I went in the silber location. to order food... i have NEVER used there restroom until today... and it was absolutly disgusting... there was Cockroaches... i told the manger she acted as if she didnt even care... employess are careless at this location... they also need to advise that if there employes got a hickey to cover it up because thats not proffesional... ive never been so dispointed... and to think i told the manger and she didnt even acknowledge the fact that they have roaches... disgusting distgusting... will not be returning... if theres bugs in the restroom i can ONLY IMAGINE what can be near there food... read more

In 1977 some friends at work had this thing where they all got together once a month and had lunch at JCI. I completely did not understand their fixation. This is not something you can compare to other restaurants and especially cannot compare to other chili-cheese-hotdogs. This is a unique stand alone food that just doesn't relate to food in general. If you don't like chili-cheese-hotdogs then.... duhh - don't go to this restaurant. They do serve other things but that is for other people to write about. I came back to this review to add that the only thing I have ordered at JCI in 39 years is the "Cheese Coney" - mustard, coney sauce, Kraft Cheese Whiz & onions. I always think I'll try something else - but, never have. Oh wait... I've tried the tater-tots and I think they are pretty good - but, again I just happen to like tater-tots.
