DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They did a sloppy job! And put us way behind on opening our restaurant!!!! The technicians seemed like they were in such a big hurry. They left a huge mess on the back wall and on the floors. Their employees were drinking sodas without even asking!! After having service done by this company, they poured grease down our drains which we had to get the plumbing company to come out and unclog all of our drains in our kitchens . We had to call emergency service that cost us $500 They found multiple rags in the drain as well . I called them and all they did is make excuses!!!! I asked for the manager, I think his name was Eric. He would not help with any other assistance by getting this situation taken care of. I'm a small business owner and had them to do all hot, cold , AC and hood at my restaurant. They are very responsive when we call, but their technician are terrible, they never really fixed anything for me. Everything was breaking very often with them. I had a leak from my Ac for years they never could fix but they are good in charging you. My hood was a mess, they didn't close correct and was smoking all over my restaurant, I called to ask how they can fix the smoke and they offer me to clean the hood more often like every month. Looks like they do that so we keep calling to fix things over and over again so they can make more money or they are really stupid. Not sure but I'm glad that I found out and I fixed all the things that they never did. Can't believe I paid this company for over 4 years. I don't recommend them to my worse enemy. read more

The worse company in Las Vegas hands down . They performed the most poor service we ever experienced since in bussines. During their last hood exhaust cleaning not only that they did a half fast job and left parts of the hood inside the roof exhaust who they called "serviced" and charged us for it,but they actually sprayed off the oil from the hood all over the air condition unit and coils which are located 6 ft away from the exhaust. Since that was not enough for their so called quality work , they took it to the extent to break the electrical cables and their cover. When we confronted Ian about it ,instead of taking care of the problem what they did is ignore it and made sure that they did absolutely nothing. After their company has been fired and banned from our businesses , what they did is to send a report to the city Fire Dept. stating that we are in a violation of the codes since our Hood and Ansul hasn't been serviced. If you care for the services you pay for and for the quality and safety of your staff and bussiness locations , make sure you do not use this miserable company. They are a bunch of big headed snobs ,way overpriced , providing probably hands down the worst service out there. read more

They have cleaned my restaurant's hood at Gyro Express LLC, 6446 N Durango Dr. NV 89149. Next day in the morning, when I came to the restaurant, the hood was not working at all and then I called them. They send a guy, he came just looked the hood from a distance and without doing anything, he said I don't know what is wrong with it and he left. He was there to get confirmation that it was not working, because they didn't trust us for saying the hood was not working. My business was stalled for the whole day. I have to find and hire another company to fix the hood the next day. In addition, they left my fridge unplugged and as a result of that all of the food in the fridge went bad so I have to throw them all away. To add my surprised they send me an invoice. I tried to call the contact person, Marco Parez, 702-348-3052, but he never answered my phone. I called the company number many times, they keep telling me that someone will call you back, but no one ever called me. To surprised you even more, they a filed lien! Lien for what? For ruining my business, for not fixing my hood, for causing all my foods to go bad. This is so absurd and unethical. I don't know how someone can do something like this! I called and asked if someone could come out and look at my fan that wasn't working and as soon as I told her it was for a food truck she treated me like garbage, claimed they had been burned by food trucks before. I would not ordinarily post a review on a technical service, but in this case I am compelled to make an exception. I have a commercial-grade kegerator at my house (homebrewer, guilty as charged) that was no longer cooling. Based upon some research, I strongly suspected the relay switch was the culprit. Unfortunately, because this is an older unit, an identical replacement was no longer available. All of the warning signs pointed to a high-dollar repair bill, but there was little I could do but grit my teeth and pay it. I spoke with an exceptionally nice lady in the dispatch department named Adriana, who asked if I would email her the model number and any photos of the relay switch in question. When the technician, Jerry, arrived promptly (yes, the hits just keep on coming), I showed him to the unit and figured I was in for several billable hours. Less than an hour later, he let me know that he was finished, and had replaced the faulty piece with a more modern, integrated unit. Then came the really good news. The entire bill--labor, including drive time to the 'burbs and the new part--was less than $150. I could not have been happier with the outcome and appreciate Adriana and Jerry in particular for their friendliness and responsiveness. Cheers! read more

Western Commercial Services has been servicing my salon a/c since 2011. Let me start by saying that I signed a lease at my first building without knowing much about that, didn't read the fine print, and had to replace my own a/c unit. (Lesson learned) luckily the professionals at Western Commercial were there to help me out. They got me a great deal on a new unit, and even were able to bring the lines up to code for me without cleaning out my bank account. The owner, Jeff, came out personally to make sure everything was installed correctly and I was happy. I then set up a maintenance plan and their techs came out every few months to clean my filter, and generally check the unit. The education I received from them was invaluable when I moved my business to a new location, and they were right there to help me service those two units as well. Thanks again guys. I had P.M. done to prevent anything that could go wrong. The next day my walk-in cooler went down. They said it was my compressor and the unit will cost you $1,936.00. I agreed. But I though that was weird but I agreed anyway. I had nothing but problem since they started the job.. 2th day after they put it in. My walk-in went up to 60 degrees. They came by to fix it again when they left it was fine the next day it went down to 20 degrees I had to throw out $500.00 of produce. When they came back to fix it again they said it was a part that I would have to pay for. I draw the line on this one... You said it was fixed, and now your trying to make me pay again.
