Exterior 5 stars, interior I will skip next time. They sprayed stuff that ruined the plastic screens in my car and required extra wax attention to buff out. I had to go in and show them and the owner and eventually we got it sorted out. $270 and I should not have to point out issues with the interior detail work. Again exterior no problem just avoid interior cleaning it was a waste of money. Still had dirty rubber mats and and spots all over that were not cleaned up. I buffed out most of it with a meguiars wipe but one area was totally spotty and it did not buff out. They used some wax and got it out eventually but only after pushing and pushing for them to fix it or give me a refund. I definitely won't be coming back for interior detail ever. read more

Never been here before and it's next to my gym. I usually wash my SUV on my own or drive thru an automated car wash but my car had tree sap residue all over so I needed a deep cleaning. Manager had a hand wax option with bug/treesap wash available for $114. That's not a terrible deal and I have a Ford Expedition which is large so it seems worth it. Took about an hour and I am happy with the work! Cleaned inside windshield thoroughly as well and did a good job of wheels and tires. A good value for the time it would have taken me to do this job so I'd recommend coming here. If I could give zero stars, I would. They charged me extra $3 because required "extra" time to vacuum my car and didn't tell me about the extra charge until I asked about it. I had to pay extra at the car wash because my car was dirty and it was your basic cleaning that was required. My mats were the non carpet ones so vacuuming should be a piece of cake. I've never had my engine cleaned. 2013 Honda CRV. I admit I keep it garaged. Engine was dirty. I did not take a pre picture which I regret but I did take some today. I was very happy with the job and a quick wash. My wheels were clean which had a lot of break grease on front. The inside was also cleaned but I didn't really ask for that. I will start off my saying I am probably far more peculiar about our cars that most people so please take that into consideration when reading this review. I usually wash our cars myself, by hand, but today I was in a hurry and the car was a mess from the recent rains. I was looking for a touch-less drive through or a hard wash. This was the only place close by that was "hand wash".. let me tell you something.. hard wash isn't always the best if the hand washers have terrible washing habits and that is EXACTLY what I ran into at this place. The lady started off at $35 because the car is a "Tesla" and I was going to leave but she offered a "first time" special for $25.. She was a nice lady so I took the bait. I would give 1 star but the lady was real kind. If you care about your car DO NOT get the hand wash... it was horrific!! 1. The person wetted the car.. no foam or any type of pre wash to break down the dirt, 2. The person used two car wash mits over the entire car without finishing them out at all. Essentially dragging dirt across the entire exterior of the car = scratches GALORE.. I was cringing hoping at some point he was going to rinse the mits in the soapy water but it never happened. No extra process for the rims or the lower rocker panels of the car which.. instead the dirt from those areas was dragged everywhere. I bit my tongue and just held on to the thought I can buff out the scratches try to be kind it is almost thanksgiving.. until he starting drying my car.. 3. The drying process is just like washing no real care or concern about the different car surfaces.. no drying aid or lubricant and not even an actual drying towel.. just dragged the towel across the door jams that weren't washed scratching area after area.. I had to stop him when he used the same drying towel on my hood after wiping the rims.. Honestly, I would rather pay the kids at school to wash my car and feel they would do a better job. I don't know if this was his first every car wash but he had no clue how to safely wash the car. I was sooo bummed and can't believe it was $30.. because that is like 3 weeks worth of washing the car myself safely. Pretty devastated but I should have known.. the place looked pretty run down.. They have a mental disconnect about what it means to provide service and a quality wash. The workers appear to be trying, but they don't have adequate management or leadership. I went on a Monday morning so it was not busy. They have very few workers because of the ICE raids I imagine but the one older guy that cleaned my car worked very hard. The outside was great but the inside was not as clean as I would have hoped for. Next time will be better. I will go again but I will tell them exactly what I want done. I have been coming here for 20+ years. I would get a specific service. Today they tell me, we don't do that here. It's not a new owner thing, I confirmed it's the same owner. The person who greeted me today was the same guy who is always there. He writes up the ticket for service requested. I even pointed to the person who cleaned my car last time. It's not a communication issue. I drove away dumbfounded , it was very odd and unusual. Maybe with all the drive thru car washes popping up they have had to cut back on services or something. This car wash has been here for a while and I believe I've only here one other time. Decided to check it out again since only a few places are actual hand wash places now. Most places is the machine and self service. I forgot which package I got from them but it was about $28.99 for a sedan. My car was pretty dirty instead due to the dusty garbage bags I had in the backseat. Once receiveing my car once I left, I noticed that the backseat was still dusty from those garbage bags I had back there. DOOOOO NOT PAY FIRST----the owner will have your car looking worse than before you brought it in to be washed!! I brought a friends car in today to be cleaned. Mind you it was dirty and we did everything we could to explain to the man and woman (I think she is the owner) that we needed the inside wiped down and cleaned. He offered a wax and carpet shampoo as well, all for $129.99. The sign says at the minimum interior and exterior dressing and wax. I walked over and holy wow did I feel like no good deed goes left unpunished. The exterior was filthy, interior was at the minimum ran through with a damp cloth. Literal dirt and dust on everything still. The carpets not finished, exterior wax- lol. Not even close. We lost our minds and demanded we get an idea as to what we were paying $129.99 for. The lady came over and said we paid for a wipe down and a wax, Carpet shampoo. Mind you this is a Jeep Compass not some giant SUV. The car was at best lightly washed so we demanded we get a discount t and she wouldn't budge.Said she was mad and demanded I leave. I asked for our keys after not signing the receipt for my debit payment and she wouldn't give us the keys. Mind you we remitted payment and she would t give us our keys. So I threatened to call the COPS- she said okay I'll call the cops. At that point she was holding my friends keys because we would t sign the receipt for the charge. Demanded I give her my ID SO I SCREAMED GIVE US OUR BLIPPING KEYS. She again stood there like she was calling the cops. I looked at her employees and asked if they could get the keys. They looked at her like hell nah she will keep our checks on Friday. So I left and let my buddy give his last stand as to them giving him his keys. 15 minutes later he called and said thank you for putting up with such horrible horrible service and that I was cool about it and that we were charged for something we didn't receive. So I will report this to my credit card company and leave it at that. Again, all for a dang car wash and helping a friend. I will not be going back to this car wash. First they upsell me to get the premium wash, wax, and seat shampoo. Ends up to be $100.00. The hand washers at the entrance did wash the sides of my car but as it went through the tunnel, no soap or wax was dispersed from machines. The air dry only worked from above. The only seat that needed to be cleaned was the driver's, and it was only partially cleaned. The wheels/silver hubs are still dirty and they did not replace weathertec mats correctly. The woman behind me didn't get rinse on her car- they had to run it through 2 more times after she complained. They did respond to her complaints. read more

NEVER did i signal that i was leaving my car when the person in charge OPENED MY DOOR and proceeded to bombard me with offers and prices. Still, I decided to give them the opportunity. I paid $45 for a full wash/vacuum, as well as air freshener and WAX. The person who attended me gave me a 40 minute wait. Perfect, I walked to home depot and spent time roaming around. Not any more than 30 min into my Home Depot adventure is when I decide to walk back, and as soon as I return, my car is ready. Water streaks everywhere. My DECALS close to being torn off. TINY SCRATCH MARKS littered all around. NO AIR FRESHENER TO BE FOUND. My car is by all means not new, but I'd like to personally believe the paint has been well taken care of. i NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS!!! but this left me with such disappointment, I've spent the last HOUR trying to clean off the remaining work they left behind.
