When we questioned the pricing, instead of handling it professionally, the guy tried handing over a crumpled $5 bill and held it up to my face like that was supposed to fix the issue. It felt disrespectful and dismissive. He also gave us "4 free waters," but later used that against us by saying they were originally $2.50 each. That made no sense because they were presented as free, then suddenly treated like a favor when we pushed back on the price. Overall, the experience was frustrating, shady, and completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun karaoke night. Customers should not have to argue over unclear pricing, be charged for time they did not get, or feel disrespected for asking basic questions. Save your money and go somewhere else.

And Carlton took such great care of me and my party from beginning to end. He was timely in responding to our requests despite being the only staff there! When I went there (March 25, 2026), they were rearranging the chibi games so I thought they were closed. Their claw/crane games were so flipping hard--Winnable but definitely high payout. Plushies and figures in line with other locations. Likely due to the size, they don't have the latest/all of the coin pushers. Happy workers and mechanics kept to themselves. Redeemed 2 sets in which manager gave no trouble. Victory center was small with most electronics gone. Brownie points that they didn't/don't clean the machines and kept them loaded... didn't have any errors during my time there, yay!

I have been coming here for years and years and sometimes come by around four times a week. On Fourth of July, my man and I stopped by like usual since we always know people who are there (all the other regulars) and decided to go out to the patio to sit down for a smoke with them. We were sitting for about 10 minutes before Jared sent a worker to come kick us out because we didn't buy a drink. First off, I'm sorry I'm not an alcoholic and didn't buy a drink within the first few minutes of sitting down. Second off, how do you have the audacity to do that to a regular who has brought in so much profit and friends throughout the years for you? I literally gave you business. I have to say, we go to a lot of pubs, but this one is exceptional. The bartender, David, was super cool and helpful. Really friendly and gave us the run down of the place. We ordered the Corned Beef Tacos, which were SOOOO GOOD! We also got the pretzel, which is huge and really flavorful. We got the protein salad, and it was also a generous portion. I have to say the stand out was the corned beef. I have had this at so many pubs, and this one takes the cake. It was so tender and flavorful. Possibly the best I've ever had. It's really cozy inside. The bar is HUGE. It wraps around two rooms. They have dart boards, which we love. (Real ones. Not those silly electric ones. Ha!) They have a pool table. They have entertainment many nights a week. We will 100% be back. 10/10 Would recommend.
