There's absolutely no way to excuse the lack of manners here. Pulling in, two employees were smoking and talking to eachother with full uniform and aprons on. When they saw 3 of us come out of the car they made comments out loud like "I know you're F-ing lying" and "We can't ever get a F-ing break". Mind you, there was 1 car in the drive through and the lobby we were walking into was completely empty. Then the cashier makes the following comment "OH, there's a lot of you!" There's 3 of us. 7 pm on a Sunday. Food was good but of course. No ketchup of any kind was available. Our first time in Shreveport, and this definitely left a gross impression. read more

The service here is what saves the day. There are two (2) drive thru lanes but you will get stuck if you want to exit or go around. $1.00 fried lemon or Apple pie but they're soft not crispy. The service was terrible. We ordered two chicken sandwiches and it took 30 minutes just to get them. The fries and sandwiches tasted old and the fries tasted freezer burnt. Whoever was working the drive-thru speaker of the Jewella Avenue location at around 6 A.M on Subday. 11/27/2022 was EXTREMELY rude. He acted like he couldn'd understand what i was saying even though i was practically yelling; one of the ladies eventually thrned HER headset on and took my order. Got to the window, paid and no receipt. He asked me to move forward where i sat for the better part of 45 minutes waiting on a cheeseburger no onion nor tomato meal and honeybutter chicken biscuit with a large dr pepper. When i finally got my food, the burger had EXTRA onions and tomatos with what appeared to be a gooey substance and the guy was smirking when handing me my order. Staff is friendly and fast. It took 3 minutes for my food to be ready. Customers seem to be rude in this area though. At least to the staff while I was here someone had a cigarette in the bathroom just steps from the door. There was a butt in the toilet and ashes on the floor. Why not just finish it outside? After a night on the town we stopped by and being from Texas we understand that whataburger is not known for speedy service. I have been here several times during my lunch break at work. I work random hours so this is all different times of day and night. I have never in my entire life been to a place this slow. The food of this establishment is wonder ful and SOME of the employees are nice but i found the manager of this fast food restaurant extremely rude. She was walking around the place telling people to put their phones away and bond which i would have found funny if not for the fact that the way she said it was like she was demanding that we phones away, usally managers are supposed to be friendly but this lady was strolling around like she was the queen of the world.
