I usually always get the pepperoni and jalapeño pretzel and would definitely recommend everyone to try. Staff was handing out free samples and was very friendly when I went. Place seemed very clean. Definitely a bit pricey I think they charged me $12 for a pretzel when I could've bought a whole pepperoni pizza lol. It is what it is. Depends when you go but sometimes the food is a bit cold when it's been sitting there. Definitely give it a try though. read more

Just tried one the best pizza pretzels today. It was warm, cheesy, and just the right amount of thickness. I've had wetzels before but maybe they're making a comeback . If they keep up that quality I will definitely be getting more in the future ! The price was 9.19 with tax and the pizza sauce was another 3.13 Kind of pricey but it was a great guilty pleasure. I love Wetzel's Pretzels!! My favorite is the pepperoni/jalapeño!! The bomb!! This place is inside the mall, right next to JC Penney. I don't think I ever come to the mall without getting a pretzel. Not to happy 1st time i stop at this lil spot. Im in line and the are 4 bags of bitz then i order a bag with a large lemonade. Then she tells me they were all sold. Why the fuck would you sell me something you dont have. I am not happy right now since she asked me to wait 20 minutes like really. They need to have this placed ready to go on weekends especially when they know they are going to be busy. My order was 10.70 and i have to wait 20 minutes of my fucken time. Yet another mall food review... The only thing worth mentioning about this joint is the fact that it is not located in the food court along with all of the other fast food stuffs you would expect.... The employees are as expected, the store front was as clean as expected. Meh. read more

I didn't actually try their pretzels, but this review is for their iced slurpee style drinks. They have 5 different flavors, lemonade, strawberry lemonade, blue raspberry, strawberry kiwi, and wild cherry. I had the strawberry and it was very good. It had a tartness to it that I like. It wasn't as tart as a Sour Patch Kids gummy candy, but just tart enough to make it memorable. They had a girl in front giving out samples, which was a rather clever marketing trick. I believe it's also used by drug pushers. Here, have some of this for free. No cost. Free. No. What are you talking about? I'm not trying to get you addicted. Not me. You want some more? No problem, the end of the line is back here. Well, I'm usually VERY GOOD about scoring my free samples and walking away but this one left me jonesing for a king size slurpee fix. A kiosk in the mall should not have high expectations for food and Wetzel's Pretzels proved it. I rarely visit the mall since I cannot stand shopping with hundreds upon hundreds of crazed individuals, KIDDING! But yes I do not like shopping unless it is for video games, electronics or for my wife and kids. While shopping with my wife I did get a bit hungry and needed a small snack to hold me over until dinner time. I didn't want anything too filling and I love pretzels as it is so Wetzel's seemed like the perfect choice. I ordered the Pretzel Dog bites which are little weenies wrapped in a pretzel, my wife ordered the Jalapeno Pretzel Dog which of course is a hotdog wrapped in a pretzel with jalapeno cheese in it. When you think of pretzels you think of a salty & crunchy bite, well I know this wouldn't exactly tha ttype of texture but should resemble it somewhat, I was wrong. As I bit into it, the texture was slightly soggy and not salty at all. When ordering I also asked for mustard which I love on corndogs, I am glad I did because even the weenie didn't have much flavor. I won't go into the gruesome details but it tasted like eating a mustard sandwich. My wife wasn't too enthused with her Jalapeno Pretzel Dog either; Edward's Cinema has a Jalapeno Hotdog that blows Wetzel's option away in her opinion. We tried ordering a drink but all they had to offer was can soda, it may be cold at first but can soda gets warm quick so I decided to risk it and drink something when I got home. Maybe this disappointing experience is due to it being a kiosk, who knows. However Wetzel's regular pretzels are always amazing especially dipped in cheese. But then again, almost anything dipped in cheese is good. read more

