When a customer specifically askes for something to not be on their "sandwich" it's probably a reason for it. Maybe the person is allergic to those things. You could potentially kill someone because of your carelessness. Also the attitude you put off to your customer because YOU forgot they were waiting to give you their order. read more

I would give a 5 star review because the food was great and the staff was friendly and efficient (very quick with the large line in the drive-thru and inside the store) however, BUGS!! There were a bunch of flies flying around the restaurant and more than a few of these bugs on the floors. They need an exterminator ASAP! If I could give negative stars I would. I need the owner of this location to reach out and pay me for the 1 hour and 15 minutes that I was stuck in the drive thru with no way in or out as it took that long for them to help the cars in front of me. After waiting for the 75 minutes I paid 31 dollars for my food and was given a bag with one French Fry order in it. I look at the lady in disbelief. I said you just charged me $31 and are giving me just a fry...does a fry cost $31? She said no, I said ok so where is the rest of my order. She stares at me with a blank face and says so um are you missing food? I said yes (are you kidding me???). I then told her what I was missing (basically my entire order) and she says well I don't make the food so...WTF does that even mean?? You hand out the food so go get my food. I have been in line for 75 damn minutes, I could have found a cow, taken it down, gotten the meat out of it and make my own damn burger in that time, this is fast food and you take longer than a Michelin star restaurant!!!!! After finally getting my food in all this frustration I forgot to get honey mustard so I asked for it and she then had the nerve to say it will be 25 cents.......what? seriously? This is by far the worst customer service, employee stupidity, rudeness all of it I have seen in my 35 years. Worst of all while all this is taking place and their customers have been waiting forever there is a guy inside that I can see through the window that is literally just walking around and touching things to look buys but not actually doing a damn thing, another employee had ear buds in and was just signing and dancing, like what the actual ........again if you own this place or run this place you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing your restaurant to be like this and should not be allowed to own or run anything because you clearly dont care. read more

I finally got a chance to get some Whataburger since moving into the area. (Yep an "out of towner" please don't hate me.) I used the Whataburger App to order in advance. I ordered a Bacon & Cheese Whataburger with Avacado and redeemed a reward for a Chocolate Mint Shake. At the time of this review the dining room is closed to customers so drive through or curbside through the app will be your best bet. Understandably the drive through was long. Food was on point as always. I could see the fries being too salty for some people. The food was hot and delivered exactly on time that the app estimated. One item was missing from the order but it was corrected in about 10 minutes. All in all a good experience but nothing to write home about. read more

Absolute worst staff past 4pm and the employees are so rude and get on there phone and just do not care about anything and the wait time is insane especially for curbside pickup this is my secound time doing it and I've waited 40 min for my food but someone who got there after me got there food within 5 min of sitting there. I am sooooo tired of this what's a burger, because it very clear the people they have working there do t have a clue how to make one. Every freaking time I go they slap together the food like slop makes it so unappetizing. This review is for a specific employee... I believe her name is "Ella." (She has light brown hair and glasses for reference, in case I got the name wrong.) We've been coming here for a long time, this location has always provided great food, but due to staffing shortages the wait times have been out of control recently. During the worst of it and still, Ella is ALWAYS here, working hard. I've seen people scream at her... she continued to try her hardest. One time, a drink was spilled on her... she continued to try her hardest, wet shirt and all. Ella is a gem and makes this whataburger worth coming back to. I hope the owners/managers see this review, because that girl deserves some recognition for how much effort she puts in. read more

Management and employees seem to be mad at the world and hate their jobs. Heard the f word multiple times why waiting almost 30 minutes to get our food. My wife and I waited a long time for our food. Which was a hamburger and two orders of fries. They called our number and they were short a fry. The food was not all that great. Terrible service! I'm used to waiting 10-15 minutes on average for my food here, but my experience today was much worse. I waited at least 10 minutes in the drive thru and did not move an inch. I noticed the dining room was empty, so I parked and went inside. I placed my order and waited in the front near the drink station. There was over 15 workers inside. There was a lot of chitchat between them as well as the "Manager." Also a young lady scratching her hair without gloves and touching everybody's drive-thru orders. Another 10 minutes goes by and they call number 38. I was number 35. The young lady asked my number again and I informed her that I was 35. As 5 minutes goes by I decide to go to the front and ask them to double check the bag, and indeed it was my food. I looked at the young lady and she just apologized is attitude. I waited over 25 minutes for a burger. I feel bad that the general manager is paying over 15 people to work there for their service to be so terrible. The food is good and the people are nice during the day. Can't say the same for night shifters. And no matter what time of the day it is they have never once gotten my entire order correct, by that i mean they forget the fries or toast, or an entire burger. This makes the drive-thru pointless when I have to go inside to correct them every single time. My night time experience involved me going through the drive-thru and no one answering even after honking my horn. I park and go inside to find one high school age kid sweeping behind the counter and he sees me and goes and wakes up his high school age co worker from the back. I don't ever post reviews. But I just had the worst experience at this Whataburger. I ordered online, and was told my order would be ready at 10:35. I didn't get my food untill 11:20. That itself is ridiculous, but I specifically asked the woman that finally brought it if there was ketchup. She blatantly lied to me and told me " Oh yes, I put regular and spicy. BTW I'm almost sure she was the manager. I finally got home only to find no ketchup, and also no sauce, that I put on my order and paid for. Terrible experience from my favorite FF place!! read more

Okay this Whataburger is so bad I went there twice and I never went back again. I live in the area and if I ever want Whataburger I drive to Dallas, Mesquite or somewhere else. If you want to waste 1-hours of your life all you gotta do is go to their drive through not even exaggerating, no joke you will sit there for a minimum of 30 minutes. Today and yesterday me and my friend went and got some food thinking it would not be a long wait, oh boy we're we wrong! The wait was 30-45 minutes both days, the frys were VERY over salted, the fruit punch Powerade had ZERO flavor at all, part of my meal was cold and smelt like fish, my toast was not cut in half and was not cooked like how I've remembered from other locations. Whataburger you need to learn from Chick-fil-A because they know what is up. They also have SO many employees but half of them are dilly dagon around outside trying to get girls number and not making food, also some people came in at the same time as us and ordered and sat down, and we were both sitting down for 30-45 minutes and people that just sat down got there food before us.
