I love whataburger, and I have lived in forney my whole life, and since this whataburger has been here it has done nothing but disappoint. The wait for food is ridiculous, the customer service is very rude, and the orders are almost never right. Today, when I went through the drive thru there was no one at the first window and I never remember stopping at the first window, so I continued onto the second window. At the second window, I was yelled at by the manager for "messing up everyone in the line" after I had already sat there behind another truck for 15 minutes or more. Went through the drive through late one night and the inside was packed. Thought it would be a great experience but got home and had an uncooked burger that was cold throughout. Fries were cold too. Extremely disappointed. Manager did refund cost though when I called them. read more

So today we walked into this Whataburger location to be greeted by the sweet smile of JADA! We typically do not have high expectations for fast food locations, and Jada definitely made that atmosphere feel so much greater than a fast food restaurant. She smiled, she was attentive, she made her way around the facility making sure every customer was enjoying the food and taken care of. My sis lived in Forney for roughly five years and we frequented this Whataburger often. The staff was always friendly, helpful and kept the place clean. As for the food, what more could you ask for from a Whataburger? It's low grade, fast food. If you're looking for a cheap meal, it's better than McDonald's and Burger King, but don't expect much more than that. read more

I've always been a fan of Whataburger but for several years I've had my share of disappointments with Whataburger. It's hit & miss now on if it will be good or not. Please tell me why they always seem to smash my food every time in the drive thru. The meat is so salty you can't hardly stand it and I really expect it to be cooked to order like they've always been known to do but they don't anymore. My favorite breakfast on a bun isn't even right anymore. It would be better if they cooked the sausage on the grill instead of a steamer. Bring back my Whataburger! read more

The nighttime team lead I take it was extremely nice. I didn't get his name, but he was super friendly and was really nice to the 3 puppies we were taking for a ride. I haven't gone to this location much, but after this experience I will be back. Food is always good. I personally haven't had a bad experience yet. read more

Asked for no onions, got a nothing but onions with frozen fries, come back the next night thinking it's just a mess up same exact thing. They get your order right most of the time if it's small Don't try ordering more then 3 things though because they'll get confused and fuck it up Most employees are kinda short with you (with the exception of Jamal and darren) Food is good most of the time though and with the lack of options they're most always busy. read more

One would assume that after a 30 minute wait in the drive thru that this will be the best food you have ever had..it isn't. Midnight shift is awful. Slow, difficult, and still got the order wrong. Breakfast is good and has very pleasant employees.

You should NEVER run out of picante sauce. I waited in line for over 15 minutes to receive my taquito just to find out the store had run out of picante sauce. That'll cause a riot where I come from. I came inside to get a burger to go. Amara (the girl who helped me) was in the back sweeping and greeted me from across the restaurant and jogged to the register to take my order. She even apologized for the "wait". She was really happy and positive and glad to be there. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I heard some cooks in the back talking and drop a few f-bombs. Amara was easily a 5-star employee. read more
