I'm so glad I came back to try this place as an adult! I remember coming here years ago as a teenager on a date, and it had been such a long time since then. Coming back now was such a great experience. The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Garlic bread was chef's kiss! Everything tasted so good. The atmosphere is very chill, welcoming, and truly family oriented, which made it even more enjoyable. On top of that, we received such friendly and amazing service that made us feel right at home. I have been visiting this pizza place for the last 14 almost 15 years and I've been putting up with their horrible customer service because they were around the corner and because their pizza was mediocre. I will never spend a dime at this pizza place ever again their customer service is the worst in Burbank. It depends on who gets you on the phone. Who gets you in person? Sometimes it's on the house sometimes it's not sometimes they take your credit card on the phone sometimes they don't. It just depends on what mood the person is that is helping you. Don't go here. I had Jorge's pizza which is spicy because of the jalapeños. Oddly enough, I felt good after eating the pizza. The ingredients are fresh where you don't feel terrible after a few slices or so. I'd come back here again and try a different pizza. read more

The service can be a little better as I agree with other reviews, you "feel rushed while ordering" nonetheless, I dined in so I could enjoy some nice hot pizza. I went with a medium "the mega meatlovers pizza, and a Stella beer. The mega-meat lovers includes: salami, applewood smoked bacon, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Italian sausage and meatballs. The pizza presentation was very nice, and the meat balls were definitely visible, so very generous. I enjoyed the pizza, except some of the toppings did slide off, and I feel like the crust gets a little soggy and doesn't support the toppings well enough. Other than that, it is a decent pizza spot and family friendly as well. Lastly, the inside could use better ventilation as well, it felt a bit stuffy. read more

We've only gotten takeout from this place so I wouldn't know what dining in looks like. Service is pretty average, takes maybe 20-30 minutes for a pizza to be ready if you call in. The night I was moving in, a friend helping me said "Your in Dino's neighborhood now" I had no clue what he was talking about but I soon found out. It's basic when it comes to ordering at the counter, drinks, and even the seating area, but where Dino's comes though is the toppings (a VERY generous amount), a creative menu, and large portions - particularly the salads. Compared to chains they're expensive, but you get your money's worth here. The service here was curt, but honestly it was a warm night, and we had clearly missed an initial rush that they recently got over (so hanging around pizza ovens on and hot and busy night wouldn't make anyone happy) but we got everything we ordered, it was all correct and going forward, we'll keep it in our rotation. read more
