$15 for 2 of the worst catfish filets I've ever had!! NO REFUND!

I would not recommend this establishment if you gave me a free gift card. They could care less about the customers or what they serve. The food was cheap and even after giving feedback immediately they don't do refunds, exchange or NOTHING! Once you order it's YOURS

Nice atmosphere with upbeat music. Family outing or nice place to grab a quick bite and/or drink. Shrimp and catfish with Cajun fries were good. Friendly staff Kudos for the robotic waiter that brought out the food Drinks were okay but order more then one and it may be weaker or stronger ‍

The location is easy to get too, right off of 360 south. It's not over crowed and clean. The servers are pretty kool and check on your throughout your dining experience. After ordering your food and drinks the serving robot bring your food but the servers bring the drinks. The robot makes its way to your table, you retrieve your food and it's rolls away. I would recommend you giving this place a try. They also have good fried catfish ( real catfish ) a dinner is one large piece or two which will definitely fill you up. I typically get the Cajun fries as a side or salad.

Cup of Gumbo - Not that impressed. No flavor at all. Disappointing. Never again !!!

First Timer and probably a Last Timer. Came with a friend for dinner and was extremely disappointed. The service was good and our waiter was friendly. The place was clean, and empty. Ordered a shrimp cocktail which was very delicious, and a cup of gumbo which was very bland, blah, and disappointing as it had zero flavor at all. I'm sure they have other items that may be worth while, but blah gumbo is a killer for me.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. They offer high or low table seating which I'm glad the asked. The have a full bar inside so you can order mixed drinks or beer while enjoying your meal. The lighting was great and could work for a more intimate evening. The service was friendly and helpful also. I ordered the soft shell crab as an appetizer and the blackened catfish for my main. Both were really good too! I do think the soft shell crab was a little overpriced for the quantity (2 for 15). The fish meal was pretty big though. Ended up eating half my meal and taking the other half home. I will have to go back and try a seafood boil. Some other customers were enjoying seafood boils and they all looked tasty!

Sounds like a good idea, expected a little more for the price. When the place is (almost/somewhat) full; the sound is deafening. The catfish is good. The breading on the shrimp is great. Everything tasted okay. The wait staff is spread thin & are scattered, which is understandable since it's new. I hope it gets better since it took so long with delays to open.

Moved to Mansfield in September and we are finally trying someone of the food in the neighborhood. We stumbled across What The Crab. They have Happy Hour 3pm-7pm that includes all beers and margaritas frozen or on the rocks! I got the mango margarita and my husband got the strawberry/mango margarita. We started off with the baked oysters! Highly recommend. It comes delivered by the robot so cool lol! Then we got the #2 combo that includes 1lb crawfish, 1/2 snow crab, 1lb shrimp with Cajun HOT! So so so yummy this is my husband and I new spot! We have been back 3 times this week

Our waiter was a young man, seemed fairly new, but was very attentive. It was good, needed a touch of salt, to bring out the boil seasoning. Decent spot.

The "Cajun" flavor is really nonexistent. If you have a stomach sensitive to spices, then yeah.. this would be a place for you. The Cajun pasta was bland, no "Cajun" kick AT ALL, but the shrimps were plump & juicy. The garlic noodles were tastier than Cajun pasta, but the salmon was on dry side & very mild in flavors. The fried oysters were the best item we got, crispy on outside, juicy inside. The 2 crab-cakes come with 4 (yes, FOUR) pieces of fries for &16! They were ok, not spectacular. Fries were BLAND. The chicken strips were pretty good, not spectacular, but again LACKING the Cajun flavors whatsoever on the crispy fries. This place is not for us, we won't go back.

Tonight, we celebrated our 31st Wedding Anniversary there by having a very nice meal. On this Wednesday evening, they were filling up fast. We asked to be seated in a quieter part of the restaurant. We were seated near the door that goes out to the enclosed back patio area. It was perfect for us. Our server, William was out quickly to greet us. Others came by at the same time to fill our water glasses and leave some warm bread and salted butter. William congratulated us on our anniversary. My wife must have mentioned it when she made the reservation. William was very familiar with the menu as well as the wines. And he presented the options very well. You could tell he's a veteran server used to working with Meehan level clientele. We started with cocktails. My wife had a Cosmopolitan and I had the Butter Pecan Old Fashioned. It was real nice. About 15 minutes later, we were ready for William to take our order. We share the following: - 10 oz Beef Filet Mignon, medium rare, Au Poivre style - kitchen split - Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing and lots of crumbles - kitchen split - Baked Potato with Butter, Sour Cream and Chives - kitchen split - Brussels Sprouts - Complimentary slice of Raspberry Cheesecake - thanks Meehan's! - Slice of Carrot Cake to go With dinner, we each had a glass of Camus Suisan Walking Fool red blend Everything tonight was perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant, the table staff, the waiters, the kitchen, the food - wow, all so great. We'll be back. In fact, we're already working on brining a party of 7 to Meehan's in a few weeks.

The interior is elegant, warm, and inviting, and honestly, Meehan's gets an 11 out of 10 for the design alone. I originally came in for a steak, but the roasted New Zealand rack of lamb with pistachio mint pesto caught my eye instantly on the menu. The presentation was top notch, and the mint pesto was divine. The lamb was cooked perfectly medium rare, and the quality was outstanding. Without question, it was the best lamb I've had anywhere in the DFW area. Our server was Johnny on the spot the entire night and easily one of the best servers we've had all year. I highly recommend Meehan's Chophouse for a special night out. This is the kind of place that can turn a regular dinner into one of those meals you'll be talking about for years.

I hadn't familiarized myself with their expansive menu before we went. Our waiter, Jesse, was terrific and quided us through the appetizer descriptions as we settled in. I wanted to try their fish and chose the Japanese Mackerel, a Grilled Saba, for $7.50 from their rotating appetizer list. My spouse loves Chicken Karaage and just had to have that from the permanent app list. The Chicken Karaage was $7 for Fried-marinated boneless thigh meat with kewpie mayo, and bonito flakes. Itadaki also has a spicy mayo that is delicious. So we noshed and perused the amazing menu that had Bento boxes, sushi, dinner entrees, their Hokkaido-Style ramen and more. The Mackerel was lovely. It was a perfect small filet with charred skin and I shared it with my husband only to realize later that after the chicken, I had stopped taking photos. We just sat and ate our way to the end of a wonderful meal. The Chicken Karaage was terrific. So my Husband ordered the Chicken Katsu Bento. The Bentos come with salad, miso soup, a large portion of rice - he chose fried rice - steamed broccoli, gyoza, and fruit. ($20 + $2) The Bento portion is a lot of food, especially if you have appetizers. I ordered Jesse's recommended Ramen, the Nigori Chicken Broth. It's their signature creamy broth with lots of curly egg noodles and I chose the pork chase and light sodium. It came with egg, corn, scallions and mushrooms and there was no way that I could finish it. Definitely Delicious. The leftovers rode well. We had a lovely time and I definitely want to return.
