My order was taken wrong. And as someone who's worked in food for a while I know when something is old. Line had 3 cars and yet the bun was rock hard and the chicken patty is clearly not even remotely fresh. I have no clue what's going on with whataburgers around Prosper/Mckinney but man none of them have been getting stuff right.

I would like to know what the heck this is because I know it's not chicken tenders. I am so disappointed that I spent money on this when it wouldn't even feed an elf. This is ridiculous. Spent $40 here tonight and received this crap. Was really looking forward to some Whataburger after my 12 hour shift. Absolutely BS.

There was hair in my burger

Hair in food !!! I went through the drive through snd waited about 15 minutes got home and their was hair in my food this is unacceptable they need to do better !!!!!

Come here if you want to wait thirty minutes. Go to a Chick Fil A if you want a well oiled machine.

30 minute wait in DT. One lanes closed. One window closes. Line around the corner.

For fast food it's a great tasting burgers. It takes twice as long but it's worth the wait. The spicy ketchup is very good.

This is the SLOWEST restaurant I've EVER been to. Absolutely horrible. They should take a lesson from Chick-fil-A.

Awful! 30 mins for dine in orders. They only care about drive thru. This is not a one time thing, I give up on this location.

Longest whataburger drive thru. Make sure you have at least 30 mins to sit and wait. Definitely check your order for accuracy as well.

I look forward to getting to use the virtual golf bay sometime, we are just usually on more of a time crunch. The bar makes a great mule. The place has a "hang out" vibe- to me that means tvs to watch, activities while you socialize and have drinks, a well rounded selection of shareable appetizers for if you're just having a few from the bar and playing cornhole. The decor is perfect for the theme and it feels a masculine version of sophisticated and relaxed at the same time.

First we were paying for a 2 hour time slot and we had reservations. The hostess came in rushed us to order food, then she kept coming in trying to close us out early. Then we finally figured out why she said they were closing at 9:00 when the sign had 11:00. So we left I see why the parking lot was empty in a Saturday night. There are other ones in the area we will try. Not coming back here. Then after we were pulling off in our cars another group came in and they opened the place back up for them but we had to leave. Hire staff whom truly want to be there and not just to receive a check!!!

I have came here with family and friends visiting, I have ordered this for takeout countless times. Rodeo Goat is where it's at I'll be talking about the 2 most recent burgers I tried - The brisket beef attacked my arteries in the best way - the brisket melts in your mouth (overshadows the beef though). This is the meatiest burger I've ever had from here. I have a bit of a sweet tooth so the sugar bomb is the most frequently ordered burger for me (maybe 10+ times?). I really enjoy the arugula mixed in with grilled peaches, a bit of jam and the party itself. I love this burger and I hope it never leaves the menu. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive - points to them!

I want to love this place. I really do, but with so many nice or better burger options available,…read moreI'm just going to say I will choose somewhere that offers medium rare burgers or hits high on the napkins quotient (as in, how messy and greasy it - the more, the better). Rodeo Goat seems more of a schtick theme. We started with the "Steaming Pile," which is basically characterized as bacon-cheese tots with additional goat cheese & a sunny side up egg. The egg was properly cooked. The portion was small for $10. It's really not a shareable size for more than two light eaters. There was zero hint of truffle oil. The Cowboy Cobb salad was a healthy portion, and all was good except for two things: the "jalapeño croutons" were not crispy in any way - they were like what would happen if a mushy hush puppy and tempura batter had a love child and it wrapped itself around an uncivilized jalapeño trying to socially climb. The second was that the burger patty had no cheese (why bother?) & I know it was an add-on. I ordered the Inspector Clousseau. Not much of a smash on the over-cooked patties. And, yes, I know what to expect from smash burger, but again, these patties were two the thickness of anything I've ever seen called a smash burger. More importantly, the pan sauce poured over the entire plate was cold and congealed. Generally, the flavor was okay. The service was nice, but at premium prices, I'm looking for elevated effort from the kitchen.

Like some other reviewers mentioned, it is a bit pricey because the burgers don't include a side, but I will say the sides are good! The tots come with Parmesan on top, which my partner wasn't too crazy about so we'll ask for it without next time but would have been nice to know beforehand. The fried pickles were sliced longways (idk how else to describe it but they were flat and wide, not like pickle chips), and it was the perfect ratio of batter to pickle--super crunchy! The burgers themselves are thick, cooked to your preferred temp, and there are lots of toppings to choose from. Will definitely be back when I'm craving a heartier burger than In N Out or, inevitably, those fried pickles

We ordered two burgers to go by calling the restaurant directly…read moreWe ordered one veggie patty melt and one Royal with Cheese medium well. The veggie patty is a bean burger (just FYI). The Royal was completely pink (photos included). I could not eat it - it was pretty raw. Luckily I also ordered fries so I ate some of those but after trying to figure out if I could salvage my patty, by the time I decided to just have the fries, they were cold and soggy. I was hoping to have a solid burger to celebrate Independence Day but this burger was inedible. If you are ordering to go, I highly suggest checking your order prior to leaving.
