Been 3 times. Was good every time. We went once in crap weather and didn't see a lot but that's not their fault. They called us to tell us our original day was cancelled and they were super flexible fitting us in during our visit to Ptown so we could still go out. Always great personal service here. Nice boat. Great fluking dive

    Let's go meet the whales!

Yes! Finally! I got to see some whales! Now I sleep better at night. On the day we were supposed to go (my birthday) was canceled due to the weather prediction that the storm was going to hit P-town. So we rescheduled it to the next day. However, the next day was a rainy day. So, we saw the whales on a rainy and chilly day. Please note about the seating layout on the boat. Since this is the only boat that's operating at this time, there will always be customers. Due to the pandemic, they block the rows alternately. There is inside and outside seatings. Anywhere you sit doesn't really matter because you get to view the whales. We saw two types: fin and humpback whales. Pretty cool! I bet if it didn't rain we might be able to see more whales. Every few minutes we saw the employees going around sanitizing the railings, tables, chairs, etc. They didn't have a lot of choices at the snack kiosk/bar, not even coffee. This could be due to COVID. They did a good job announcing, giving instructions, and educating the passengers about the whales. Everything was what we expected. It's a bit pricy $55 per person. For the price, I'd like to see more whales, but I'll live! Awesome experience!

Staff was amazing and interacted with the entire group so well. Even being a local and thinking the whale watches are for tourists- I learned SO much and I thoroughly enjoyed it so much. I've recommended this fleet to everyone who asks who's visiting and even my local friends/coworkers. I actually can't wait to do it again! Make sure you bring cash for the bar/snacks! :)

This whale watch dolphin Fleet adventure was wonderful, spectacular, and met my expectations. Throughout the three hour ride, we saw numerous whales displaying marvelous stunts. It was a beautiful day and calm sea and there were plenty of seats and rail room. The tour guide was very descriptive and directed us in the direction of every siting. The only recommendation I have, is for the tour guide to stop talking on the way back to land. We wanted to sit back and relax the nice ride, but there was continuous talking, so that's my only critique. I highly recommend this whale watching adventure... Enjoy! ~Nini :)

Today was our first experience with the Dolphin Fleet but certainly not our last! Our naturalist Sophie was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and had our attention the entire boat trip. Captain Doug was great and knew exactly where to go to see many (11+!) active whales, a shark, sea turtle, sunfish and more! Couldn't recommend the Dolphin Fleet more highly - fun for all ages (our family ranges from 6 yrs to senior citizens)!

We saw 28 humpback whales, including I believe six mother/calf pairs, and at least two other species of whales.

Where do I even begin. This was one of those experiences of a lifetime. Like getting seats to see…read moreyour favorite artist first row at a concert. THE WHALES PERFORMED While on the cape, I knew we needed to see whales. We came at the right time of the year and with Captain John Boats offering that 99% success rate for seeing whales on all their trips, I knew we would have to at least see one. AND WE DID. We boarded from the Provincetown dock and as soon as we were leaving on our way out I'd say not even 5 minutes in, we spot the first little guy: a mola mola (I believe that was the name!). That was super cool but moments after, we get to encounter, LIVE, first row to the 2nd largest animal in the WORLD: the fin whale Let that sink in: the second largest animal in the world. The largest being the blue whale. Like WHAT??????????? I got to witness this gorgeous masterpiece of creation feeding and living its best life FIRST row. Despite it staring to rain, wind picking up, temperatures dropping, we kept it together and stayed at the top floor of the boat where we kept getting soaked. Was it worth it? Was IT-WORTH-it? The moment will always and forever repeat in my mind when that fin whale made its appearance and all I could do was scream in excitement and look in AWE. It as for sure a tear jerking moment and something I will always remember. What a highlight. We also saw porpoises just casually hanging out and being SO cute we thought they were dolphins AND got to see a humpback whale. I mean, it was a SHOW. Theatre of the ocean worth way more than what we paid for. Thank you to Captain Josh and the crew for being so amazing and incredible. You all made our experience so wonderful and something I'll never forget. Found these guys on Groupon, they have an awesome deal right now!

BEYOND disappointed. I am in shock even writing this review, having been left behind on the dock…read morewith three others. When entering the dock in Provincetown, this kind lady told us to be back at 4:30PM. But, for some reason, us running down the pier at 4:31PM about 10 feet from the dock... the boat had already left? I'm sorry but it takes about 5-10 minutes at least to undock the boat, so you're telling me the boat was GONE and in the WATER by 4:32PM? Beyond ridiculous. Read the email back from the ticket, maybe next time list that parties should be back BY 4:15PM. Key emphasis on the "BY"... not be back AT 4:30PM. Never will be riding again with this charter.
