I love greasy burgers and fries. But I love the burger to be greasy, not the bun. My bun was soaked and I ate inside so it came from the kitchen like that. The burger didn't taste good at all. Salted fries are good also, but unfortunately these fries weren't salted. And lastly the girl behind the counter sounded like she had a mouthful of marbles. I ordered a Monterey Melt and her response was was a single word... "melt" and I said "yes, Monterey Melt". She repeated "melt". And I repeated my order. This went on 4 times until I finally figured out she was saying "meal", as in including fries and a drink. Started coming to this location when my last order was received incorrectly at the Beltline location. That was already after a few lengthy drive thru waits. (See my review on them for more). Well, I shall wait and receive wrong orders no more - this location off the service road to 183 is much more efficient. Even for late nights or early mornings; I haven't had a problem yet. read more

SO SLOW. I waited in the line of the drive thru for 15 minutes with out it moving other then when cars left after waiting went inside and the cashier ignored us while we ordered. Messed up two of three orders, we were missing food and we never received anything that we told them that was missing. read more

So yesterday was my birthday, July 16th, 2019. I want to give a HUGE thank you to the ENTIRE staff working that night. I am in town for training, not from around here. I had planned on getting my birthday dinner at whataburger (silly, I know) but it's what I wanted since we got out of training super late and this location was 24/7. I walked in and stated it was my birthday and just being the friendly person I was, laughing and talking to the cashier. The woman cashier had given me the best and I mean BEST customer service I have received in a long time. I was sitting in the back corner booth with some friends I haven't seen in awhile, catching up, meanwhile the entire whataburger crew came over and sang to me happy birthday. I seriously couldn't have had asked for a better birthday because of them. You all have no idea how much you brightened my entire day. Long wait time. (As usual at whataburger in general). Got to the window and was asked about ketchup. Drove away. NO KETCHUP .

The worst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger. Apparently the car in front of me in the drive through line had a "large" order. This location only has one lane by the way. Instead of them asking the car to pull forward I sat there for over 5 minutes waiting for my food. I decide to go in and get my order and the manager on duty wanted my money and my food wasn't ready. One second it's ready and then the kid making it said it wasn't ready yet. After paying and waiting, I was given my order with cold fries. I told the manager the fries were cold, then he went right back to the fry bin and got another order of cold fries. He actually had an attitude because I wanted fresh fries!!!! His attitude the entire time of this transaction was nasty. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could put him on blast, but, O'well, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy read more

So for people more from the northeast this is basically a chain restaurant a lot like Sonic's. Food was hot and delivered quickly to our table, I did like how they come over with a condiment tray for ketchup and sauces. Overall not a bad experience if you want a good fast food place. read more

I love Whataburger! Now that I have said that, let me say I did not enjoy my experience in the drive-thru this morning at this location. It was busy enough to have cars all the way back to the speaker (about 4 cars in the line). I drove up to place my order. The drive-thru speaker had so much static that I could not understand the young lady trying assist me. I got my order placed & drove forward. The line in front of me had been reduced to a single car at the second window. I pay. Then, drive up behind the car. I sit here for about 8 minutes before the large bag comes out the window and the car drives off. I reach the second window. I am handed my drink. I see 2 employees out in the drive-thru lane in front of me. One of them walks between my vehicle and the window, bends down, and picks up trash. Then the 2 walk off to the other side of the drive-thru lane. Meanwhile, back in the restaurant, my small 2 item order has yet to appear. After another 6 minutes at the window, the girl comes back and asks me to please pull forward. I ask why is it taking so long for 2 regular (no special orders) items? No answer...not even an apology. I pull forward. Another 3 minutes passes before someone appears with my small bag AND...you guessed it, still no apology. I could have went inside, made my own food, eaten it, and left in less time than I spent in the drive-thru here. I thought drive-thrus were supposed to be convenient and quick. read more
