Sam (co-owner) scheduled a visit to see my yard, and consult with me on options and suggestions on everything from what turf he suggested, to what direction to lay the turf to optimize the viewing angles, to taking questions from me on what kind of base and equipment he would use and the warranty on the work (5 years). Requested a spec sheet of the turfs to pick from and ran the one I liked through AI to see how good it was and it came back better graded than the ones offered by other installers I was talking to. 2. Quoting happened right afterwards and the price came in competitive so I signed. Scheduling of the work was swift and I was able to get on their docket within 1-2 weeks. 3. Day of - guys came on-time and got to work immediately. They demoed it all within a short 30-45 mins. Then waited for the turf to get delivered and spent a good hour treating the turf and preparing it to be laid down.