The worst experience at any pretzel place. And worst customer service. They told it was going to take 10-15 min, it end up being 35min!!!! And my pretzel was only HALF COOKED. Sorry Wetzel's Pretzels... I've tried this stand one too many times thinking each time it's gonna get better. I'm not a huge fan of pretzels, but every time we pass this kiosk we end up stopping by because my husband is a fan of pretzels. For some reason I always end up ordering the jalapeño pretzel dog and every time I order it and take that first bite, I then remember why the heck did I buy this. Do not buy the jalapeño pretzel dog! The hotdog itself is not your yummy premium hotdog... I told my husband that it tastes like Bar S hotdogs, but he seems to think it tastes better than Bar S. If you're looking for a good pretzel hotdog, this is not the place for it. Go take your behind to Costco for Hebrew Nationals or go to Sam's club for that Nathan's hotdog... you won't find that kind of hotdog at this spot. Not a big fan of the pretzels either, it's too salty for my liking. Not too sure about their drinks, but they don't sell fountain soda, they only sell soda in cans. This team really needs to learn about customer service. I had just purchased some items with my family. We walked away and after giving the kids their items, I then realizing they gave me the incorrect item. I went back only after a few minutes and explained what happen and if they could correct the issue. The young girl at the register didn't seem to register what I was telling her, she then turned to a co worker who instead of asking how they could help me ask for a receipt. I said excuse me because I was confused while I held their wetzel pretzel cup in my hand. I explained, I'd just bought the item but 3 mins ago and they said we need to see a receipt before we can exchange the item. My wife and kids were in another store at the time so I wasn't going to walk to her then back and have to wait all over again. So I decided to go take it to the main shop in the mall. Once I got there I asked to speak to a manger. I was told there was no manager. I asked to speak to a supervisor or lead, once again no one was there who was in charge. So I started to explain what was going on to the girl at the register and she cuts me off without even listening to what the issue was about. Then all the girls in the back seemed to start laughing. I told her stop and listen and let me explain the issue so they could help me. She then went to fix the issue but not before consulting with another girl in the back.. I thought there wasn't a lead. Then the girl at the other register said she isn't a lead with an attitude. Many might think this is a little petty but it's not so much about the mistake but their lack of comprehension , attentiveness, delivery and respect. Places like these with young staff and poor customer service seem to be the norm, No life experience.... either way it's unacceptable and not the way to run business. read more

I go to Wetzel Pretzels in other towns as well and always great food. The pretzels the mini dogs the bites the lemonades drink and frozen it is all great! Was at the mall with my grandkids and we wanted a snack. After stopping at Jamba Juice, we decided on pretzels. Auntie Anne's was right there, but I had a coupon for Wetzel's, so we went to their kiosk location (not their regular storefront, but the kiosk in middle of mall). That was a huge mistake. The kiosk location just does not have hot pretzels. They were lukewarm (at best) and extremely disappointing - it was a waste of money. We should have gone to their regular location near Penneys, or just a few steps back to Auntie Anne's. We will never go to the Wetzel's kiosk again. Did I say never? Really, NEVER! read more

First of all there is going to be a very long wait. I was there on Saturday it took over 7 mins waiting in line. I order a regular pretzel with cheese sauce. I asked for a fresh one before I put the order in. When I got the pretzel it was as hard as rock. I had to go to food court and find a table to eat at so this was a walk. Had to walk back to the location and I told them about this pretzel and they wanted to argue with me. All I wanted was a fresh Pretzel. There is a morbidly obese Mexican girl that works there she said my teeth must be bad. This had nothing to do with getting a hard pretzel that was like a rock from the oil fields of Bakersfield. Went here this weekend (I went to the one right next to JCPenny). The pretzels that I ordered were good, that's why I gave an extra star. However, the customer service was horrid. The employee that helped me seemed so annoyed and didn't even crack a smile once. I also ordered cheese sauce and when I opened it wasn't even liquid. It looked curdled and all chunky. It was so gross. I went back and asked for another but the second one looked only a little better, I definitely wasn't going to eat it. Not a very good experience. read more
