I wish I was more poetic and could write an ode to Whataburger! But I'm not, so you'll have to suffer through my boring review instead. What can I say about Whataburger that you don't already know? Delicious burgers made to order, yummy salty and fresh fries. Delicious dipping sauces. My personal favorite is the patty melt. The only thing I would suggest for this particular location, is if you go through the drive thru and make any special requests, check your order carefully before you leave. I have a few times asked for extra sauces, only to get home and realize they were not included in my bag. read more

I was only given one spicy ketchup, when I asked for another one they said one per meal. I even offered to pay for it. Employee still said no rudely. This sucks coming from someone that just like ketchup and not another condiment, and PREGNANT at that. Eating my meal DRY. Thank you. read more

This was my first visit to a Whataburger. Yum! I ordered a patty melt meal. The burger comes with 2 patties, pepper jack cheese, pepper sauce and grilled onions on Texas toast. I left off the onions since I'm not a fan. I now realize Texas toast is what I'm missing on burgers! The sandwich was pretty good, and it doesn't taste like typical fast food burgers. Every single time I go to this Whataburger there is something wrong with my order. My Whataburger Jr meal: The fries were hot. The burger was not. It was thrown together by a 2 year old who doesn't like onions, apparently, because there were none. This is literally my favorite part about Whataburger...the chopped onions. Also, this is the 2nd time this has happened. The tomato was so mushy it barely resembled a tomato. Of course with a mushy tomato it makes everything else a complete soggy mess. I ate 3 bites of my burger and threw the rest of it away. It was that gross. This is the only Whataburger I've been to since ownership was sold to BDT Capital. I don't know if all the Whataburgers have become sub-par since BDT capital became the owner or it's just this one. Personally my fav whataburger to go to.. Friendly staff, always clean, never crowded, taken care of during rush hours. It also happens to be two blocks down where I live! XD They do not have wifi so I'm unable to check in but I've been here a dozen times.. So glad they brought the A1 Thick n hearty burger back. It's my all time favorite with toasted buns!! My sister doesn't eat burgers but she actually likes the A1!! The raspberry tea is always fresh here.. I get three large refills if I can. This location in a nice area near a Walmart.. This Whataburger is comfortable and clean with a friendly staff. Sometimes you just need a burger and this is pretty good for when I'm hungry. I do like the onion rings here. Their oversized medium drinks are large enough to fill up most people. As far as burger restaurant chains go I do prefer Whataburger. This location is convenient for me. read more

This location is often crowded! Especially on a Sunday. Why wait in a drive-thru line around the block; when there is another branch only a short distance (3miles) away on Longpoint (near Campbell) that always has room. The same could be said for the Gessner @ I-10 location. read more

I come here almost every week for breakfast. I sat in line before breakfast ended. When I pulled up to the mic employees were having a whole conversation over the speaker. Once I asked could I order they told me I can't order breakfast I'm a minute late. But i was in line before breakfast ended. Dana the manager said they only serve enough breakfast for 15 minutes before 11am ... meaning the food is not made to order. First off, DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT EVERRRRR. I live across the street and EVERY TIME i come here my order is WRONG. Never fails! So tonight i ordered a #7, PLAIN.. just onions and lettuce.. after waiting 7 mins for "fries" then being told to move up and wait while the car behind me got THERE food, i got my food.. my burger had cheese on It... like really? I don't usually do reviews but I just had to give this whataburger a review because they have been FANTASTIC!!!! My sister in law and her husband are visiting from Sweden. We stopped by whataburger for lunch on 8/1/19. I mentioned to the cashier that it was their first time in the US and first time at whataburger so it might take us a minute to order while they figure out the menu. The cashier, Wendell, was amazing!!!! She told the manager, Dana, and she welcomed us too!! They gave us each a free Dr. Pepper milkshake to try. They gave my brother in law extra fries because he was super hungry haha and then to top it off, when we were done with our meal, they brought out an adorable welcome gift box with some keychains, cookies, coozies, and fruit snacks!!!! I have never seen service like this and I am born and raised in Texas. I am beyond proud of this Texas establishment. I will ALWAYS come back to this Whatabuger!!! Outstanding service!!!! Additionally, the inside was super clean and tidy and the bathrooms were as well. Thank you so much Wandell and Dana, for you friendliness and hospitality. So after graduating nursing school and going right back to studying for my license I had to take a lunch break!! I was craving a crispy chicken sandwich and an iced tea. It was mad lunch rush but they had a second lane open which was a person w a pad.. service was fast and courteous. Impressed! My sandwich was perfectly cooked and juicy and after the nasty sandwich i had at subway the day before I was so happy. Placed a mobile order and payed for it. When I arrived to pick it up cashier told me their system had been glitching and they hadn't received my order but they would make it asap. She proceed to tell the manager the situation and how I had already payed. The manager came to tell me I didn't place the order and that she couldn't give me anything, including a refund because "what if you didnt pay or canceled the order." I'm over it. This was my favorite What-A-Burger, but they've gotten my right only once in the past 6 weeks. At this point, I'm no longer going back to get a refund (I keep on finding the wrong order after I get home). They won't cancel the credit card charge, I'm too angry to drive back again for their incompetence, so I'm going to dispute it with my credit card company. I had an app order and a separate order with 2 #20's one with Dr Pepper and the other with coffee. I asked fir 5 creams 6 sugars. I got 3creams 7 sugars. The app order was Bob with orange juice.no drink carrier and I'm wearing white so you know what happened next. SMH before they've forgotten to go be me picante sauce and ketchup. Or gravy.
