Went to this Chipotle on June 16, 2026 around 9:30 PM and had one of the worst experiences I've had at a Chipotle. The employee making my food was a skinny white guy with glasses and a ponytail. From the second I got to the line, he had an attitude. When he got to the rice, he gave me such a tiny amount that you could literally see the bottom of the bowl. I've been to a lot of Chipotles and I've never seen someone put that little rice in a bowl before. The whole time it felt like he was treating the rice like it was coming out of his own paycheck. It's rice. Why are we acting like we're rationing food? To make it even better, I sat down and started eating and realized the chips were stale. Honestly, I should have paid attention to the 1.8-star rating before walking in. After this experience, I can confidently say that rating is a fair representation of this location. The reviews clearly weren't exaggerating. At over $35 for two bowls and a bag of chips, the service and quality were embarrassing. I just moved into a new community in Justin, and I won't be coming back. I'll also be letting my neighbors know to save their money and spend it somewhere else. Do better. read more

I always do an online order at this location and never do I get my food in a timely manner. Today it took 25 minutes after the pickup time to get my food. I constantly see the employees walk back and forth in front of the drive through window and not even acknowledge me. Half the time the portions are ridiculously small as well. Have the employees do their job, or find new ones who will. read more

Placed an online order asked for crispy shells and of course got soft tortillas that's not even the worst part about it they didn't even give me a tray the wrapped up the tacos just in tinfoil what a smashed mess that was!! Also the 2nd lunch the steak was so incredibly spicy it was torture to eat it. I made a order for a family of five and one of coworkers didn't want to take a request and was being rude about it because she messed up one the orders which I get but she had no place to be rude to a customer making a special request when she didn't even have to do it. I made an online order for two quesadillas and drove up here to pick up my food. I was greeted by a what seem to be an annoyed and frustrated employee. She told me they were out of quesadillas and she asked if I would want a bowl or a refund. I asked for the refund and she gave me a phone number to call, I then asked why the app let me order if they didn't even have the food to make it. She kid you not. Stared at me and closed the window. I'm now waiting 5 days for a refund and I'm overall done with this chipotle. I don't know what it is with this location, but they hire people who don't care and honestly seem unqualified. Service was terribly I ordered a steak burrito very little rice, beans and meat were put in. I complained to the person next to the young girl making my burrito and she responded "well she's new" which is no excuse. I said can I get some more steak and the trainer put 4 tiny cubes of steak on. Terrible customer service, horrible how the burrito was made didn't even satisfy my hunger. I will definitely contact the GM!!!! How to improve? Maybe people that care about working at these prices at least put on what I normally get when I come in!!!! No,no,no. This was the most disappointing restaurant i have ever been to and will never ever go again. I got a burrito, which u would think would be easy to make for a place that is supposed to be a tex-mex fast food joint. But, oh my god, was i wrong. The tortilla tasted like it was a week old and eating the damn think was like eating something different with every bite. One side u got the meat and the other side u got the guac and sour cream, while biting the middle, u get everything else. To top it off, the damn thing came out lookin like a potato wrapped in tin foil, not a real burrito. Not to mention it was over priced like a mf and the employee i had to deal with at checkout was about as rude and unprofessional as i have come across in a while. This is one of the better chipotles I have been to in a while. The food was great and the people working there were friendly! The rice was perfectly cooked, which I think anyone going to chipotle appreciates. The tables could have used some cleaning and clearing, but it was later and they were pretty busy and didn't have a ton of staff, so I don't blame them at all. Bathrooms were clean and other surfaces were clearly taken care of. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be back! read more

This review is for the Chipotle in Texas area. After a wrestling tournament, our group of girls headed here to eat. They were feeling a bit hangry so not much picture cooperation. Chipotle is 100% similar to QDOBA. Although I find that the meats at Chipotle have a little better flavor. The concept is great. You can make your meal a salad or burrito or simply a bowl. They have 5 or 6 different meat varieties and MANY other toppings. They do charge almost $3 for a scoop of guacamole and the white queso is extra $2 as well. The bowls are about $10 after taxes, but they are very filling and super delicious. The inside of restaurant was clean except for the drink area. The machine was out of a few sodas and the option for water was not working correctly( tasted like seltzer water). Other than that, the place looked clean. The staff was ok, not very outgoing, but just getting people through the line. They do have an app that helps you earn points, but they do not offer Military discounts or perks like Qdoba does. Overall, I give this place a solid 4 stars because the food itself has never disappointed. read more

This chipotle seriously needs corporate to come in. Every time I order here it's always awful but I keep giving them a chance. This was the last chance. I ordered 3 bowls. One was the chicken al Pastor. See picture below. This bowl cost almost $13 and there was hardly any chicken in it. It was not even a scoop full. In all the bowls the rice was over cooked and had a lot of cilantro stems, and the cilantro was not even fresh. These kids want to paid more an hour but they can't even cook the food right and give you the correct portions. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOU $! We all love chipotle for how well they season everything. Well this location didn't get the memo. Everytime I try to give them another chance I become immediate filled with regret. Yesterday was my final straw. I sat there ordered food for my wife and both of our meals were so bad we ended up throwing them away. The rice is consistently undercooked. They don't train the cashiers, because for the last 4 times I have gone the price has been different each time and my meals haven't changed. I order the exact same thing and I'm not referring to inflation I'm referring to incompetence. DONT order sour cream but your bowl will turn into straight soup. And to add insult to injury their dining room is often closed and you can only order online which is absolutely awful. read more

Filthy. Dirtiest chipotle I have ever seen. The dining area was covered in crumbs and rice. Every table was dirty. I had to use one of the last napkins available to wipe a table to sit at. Can in after 2:00 pm and they were not busy at all. So it's not like they didn't have time to clean. The trash cans were overflowing and had a huge stack of trays that had not been cleared. The tray that our food came on was dirty as well. One woman helping us was unfriendly and didn't seem to want to help us. I asked for extra salsa, She acknowledged it and then walked away. read more

If I could rate this Chipotle 0 stars I would. The management has been horrible since it opened. The staff is undertrained. The restaurant is always a mess. I love Chipotle bowls but don't think I will be going back to this location, which is sad because I work very close. I watched a young girl at the food line texting with her rubber gloves on. Then she was talking on her phone with her gloves on. Then she plugged in her phone to charge and the charger cord was right on top of the big tortillas. She never changed gloves and when she finally hung up, used those hands to make a burrito. I used to work in food service and was totally disgusted. Oh and they are usually very rude or act like they just don't care. Management needs to be held accountable. read more

If i could give this place zero stars I would. Not just the worst chipotle but the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. I online ordered my girlfriend and I's food and pulled up to have the worker stare me down rudely. Once we sat down to eat at home I find the bowl is half filled with mostly veggies and corn with a very small serving of chicken. I ordered through door dash and when we received the order it was actually incorrect. I tried to contact DD and they wanted to give me a credit for less than the missing items were. I come here a lot because I simply love chipotle. This location is ran by poor management. I also know what it is like to work fast food as a teenager so i give some grace, but the lack of customer service, improper food handling techniques (texting with gloves then making food without changing gloves, using a dirty rag to clean countertops, then proceeds to wrap burrito with the same wet dirty gloves). I usually get bowls so this has never happened to me but I have seen it with customers food before me. As I can see by the other reviews I am not the only one who has noticed this and hopefully the business improves. I would like to say there is a really sweet black girl that is always working hard & keeps a smile on her face and is the only reason I give this place 2 starts instead of one read more
