The kiosk was experiencing wifi issues, so after a very frustrating 7 minutes trying to place an order, we finally got to talk to someone at the counter to place our order. In the meantime, four line-cutters jumped in front of us. The staff member at the counter could have stopped them from cutting line, but didn't. Overall, enjoyed the quality, didn't like the price, and hated the terrible kiosk wifi experience.

From a value standpoint it's also pretty good. A small is more than enough for one person. It's a heaping scoop. Favorite flavors include: - Cotton Candy ( with real cotton candy pieces) - Lime The problem here is that the shop setup isn't as good as other La Michoacana stores in north county. Most of the flavors here are not identified, and several flavors were on their last legs. Tip - Alanatural is located in one of Escondido's shady strip malls. You know the drill here, no valuables in car, make sure your insurance is up to date, and put that 1990's "club" on your steering wheel.

We expected the mini mochi with the ice cream to be firm because of getting cold, but they were bordering on rock hard. Overall a disappointing experience.
