Just stopped here to pick up my online order. The manager was extremely friendly and the food was delicious.

I ordered a burger with cheese, peppers and extra grilled onions but the bun was almost bare. I waited 15 minutes for the order and they forgot to include the ketchup I requested for the fries. I also asked for easy ice but my cup was 3/4 full of ice instead, way too much for any drink served. The service and food at this location is really hit or miss. Sometimes the food comes quickly and the food tastes great. But half of the time service is very slow and the food is poorly prepared. read more

We waited at the counter for over 5 minutes. We had several employees look at us, never acknowledged us and went on about their business. As we were leaving a manager came out and asked if we had been helped. We said no and that was the reason we were leaving and going to Freddy's. In a hateful tone she told us to have fun with that. The restaurant was empty and now I know why. Based on the lack of service and hateful manager I do not recommend this Wataburger. read more

We ordered at 4:15 dine in. Went back to the cashier because a Buffalo Chicken Tender Sandwhich was missing. My husband was told they'd get it right out. We finished eating at 4:45. Still no sandwhich and we were missing a fry. I told them not to worry about the fry but we needed the sandwhich. They handed me the sandwhich and I asked for it to be refunded. They refunded and brought me a BBQ chicken sandwhich. I asked them to clarify and they made the wrong sandwhich. I waited again for the correct sandwhich. They handed it to me a few minutes later. We pulled out to head home and my husband took a bite of his sandwhich to bite into raw chicken. So after all this time he still had no food and now we have to worry about him being very sick. This is the second time we've had an issue and we will never return because of this incident. I see a huge problem in the fact that this restaurant is operating without a manager on duty. I was told I have to wait until tomorrow to hear from them. I've spoken to the manager today who seemed to have no concerns that his location served raw chicken and caused a huge inconvenience to myself and my family on our way home (3 hours away) after a very long day. He believes since I was refunded for the sandwhich (yesterday, not the meal and got a sandwhich (the one in the photos (raw and made my husband sick)) that everything was fine. Apparently this location functions without a manager often and because it is a different day, they expect me to drive 3 hours to go get a cash only refund instead of applying it back to the method of payment. The manager should have called as soon as he was notified, had that happened we would have possibly been able to be refunded yesterday. I stopped at Whataburger for a quick lunch and I always been a great fan of their burgers and I still I'm! The service in this location was horrible! I see a lot of people just standing around doing nothing but when I asked for kept hip they just looked at me like if I was crazy. The coke machine was out of ice and I asked repeatedly to get some ice but nobody acknowledged me or seem to care. Finally I saw an old man get upset over the ice situation and finally someone decided to go fill it up. I understand how everyone bitches about illegal aliens but I bet you one illegal alien would the do the work 10x better then any of the people working at this shift! :( I hate to get people in trouble but come on, since when customer service was a luxury in this country? read more

Each time I come to this location I have to remind myself I'm only there for my mom because she loves the food. The food is decent but they will mess up the order each and every time. I'm a vegetarian but have ordered grilled cheese and onion rings there when picking up food for others. Both items were undercooked and cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. If you order ketchup on your burger be advised you will NOT get ketchup and if you order extras you still won't get ketchup. Not one time has it actually been on the sandwich at this location. Whether picking up for a delivery service or for family I've ended up waiting for 10-20 minutes to get my food. Most of the time the employees are busy doing nothing and don't even approach you as was the case today when I sent my husband to get my mom food. He was inside at the counter with the employees looking at him and walking by for TWENTY minutes before someone finally acknowledged him and I had to send him a screenshot of the receipt for him to even get the food as they had no idea about the order. Big shock, no ketchup on my mom's burgers and none included in the bag extra even though it was ordered. What do you people have against ketchup!?! At any rate I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will keep hoping my mom gets sick of it soon. I give it a year at the rate they're going before they end up closing down. read more

So much hype and so much disappointment. Fries were average. I will give them credit for having a big burger patty - one was plenty. However, I was wanting to eat it while driving so asked for a cheeseburger plain - no condiments. Big mistake. It was incredibly dry. I need to stop back by again and dine inside to appreciate the food better. read more

We love their burgers. They taste great. We usually get their Jr. Burger because that's the perfect size for us.

