The staff were friendly, attentive, and our food came out in about 15 min. The restaurant was also very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. We did the bottomless mimosas, and they were definitely worth it! The champagne-to-juice ratio was great (mostly champagne!! lol) and there were several different flavors to choose from like mango, guava, orange, etc. I also ordered the Drunk in Love cocktail and it was super tasty. Ordered their seasonal latte (banana cream) and it just tasted like milk and stevia :/ The waitress remade it and it tasted exactly the same but in a bear cup The waffle is way too sweet and super dough-y. My family and I visited Monica's on a Sunday during lunch with a party of six (2 adults and 4 kids). It wasn't very crowded, but we still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. To make matters worse, they were out of chicken tenders something we were counting on with kids in our group so that was already a bit disappointing from the start. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Our food took over an hour to arrive. When it finally came out, the burger was both cold and not at all cooked. After taking a bite, he initially thought the texture was from the lettuce, but quickly realized the center of the Beyond Burger was still frozen. We waited another 20 minutes hoping the issue would be resolved, but by then he had completely lost his appetite. In the end, we paid and left without finishing the meal. Usually when we dine here it's good food good service but today I took my mom here and service was horrible when ordering the 40$ crab egg Benedict beware that you are to EXPECT crab shells. At least that's what manager Melissa told us. When discussing this with her and coming to agreement of taking a percentage off the bill our server Ericka became VERY aggressive raising her voice and threatening to call the cops and getting in my girls face she should not have a job in service if this is how she carries herself. Service was horrendous--it took a while for the hostess to even acknowledge us (maybe 5 minutes) and for anyone to come to our table and take our order (maybe 15 minutes). We ordered a cold sandwich with fries and an entree salad and waited more 30 minutes for our food. When it was finally delivered, it was the wrong order. By the time we got the right food, we asked for boxes, paid the bill, and left.
