This whataburger is lucky im giving them a 2 star rating. Normally i don't have a problem with this whataburger. I can't complain on the food because it's fast food it's never gonna be perfect the people complaining about the food can either cook for themselves or go somewhere else. However my issue relies with the service i normally don't have an issue with that but this time it's different. So I pulled into the right lane as there was no sign saying that lane was closed or didn't have workers for it and it wasn't busy so i thought ok should be pretty quick. Little did I know pulling into that lane I would watch two vehicles that pulled in behind me back up and go in the other lane as the vehicle that was there before had started moving neither of them were there before I was and the guy took their orders first. The second vehicle hadn't even gotten there for a good 10 seconds after the 1st vehicle that backed out moved forward I think it's pretty shitty that I was just sitting there waiting to order for 2 vehicles that pulled in after me backed out and pulled into the left lane to get there orders first. Let alone I was never talked to by the guy taking the orders, so I have no idea whether they just didn't have anyone working that lane or what. All they had to do was switch over onto the other side and say "hey we're not running this lane at the moment if you could go to the other lane that would be great" but instead I got nothing I proceeded to sit there for at least 5 minutes before finally getting fed up with it because i had work in 30 minutes and leaving with no food because by that point i didn't know if id have enough time to go around get my food and be at work in time. Every other time it's been about a 4-5 star due to it being pretty quick, but for whatever reason this time was a complete utter joke. read more

This is an amazing whataburger, all the five whataburgers we stopped at were overloaded and unable to actually process anyone through the drive-through lines however, this Whataburger was able to get people through the lines of in 15 minutes and actually had really good food and the fries are really fresh and the drinks for really carbonated and everything was a plus top notch read more

I went here with my friends for lunch after our rehearsal and I didn't realize it at first but I forgot my card.. so basically I ended up ordering then having to cancel. The cashier gave me a drink anyway which I really appreciated then they found me and brought me my original order for free. I thought that was so sweet and it made my day. Mixed experience here. Actually love Whataburger so experience is specific to this location. Food is good but....long wait (both in store and drive through, they don't know how to process deals/coupons, mistakes on drive through orders and some of the staff are a bit awkward when you eat in the store (come and talk to us at length while we eat and they linger). Worst experience at a whataburger by far!!! We got there and ordered food to go at 4:53pm this evening, I ordered my daughter a number 13, which is the chicken strips. We sat and waited and waited and waited. Still no food! At 5:15 pm I got up walked up to the counter and told the girl I ordered my daughter chicken strips at 4:53, it's now 5:15, what's up I mean where is her food, as calm as I could. She then says did you call it in, I said no we've been sitting on that bench for 23 minutes, and you saw us sitting there. She finally walks to the back and oh low and behold the food is sitting at the drive thru window! She did not apologize, she just looked at me with this smirky grin, like it was funny. I would be embarrassed and apologize to the customer, not laugh. There is absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. My poor child was so hungry and she even says mom I just don't think they like us, I said no they just don't care. To make matters worse her food was ice cold because it had just been sitting in the back, the fries were inedible, dried out and stale as all get out. I'm embarrassed for this establishment. To think they treat customers this way and serve cold dried out stale food is just astounding. So, no apologies for the wait, the fact that the food was just sitting in the back by the drive thru window, food was stale, hard and cold. It was only $7.40 but you know what, I want a refund. It's about principle. I hope the general manager Ferman Flores gets a hold of this and makes people accountable. Plus having to wait that long for yes chicken strips, a whole 23 minutes for a small meal made us late to our destination. I had to be in Austin by 7pm and was late. I should have asked for a refund right then and there but I was already so angry and was not trying to make a scene plus I didn't want to make the people behind wait because it probably would have taken another 20 minutes to get $7.40 back.
