I've been in HTX for 10yrs and this was my first time coming here. I got the Veggie Burger and it did not disappoint at all. It was so refreshing that mustard (not mayo) already came on the burger, love that for me! The burger had a really good smokey flavor and was flavorful. OMG the Sweet Potato Fries were fresh, lightly salted and delicious and paired well with the honey mustard that tasted homemade. The service was great, fast, and efficient! I explained to your manager how the burger wasn't it's best (bread was burnt), he gave me two options either come back and they would do it right; but I explained how I couldn't go back because I was running errands, I was not in the best of moods, grieving the loss of my mother, I was not in the mood to cook, but was craving Beck's Prime. Visited Becks Prime today after my appointments. Took a pic of 1/2 the burger so you can see how well cooked it was. I opted for the bacon cheeseburger and they cook it medium. It was perfect. My partner got the chicken sandwich and Parmesan truffle fries but those aren't pictured as they got our order wrong and what you see is the regular cut fries. Thankfully the staff just made us a new batch of fries and we kept the wrong fries thankfully they didn't take them away because we didn't get the fries we ordered until we were finished with our meal. The only problem with this was we were the only patrons in the restaurant so I'm not sure how they could've gotten order fry order wrong. Hence the 4 stars. Other than that, everything else was fine, Staff was friendly and The place is clean inside. read more

I ordered my usual Mediterranean salad with ribeye on the side. It was delicious as always with the exception of the steak, it was way undercooked for requesting medium well. Over the past year I went from this particular Becks on Augusta being my got to spot for truffle parm fries, to barely going because I don't need the stress of them getting such a basic order wrong. They hired a new young guy that works the drive thru and even when I speak slowly or if I am in person to order he ALWAYS mess up my order( he has been there almost a year, so get it together). What is so hard about an order of truffle fries or and order of regular fries with parm on top. The AA lady and AA guy that works the drive thru get it right every single time. Today I placed an order through the app in an effort to minimize my contact with people and on the app the order is even simpler. I should have been able to go in pick up the order and leave. When I get there the staff that worked during the 11am- noon hour got it wrong again. The lady (Hispanic lady) told me my order was not ready. I was picking up two orders. When in fact one of the orders was ready and was sitting there getting cold. My order was not even made despite it being placed 15 min ahead of time on the app. The cook ERIC was so mean and nasty he barely wanted to start my order and recook the cold fries that was sitting. Mind you I wasn't even saying much I was calm, but I guess my face told the story plus ERIC seems like he is living hell on Earth. The Hispanic lady said, "ERIC you are stubborn, just fix the order." When I got my order my ranch cups were smashed. Eric it must be miserable for you to be hateful and to hate your job. I talked with my bank to get my refund because I refuse to eat food someone with so much hate fix me. I guess if you look like me you may not get the best service because all the other customers that came in received good service. Needless to say, I will never step foot here, I will go to Southwell's where they get it right all the time and make us feel welcomed. I believe today was my first time ever visiting Beck's. I assumed it was a fast-food place due to the drive through, but the prices quickly corrected me. It's quick casual restaurant and a bit pricey, in my opinion. I ordered a burger, and it was soooo good. I had a meeting scheduled for 1pm, and I actually pushed it back, so I could sit and really enjoy the burger. It was THAT good. The manager (or someone I think is the manager since he was dressed differently) was very nice and helpful. My order was made incorrectly, but he quickly took it back and got it resolved for me. The patio is very cute, and I bet it's even better at night. I thought it would be awful to sit outside due to the heat, but there are nice, big trees that provide shade. The only negative is the guy behind the counter was a bit snappy and impatient. My son and I were not familiar with the menu, so we needed time to look over it, which is why we stood a bit to the side, and he kept yelling asking if he could help us. He seems irritated that we weren't ready. We weren't holding up the line, so that was disappointing for him to be so snappy. The burger absolutely made up for it though. read more

It had good crisp and a juicy interior. The buns were good and sesame type, which is always a bonus. The fries were very tasty, majority soft rather than crispy, fresh and not too salty. Becks is counter service, but that doesn't stop them from going above and beyond. I've never had an unfriendly run in with someone working at Becks Prime. They'll chat your ear off, make great suggestions if you're a first timer, and have no issue making substitutions and custom orders if they have the ingredients. Price point is on the high side for hamburgers, but the quality is at a higher level as well. Expect to spend about $20-ish on lunch, but feel fine about it. If you love classic hamburgers, hearts of palm salads with seared ahi tuna, and 400 year old live oaks, make sure to swing by this location. read more
