It's completely understandable as to why he chose to stop working on my 5 year old son since he was not being cooperative but the way he reacted was rude and responded with "I can't do it I can't work on him I'm sorry he's going to have to see a children's specialist" and stood up and left. The dental assistant put on a temporary filling and explained that if it fell off I can go back so they can replace it. Unfortunately, that only lasted him a day and when I called back they said "they didn't know if they could do it". I'm never going back there, it truly is such a shame.

I was looking for a Dentist to visit since it had been about 7 years since my last cleaning / checkup. Was recommended by my brother to visit Vicki Kestler's office that she was outstanding and her service is very professional. He couldn't have been ANY closer to the point! Made an appointment to have my x-rays done about 2-3 weeks ago. From the 1st time I arrived at the office I was treated very professionally, everything was explained to me, she and her staff discussed the results. I felt very respected, taken are of. They treat their customers with superb service. I needed to have root canals done, and her office recommended that I go see a specialist - there as well, I felt very well taken care of, professional and easy to understand the procedure by the specialist especially with cost considerations. Some of my crowns are well over 25-30 years old and have withstood the stress well. Today, I went to have 1/2 my mouth deep cleaned, on Monday the remaining half will be done. My hygienist was Hannah. What a great person she is and a great employee of Vickie Kestler. Hannah was very professional, sincere, respectful, kept patient communications, explained things, reviewed the results ... REALLY made me feel great that I chose this office. Superb professional service. The office and hygienists make you feel very easy, warm and relaxed as if you're a part of their Dental Family. This kind of service is VERY hard to find. So blessed to have been referred not only to Vicki Kestler, but also Hannah the hygienist and the other gal who took my x-rays (apologies for not remembering her name). Keep up the great service, taking care of your customers, making them feel welcome and best of all providing EXCEPTIONAL service. My kids pediatrician wouldn't even talk to my kids like this, they would have much more tact, care and professionalism. The dentist could have meant well by this, but the fact is, this was an inappropriate discussion for the dentist to have with my 10 year old any way you cut it. A dentist should not be talking to a 10 year old about her getting lip cancer due to dry lips. Period.

One of the worst dentist corporations in the entire Antelope Valley…read more They cancel your appt and lie about it when you can't come in early on the time they demand vs your real appointment time, they do it because they had cancellations that same day, all because they want to bail out early. I had a call confirmation the Tuesday before my Friday appointment confirming I was to be there at 4pm that Friday. In their lies they make new rules up if it does not suit them to hell with the patient. Management must refuse to pay hygienist to stay there and wait for your appointment. Mind boggling! They are delaying patient care is bottomline. It has happened now multiple times. My husband had appt later in day and lied about closing early and they did not have a spot for 3 months later. Sad part is that they will do it again and again. Due to HIPPA wont go into too much detail also had a delay in Care on a dental emergency only to be told "no" we cant check your pain or your tooth . I absolutely hate this dental office with a passion. This has been one of the most frustrating…read moreexperiences I've ever had with a dental provider. At this point, I honestly feel like money is the priority rather than the actual care of the patient. My daughter originally had dental work done here. At one point, we were told she needed a root canal, which I waited approximately two years to address because she had ended up receiving treatment elsewhere. Then, one of the cavities that had previously been worked on broke, so we had to come back here because they were the ones who originally performed the work. Now suddenly, we're being told she needs caps. So I have to ask: What happened to the root canal she was supposedly supposed to get? Did that recommendation just disappear? There have been so many different things said and so many different treatment recommendations that I don't even know what I'm supposed to believe anymore. It's extremely frustrating as a parent to feel like you're constantly being given a different answer about your child's dental care. And now I have to bring her back AGAIN because a cap they recently placed is irritated, inflamed, and bleeding. That is completely unacceptable to me. I should not have to keep bringing my child back because we're having problems with work that was just recently done. What makes this even more frustrating is that other dental offices have been reluctant to see her because she has already had work done here. So I feel stuck having to keep returning to a place I absolutely do not trust. I would NEVER recommend this dental office to anyone based on my experience. If you choose to go here, please ask questions, get everything explained clearly, and keep documentation of every procedure and recommendation you receive. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this office. If I could go back and choose a different dental provider from the beginning, I absolutely would.
