When we walked in today, there seemed to be some drama between a couple register clerks. One of which stated (I don't like working for free) while he was either attempting to go to break or get back from break. Handled our order while the other guy got back and was very short and didn't seem to be having a good day. I work in the customer service industry though so this kind of attitude really bothers me whenever I see it. Sometimes you just have to make the best out of a situation. The stores customers are the priority. Certainly did not feel that way at this store. Did not feel welcomed at all. The only reason why I'm giving this two stars is for the gentleman who brought out our food. He was very nice and asked if we needed anything else. I kinda feel like I'm trapped in fast-food hell at this location. Everything takes fooorrrreverrrrrr, not one employee moves faster than a snail and all the customers are sitting at tables, with only drinks and little orange number tents, contemplating their life choices that led them to this purgatory. Placed my mobile order of burger and fries at 12:23, said it would be ready between 12:27-12:33, 12:30 came by and the worker said they were just waiting on my fries, at 12:38 I went and asked if they were done, and my burger was sitting underneath a table that they just forgot about. I've never had whataburger till I moved to TX. While I love the food, I just don't understand how this location runs. Long lines even for a two lane drive thru and if you decide to dine in or get your food inside to go, their priorities are the drive thru customers. Even if you manage to order your meal through the drive thru be sure you're not in a rush because you'll be spending 10-15 minutes waiting. read more

Food is cold and nothing special. Service is slower than anywhere I've ever been. I wouldn't mind, but no one acted like they were trying to move things along. I just waited in the middle lane of the drive thru for 30 min. I watched 9 cars progress through the first lane. In the middle lane, one kid was managing the lane alone and made 3 trips inside to retrieve items he'd forgotten (drinks, a burger and then sauce) for the same car. I was in the drive thru line for over 25 mins. They only had one lane open and it was moving very slow but it's like the name says, What-a-Wait. Then as I drove away I reached on the bag and the French fries were luke warm and chewy like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. When I got home the onion rings were luke warm too & my half & half iced tea didn't have any sweet tea in it. I spent over $24 to feed my wife & I and it was a disaster & not worth the money. WORST WHATABURGER EVER!!!!! The manager with initials EW has horrible costumer service. This is the SECOND time in less than a month that they've gave me my order without any MEAT! Clearly they do not have proper training either. I called and she was so rude gave me the excuse they we're busy not sure how if the drive thru and dining was empty when we went.. when i told her i hope this doesn't happen again she hung up on me. This is the SLOWEST restaurant I've EVER been to. Absolutely horrible. They should take a lesson from Chick-fil-A.

I attempted to do the drive through last evening. After a 35 minute wait to place my order, I then waited another 10 minutes to get from the where you order to the Line. At this point i decided to call the restaurant to see what the hold up was. I was told they were understaffed. I asked if they were so understaffed why were both drive through lanes open, the answer was "if the 'Big Boss' drives by and sees that it isn't open we'll all get fired". Great leadership !!! I canceled the order and left! I will never frequent any Whataburger again! Treating the employees that you count on to serve your customers with this much disrespect is also disrespecting your customers. You have lost this customer for life. read more

In order to make a fast buck, the new owners (from Chicago) have changed the beef to small, dry, cheap, tasteless patties. The worker who took my order at 2:11 am on June 5th is the GOAT, the best for real. This whataburger needs to give him a raise. I didn't catch his name but I wish I did but I hope he sees this and know I'm talking about him. He was very respectful and nice. I know that working these hours is the worst especially in fast food and I know he probably doesn't get paid enough for what he does and I was fully expecting to wait 15 mins for my order but he had it out within 5 mins and STILL apologized for the "wait" and got everything right and hooked us up with all the sauces without even us asking. Drive in. Ordered whataburger Jr meal well done no tomatoes. Diet Dr Pepper. 6.70 quoted. At the window was quoted 7.60. He asked if I ordered sweet tea. I said no. I was then given food at 6.70 and left. When I opened the bag, the hamburger was not even cooked thru much less well done and had 2 tomatoes. The hamburger was inedible. The Diet DP was mostly ice and watered down. Will never go here again. Paid 6.70 for a very small bag of fries and ice laden water with a tinge of Diet DP. ​ read more

There was no apology from staff or explanation for the long wait times. I went inside to speak with a manager thinking they might be very busy. There was only one table seated.
