A different and reputable tire shop I've dealt with for years confirmed these tires are in terrible condition after only three months, and even took pictures of them to post on their social media to warn others. These pros that have also been in the business a very long time have never even heard of this brand. I've never experienced this with multiple brands I've purchased in the past, and spent about the same amount of money on them. I gave Firebird an opportunity to make things right and prorate these tires but they refused. I will never go back.

Throughout the years I have had many vehicles including 3 Toyota Tundra's, a Toyota Tacoma and a Toyota 4Runner. While having these vehicles, I modified them like many other people and took my vehicles to numerous shops to have leveling kits, lifts, wheels and tires installed but always ran into an issue with the way something was installed. However, I took my 2020 Tundra TRD PRO to Westcott Designs and had their TRD PRO lift kit installed and I must say I have never been more satisfied with an automotive shop that truly cares about your vehicle and is extremely meticulous on their work. This shop truly has great products and a truly wonderful and very well experienced staff that knows what they are doing and really know how to do it correct. Additionally, I have purchased a roof rack through Westcott Designs and it was the best roof rack in terms of quality, styling and overall performance. In all honesty, I am a truly meticulous person who likes their vehicles perfect and I must say this shop and wonderful staff truly raised the bar and exceeded my expectionations with their attention to detail and quality work. It is hard to find a reputable shop nowadays with people who truly care about their customers and stand behind their products and Westcott Designs truly is a one stop shop and I will only bring my vehicles there. read more

I can't even begin to describe how happy I am with the quality and service of this company. First I'd like to start with the quality, I ordered a set of 4runner sliders... these things are perfect. The fitment was perfect the welds were like art work. Originally I was thinking of getting them powder coated in black to match the bumper but after seeing pics of them on line, I desided to get them coated in clear. When they arrived I was so happy that I made the right decision by going clear. I wish my bumpers were made with this level of awesome! True art work. If I could give 6 stars, or even 10 stars, I would. Jeff and Jessica are amazing people and truly care about their customers' satisfaction. I have a lifted 2016 Toyota Tundra with a SC. Since day one of purchase, I had issues with the drivability of the vehicle...lift issues, tire issues etc. After bringing these issues to Westcott Designs, I can happily say they are all fixed. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Wescott. The quality of their work is top notch and our Trailhunter turned out exactly how we wanted it. You really do get what you pay for here.