First timer here got a single meal with onion rings and coke. Very good. Is it the best burger I ever ate? No, but the burger wasn't dry wasn't salty and I enjoyed the taste and texture of the bun. The coke was good onion rings tender not hard. My daughter got a triple meal and couldn't finish it that's a big burger. I had stopped eating at fast food burgers places because yuck. Giant burgers and giant mistakes. I've eaten here twice and the popularity is definitely related to novelty. The burgers have good flavor, but no better than Wendy's or McDonalds. On this visit, they gave me the wrong salad. Don't get me wrong I love their food there food is hella good but would I ever work there again NO I don't recommend anyone working at whatabuger at first you think it's easy and everyone is very nice there. Delicious. However... I've ordered from them 3 times and every time the order has been incorrect. I can understand a mistake when I order 12 burgers at once (like tonight) but one of those times I ordered one burger, and it was wrong. The receipt very clearly says what was ordered. Yet on my last order I was shorted 2 triple burgers, 2 orders of fries, 3 orders of onion rings, cheese on one of the burgers, 1 honey mustard, 3 creamy pepper sauces...and this was ON ONE ORDER! I really, REALLY want this place to succeed, because the burgers are probably the best around, but this place WILL go out of business if they continue to make people wait 20 minutes in the drive-through AND short them on their order. Literally the worst Whataburger location there is . Pulled into the drive through with one car in the left lane and we were the only ones in the right lane. We ordered and patiently sat in the right lane waiting for 25 minutes without being acknowledged all while 4 vehicle in the left lane came in after us and ordered and got their food. The service and competence of staff was horrible! We took our young grandchildren for a burger. The kids meals were totally incorrect. How hard is two kids meals, ketchup only, one with fries the other with apple slices. The young man bringing the food literally threw a bag on the table and walked off. My salad was not in the bag and they offered no condiments. I looked for them prior to taking a seat but was told they would bring them around. I went to the counter to let them know they didn't bring my salad. They assured me they would get it right out. When setting up the kids meals, one burger had no cheese or ketchup the other was swimming in mustard. I returned the meals and let them know I was not impressed with the service. It took 30 minutes for them to get our order correct. I did speak to a manager, after that conversation, I understood why the service was so horrible. I will never go back. Our grandkids wanted what a burger. We ordered and they messed up pretty much the entire order. My burger and fries were cold, and the kids cheeseburgers were wrong. The young man brought the food to the table in a bag, dropped it and walked off. We had to ask for ketchup. It took them probably 20 minutes to bring the correct cheeseburgers out for the kids. Then they forgot a cookie. We spoke to the manager and it still took forever to bring the kids food. So for almost $35 bucks we got cold food that we had to wait for twice and horrible service. After hearing all of the hype about this place, my wife and I decided to give them a try. What a mistake. My wife ordered a burger with no mustard, and she got a burger where they scraped the mustard off of it. You can't remove mustard flavor by trying to scrape it off. The burgers size was ok, but there was no flavor to them like Burger King would have. The french fries were terrible, and we also tried the chicken strips. It was just fried chicken...nothing special at all. To top it off, the dining room was freezing cold, so that made the experience that much worse. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, but it really does not seem to matter. Everyone still flocks to this place, so they have plenty of business. Makes me wonder if people of this current generation have lost their taste buds. read more

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT IN DRIVE THRU. Honestly about 25 minutes. Food was okay and the service was decent but man what a wait.

They have great food! I have never been to a Whataburger before this one and I really liked it. Their service was also really good! They were super sweet and I was in lane B of the drive thru so it was a bit slower because they have to come outside to take the order and give the food, but it was well run. I did get confused because the car behind me got their food before me and I didn't know what to do because I didn't want them to have to sit behind me but there wasn't really anywhere for them to go around me. I wasn't angry that they got their food first because I don't know their situation, they could've ordered ahead or ordered things that took less long to make. I understand that completely. I got my food so soon after that, it really wasn't that big of a deal just to clarify. Overall it was a pleasant experience. read more
