Stopped in on a Sunday at 11:15am approx. just plain horrible service. I just ordered an apple juice and fries. The drive thru was full (about 9 cars) and ran inside thinking it should be faster considering it's a quick easy order. Boy was I wrong. It took me 15-20 mins just to get the fries and juice. I had to remind them, and only reason I did this was I noticed there was no one on the drive thru anymore. The employees went walking and playing around. I don't understand how it takes 20 mins for just one fry and juice. Normally this is a 5 min max time ... if the fries have to be fried This just tells you, unless you have time to waste, you're better off just going to another Whataburger. The absolute worst Whataburger on the planet!! They couldn't pour "bladder water" out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel!!! If you could give zero I would. Recently moved to the area and like the burgers here better than the IN-N-OUT, however this Whataburger is by far the worst fast food place I've experienced. Three out.of three visits food is wrong and the wait crazy. Today I waited 18 minutes in.the drive through with only two cars in front of me. I ordered a Jalapeno cheese burger and a drink. They lost my burger and had to remake it. Finally got it and drove off then took a bite, not.even close to what I ordered. I went in to see the manager, he was too busy to come out. I.asked for a refund and guess what the manager has to do that and he.is.too busy. I called the 800 number they listened to my complaint and gave.me the general managers number, I called and it rang for 3 minutes no answer. This has to be the worst customer service from any fast food restaurant. It's the only place where even if you are the only customer in the store (not drive thru, which sucks equally as bad) where you can spend 7-10 minutes without anyone getting your order, asking if you are waiting on pick up, etc. Honestly it's quite impressive how bad it is. If I could give it a 0 star review I would. The only saving grace is that the menu has some good options. Outside of that, this place is trash. Ok WHATaburger. We just moved to the area and I never loved whataburger but it's probably because I haven't tried this place. The past two times we came the fries were fresh and well seasoned to my taste. Consistency is important for me so I hope I can safely assume the fries will be good here lol. (The other location I would go to would be so bland). The burgers were also good. I kindly repeated my order again which included a sweet tea... she then asked me again 3x for my my drink order.... So I raised my voice because evidently she couldn't hear me. Then she told me I didn't have to yell.... When I got in line at the drive through it was just me and another car that was in front of me. I was thinking it should be quick since all I had was one food item and the one other car. This place is very poorly run. It took over 45 minutes to get our food and we just ordered two meals. I'm local and I won't be coming back.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. This location is always a hit more miss (mostly miss) on getting any good service . I usually don't leave bad reviews but this morning just pushed me to finally do it for this specific location. This morning my husband and I went to grab some breakfast before we headed to the airport. Pulled up in the drive through and sat there with no one attempting to take our order . The person in front of us had been helped then I look over and the people who came AFTER us at the other drive through had been helped and were moving along. We got out of the carline and my husband figured maybe that side wasn't working so he parked and walked in. He asked the customers standing around if they had been helped and each of them told him 'no' so we ended up leaving. read more
