Great facility and caring staff! My daughter signed up for one of their weekly programs and looks forward to class every week. They start out doing stretching and warmup exercises before all the jumping, bending, and gymnastics activities. The huge room is split in half with the advance athletes on the right side. Make-up classes must be made within 2 weeks of the missed class. There is a comfortable waiting lobby downstairs (with a "healthy" vending machine and coffee dispenser) or a larger viewing area upstairs. I usually walk over to the 84 Market liquor store a few shops over to pick up a copy of the WSJ to read while waiting. There's plenty of parking at the "84 Airport" shopping plaza. The gps may tell you to turn onto Zeppelin Drive but there's actually a more direct entrance off E Jack London Ave just before Isabel Ave.

My 7-yr-old daughter started taking classes at WestCoast Training Center three years ago. After the free trial class, she was obsessed! She tried out for their competitive team last year and loved it! She has worked with many of the coaches, and they are all experienced, well trained, and great with kids. The owner, Marie, is very involved and still active (and well respected!) in the Acro community. Our 5-yr-old daughter was part of their pre-team program and is currently trying out for the competitive team for the upcoming season as well. Their once-a-month Kids' Night Out, Open Gym, and summer camps are great! We've also had their last two birthday parties here. If you miss a class, you're able to do a make-up class at Open Gym, and if you need to switch your day/time for class, you can do so at any time as long as there is space in the class. Our girls love everything about WCTC!

This is not your run of the mill gym with bars, pommels, and balance beams. At WCTC kids will learn the basics of tumbling but more importantly will be exposed to a beautiful sport known as acro-gymnastics. If you're fortunate enough to go during a time where the team is practicing, you will get to see several levels of athletes as well as age ranges practicing. The skills required are strength, flexibility, and grace. The most interesting part is that they use each other to perform many of their skills. Marie is the head coach and she has a great eye for detail. Having been a competitor herself she knows what to train for because she knows what the judges are looking for. The athletes, mostly girls, are very supportive of each other and little ones are looked after by the older ones. The older athletes show and help each other for the betterment of the team. If you are thinking about where to take your kids for some gymnastic exposure, start here first. Kids like it and they'll get to see some amazing things.

I have had a horrible experience with the lady from the front desk. It started when I tried to get a trial class in December. When I initially called her it took her twenty minutes to find a gym 1 class my daughter could do a trial in that had availability. Then before our scheduled trial date she left me a voicemail asking why I had missed the trial, though she had confused my trial class with someone else! When it was time to finally sign up I decided it would be a better approach to not sit on the phone indefinitely and instead have her email me a list of gym 1 classes that had openings. We already did the trial and they already had my waiver signed. In TWO follow up emails she refused to answer my simple question. "Which gym 1 classes are currently open for availability?" Based on that info I can choose a class. She kept telling me to call, then she referred me to the website for class times- which does not necessarily reflect availability. She can't take one minute to list open classes??? When I did my trial class I met a woman there who was complaining to me about this front desk lady. She said she was beyond rude and they were leaving the gym bc of her. I told her how difficult of a time I had just to get a trial class. If I were the owner I would be furious. Of course there is NO contact info on their website for the owner. Go figure... bad business practices.

Great place for a future gymnast! My 5 year old daughter has been going for classes since August 2016. She loves it!

The place was loud and lively - great ambiance for watching a sports game or a casual night out. In-house we haven't had much issue, but I don't know what's going on with door dash/delivery orders. Almost every time, there's an issue. My littles absolutely love the mini corn dogs, and even though the listing says "with fries" they've suddenly stopped delivering with fries for the past few months ( and don't allow customer notes.) It's also a 50/50 chance the mini corn dogs will be dark and hard... I have a sensitive stomach with dietary restrictions, so I find great comfort that I can get the seared ahi tuna tacos while my husband enjoys a hamburger... but the last few orders have been so wrong. Once I was missing avocado, next I was missing the sauce, and this time my tuna was completely raw, not seared with hard jasmine rice and very tiny avocado slices. I always put input in to DoorDash, but I don't think it's getting to the restaurant... and it's reached a point where I feel like I have to leave this review and maybe find a new go to for quick family dinners. I enjoy visiting, the staff is always so kind and the kids like the back patio. Perfect vibe for a laid back dinner.. but why are the to-go orders so terrible suddenly? Absolutely heartbreaking.

