Grew up in Texas. Whataburger is my most fave. Never had issue with them. I always check every restaurant reviews. Some how I live in northwest for 7 years. And I visit family for Christmas in Texas. Had to check out how many stars in this restaurant. OUCH. It makes me nervous but I'm desperate for Whataburger. So I went and From the review. Just like all those people said about this place. They gave me wrong orders. I ordered no lettuce and tomato on my burger. And 2 small fries. They end up gave me lettuce ONLY. And 2 medium fries. Pissed me off. read more

Went thru the drive-thru thru, when food came out all my food was cold. Then the boy at the window gave me three soda and he didn't know which soda was which. Again, not paying attention, as I sat at the window and waiting another 5 minutes for our COLD FOOD....I had to go into the store to let them know that my food was cold and the girl at counter went and got the manager. When the manager came out he quickly took my food and went to the back not wanting to listen to my complaint about the drive-thru. So, the manager took the food and went to the kitchen, about 5 minutes later the girl that was at the counter comes out with the food. So, i check to food.....Again,my order was wrong! This What-a-burger nobody listen....they all do what they want to do. The manager comes out again takes my sandwich back and has to fix it again. This is the worst service i have gotten in a while. There is something terribly wrong with this location. The wait time for a simple order can be up to 45 minutes. Seems to have a lot of employees hanging around but terrible service if any at all. You mostly need to get someone's attention to place an order. Odd place. read more

My special needs daughter sometimes walks all over town. Today she called me from Whataburger saying she hurt her ankle. It was 103 degrees outside. I met her there, and she wanted to get food so she was helped by a young man named AJ at the counter. He was very helpful to her and seemed to understand that she has struggles and needs extra help with just about everything. I think she called on his phone. Unfortunately, she was not is the best mood, so she was short with him, but he was still very kind, patient, and helpful. I spoke to him later, and told him a little bit about her situation. He was very empathetic, and said he understood. I apologized for her crappy attitude, but he said not to worry about it. I offered him a couple of extra dollars for all he did, but he refused the money and thanked me for being a great dad. The way your employees treat special needs people says a lot about them, and about your corporate ethics. I commend AJ for his maturity, kind heart, and exceptional attitude and wish him all success in the future. read more

Our service was not great to say the least. We had to have my sister's burger re-made 3 times, and we are not ever the type of people to make a complaint. The rest of my family was finished eating after the 20 minutes it took to bring out the burger, AFTER we had to go and ask the manager where the burger was at. While waiting to talk to the manager, we got to listen to someone else who's order they had already messed up twice. Needless to say this place needs some work... or different help. read more

Probably a unpopular opinion but to whichever friend told me Whataburger is even a close comparison to In-N-Out needs to have their California membership revoked. Whataburger is basically an oversized McDonald's hamburger. Which there's nothing really wrong with but the nail in the coffin is the "I don't give a shit" attitude that the service staff has. read more

Whataburger close to home, hot food, good team, any mistakes they are willing to correct (after you leave and then call them). It's Texas and it's Whataburger. This Whataburger is delicious, but they need to learn attention to detail. If you ask for Swiss cheese instead of American, and then get American, it's hard to spot check in the drivethru, so you don't get what you asked for. read more

This Whataburger SUCKS!!! A few months back we ordered through the drive-thru and when we got home, we realized they left out all fries and onion rings. Second time yesterday April 11 after not going back for forever, we were not given any fries or onion rings again plus they messed up a burger and drinks had no flavor .We told by a member of management named Courtney we'd be compensated to a complete new dinner for every item we ordered. Today we went to get our compensated dinner and we're told they'd only give one burger when it was ALL 6 total fries/onion rings missing. Terrible customer service. read more

I live nearby and I wanted to at least visit this location a dozen times before I knew for certain that this is the absolute worst Whataburger I have ever had as far as food quality, customer experience and drive thru time. I should have to wait 45 minutes when sitting in line only 4 cars ahead of me. What are they doing?? Food is always missing. I get yelled at for not moving but really I just want to make sure I have my food. This was the absolute worst service I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for our food. Realized they forgot our fries after leaving so we went back to get the fries and the manager Courtney Trevino said she would give us "some" of our fries. Even though we showed our receipt where we had paid for 4 fries. She refused to give us all of our fries without showing her our kids meal bag. (Even though we had our receipt). After going back in with the kids meal bag she refused to give us fries. This manager obviously doesn't need to be a manager. This is Whataburger is not better than most in the area, every time I get a burger from here i ask for no onions, well that doesn't really do much considering theres always onions stuck on top of the buns anyways. Always go through the drive thru. But went inside today and this little girl was rude. Idk If she is in a bad mood or anything but had the ugliest attitude.
