When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.

Broad Ripple Appliance came highly recommended by a friend, and they absolutely lived up to it. Scheduling was quick and easy, I spoke with Brad, who got me set up for a next-day appointment. They do charge a standard $70 diagnostic fee, which felt fair. Brad gave me a heads-up call before arriving and showed up right on time. Even better, he came fully prepared with the tools and the replacement part needed, so he was able to fix the dryer on the spot. You can really tell he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, and he even shared some helpful maintenance tips for the future. Best of all, the dryer was fixed the same day, and reassembled properly this time, with no "extra" screws left behind. Fair pricing, friendly service, and high-quality work. They do accept credit cards, but recommend cash or check to avoid a 3% fee (which gave me a reason to dust off my checkbook).
