the hydrojeting. Garry was so so helpful. After we had the house we were buying inspected, they noticed roots in the sewer. I called Garry and after looking at the report he said had a better camera to go trough the roots for a better inspection. Garry did the initial plumbing inspection on my home when in escrow and I couldn't have asked for a more thorough and comprehensive inspection of my new home. He made time to accommodate my tight schedule during the escrow and thanks to Garry several problems were found and the seller was convinced to repair - saving me a GIANT headache. I guess customer service and professionalism aren't things of the past! AND a problem has since surfaced and Garry - rather than repairing it and charging me for it, knew i had just purchased the home obviously, and said "This should be covered under the home warranty you got when you bought the home. Call them and see if you can get it covered. They should send someone out to repair". He was RIGHT. They did send someone out, unfortunately they did NOT repair correctly and when i noted the problem again, Garry came out and took photos under the house in the crawl space himself so I could send to the home warranty company proving the repair had not been done. I have had a problem with my main sewer line for years and I knew I had issues with roots in my line. A previous plumber I had out never returned. I had asked a 2nd plumber for a quote, but they never gave me one because they didn't want to actually dig the hole to fix the issue. The 3rd and 4th plumber weren't much better. However, WestCo rooter was very helpful and explained a variety of options. We set up a time. They dug 3 deep holes and replaced my entire sewer pipe, and filled and patched the holes, all in one long day. To be fair I didn't receive the service just a phone call. They weren't able to assist me with a repair in a condo (multi family unit). I had made an appointment with another company for 1.5 weeks from now but was hoping for something sooner. He said he was right around the corner and would come immediately until he learned it was a condo complex. He was extremely nice and helpful and actually told me how to make the repair myself! WestCo plumbing did a free estimate for a major drain job on our home when we were still in escrow. They used a camera and sent me a video of the issues along with the estimate. All of the drains in my house were plugged up but we bought the house anyway hoping that WestCo could fix everything. And they did!! Garry and his crew were very professional. They worked as a team together and got the entire job done while I was at work. They had to replace a drain from the middle of my house to the middle of the street. It was an amazing ordeal that required them to dig up portions of the front yard and go through the concrete. But amazingly when I got home from work they were already cleaning up and nothing was out of place. The best part is that there were no hidden fees. It has been weeks now and there haven't been any issues. Every pipe drains as it should and we are very happy with our home thanks to WestCo. 5 stars isn't enough! Gary came out exactly when he said he would, and fixed my blocked main in less time than it took to get his equipment out of his truck! Then he snaked the entire line just to be thorough. He priced several options for me at my request but never tried to sell me anything. I was shocked at how reasonable his rates on permanent solutions were. It was late at night and I'm sure he was tired and hungry, but Gary was cheerful and kind. I'm one of those nosy customers that likes to watch and ask questions, Gary welcomed my questions and gave me good honest answers. Great experience with these guys. At first we had a bathtub that wouldn't drain. They came over and unclogged that but came back the same day and did a camera inspection. This revealed cracks in the pipe, and we went ahead with a replacement of the pipes leading to the main drain, which they said was still in good shape. The thing I liked best about them, was I got an immediate feeling that they were being honest and straightforward about everything. A gut feeling, which means a lot to me when hiring someone. The way they carried out the job proved that to be founded. They were on time and very clear at every step what was going on and even took care of small issues we'd had with drains and setups related to the area involved. Plus the whole crew was very Covid aware and took care to make me and my mom feel safe. I really couldn't recommend them more. AMAZING. Four o'clock on a Sunday I discover my bathtub is completely backed up just as my in-laws arrive for the first time from out of state. I called this morning about a backed up pipe and they turned up within 1/2 hr!! It turns out we had a broken pipe clogged with 4ft of tree roots which left us no option other than fixing it. The quote was reasonable for the work and machinery involved and we gave the go ahead. Within a short time back up arrived and they set about digging a 6ft trench to access the broken pipe. We expected this to be a two day job and for our garden to be decimated in the process.