I get that it was busy, so I wasn't thrilled but understanding when drinks took 30 minutes. We also ordered chips and guacamole. However, the timeline of how the rest of the visit went down was just unacceptable: * The Drink Delay: I completely finished two beers before my friends even received the club sodas they ordered. * The Forgotten Food: After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked our server to check on the guac. He said he would. Another 20 minutes passed, and a group of girls who sat down after us ordered and received all of their food. It was glaringly obvious our server forgot to ring our order in. * The "Management": When I got up to ask for a manager, she was at the bar pretending to be busy, and the server flat-out refused to go get her. When I told the server to just ask the kitchen to rush the guac since it was missed, he looked completely lost. Maybe he was just a host? When the front line staff is completely lost and the leadership is actively hiding behind the taps, it's pretty clear the ship is sinking from the top down. Thanks for the TVs, but maybe spend a little less time avoiding your job and a little more time teaching your staff how a kitchen ticket works.

The inside and patio are both casual and open, similar to a brewery, and they have a self-serve tap wall, which is awesome. First time using one, and despite the self-service setup and ordering at the counter, the service we did get was great. Wait time for food wasn't long at all. I ordered the Sessions Burger, and it was lowkey one of the best burger's I've had in a while. I love blue cheese on a burger, and the caramelized onions had a deep, rich flavor. I also liked that it wasn't obnoxiously large for no reason. The fries were perfect, and the ranch was excellent. Honestly, ranch is a good way to judge a place like this, and theirs was rich and smooth. Also really enjoyed the beer I chose. Pouring it yourself is a fun experience, I could spend all day trying different beers. Great spot. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in town again. And no, it's not just the post-hike hunger talking, this place is serving seriously good food.

There's self serve beer on tap that you pay per ounce using a card they give you. Looked like a wide selection from IPAs to stouts. They also had a fun cocktail menu and plenty of food options from tacos to burgers. The hostess was really kind to explain to us how their restaurant works in terms of the self serve beer as you pay at that front beforehand. Whereas, food items and cocktail drinks are ordered at the back left corner. We ordered the "Such a Gemini" and "Paper cut". Both were more on the sweeter side and you couldn't taste the alcohol at all. Quite dangerous really. The "Such a Gemini" was a hibiscus agave drink. The "Paper cut" was more of a fruity mix with the elderflower and lemon mixed in the whiskey, which I was a HUGE fan of. Gorgeous presentation as well! As for the food, we got the Sessions burger (cheeseburger) and cod tacos both with truffle fries. And maaan. Cod tacos were cooked well and super fresh. Big fan of that red salsa on the side. The Sessions burger was juicy and not dry, but I really enjoyed how it served on a pillowy pretzel bun! Would love to bring my family and friends here! I'd recommend this place if you need a space to hangout at.

This bar was nothing near quiet and chill when we swung by. It was more of a frat basement vibe (which I actually found quiet endearing). This place is super tiny. When I came, all the chairs/furniture were pushed to the side to make room for a dance floor. The DJ played frat classics like 'Mo Bamba' and somehow created an energy where everyone was being perfectly carefree and dancing all over the place. Everyone was cramped up in the tiny dancefloor but still had enough room to move around and get to the bar. There was a pool table that was covered off to the side and some games lined up on the wall (to likely be used on a more casual and lowkey night). They had a bunch of security. They had guards at the entrance, by the DJ, and at the back door (that I think led to an outdoor patio). I'm not sure if this makes me feel reassured or concerned that they feel the need to have so much security. To me, the drinks were average. I ordered a Vodka Cranberry and felt that it was mostly just cranberry juice. The bartenders were friendly and quick. The prices weren't too bad either. I would definitely come back!
