I love that there is Whataburger in MO. I haven't eaten it since I last went to Texas. The employees are super nice and accommodating. Food is hot and delicious. I love that they give a generous amount of spicy ketchup. Before I left, I ordered again and asked for more spicy ketchup. read more

Every time I'm near a whataburger I have to stop by. However this time it fell a bit short of my expectations. We went when they weren't busy and had placed a pickup order and waited for 25 minutes before I got my food. On top of that, my order was incorrect, I ordered an extra chicken tender which I didn't get which was frustrating when their prices are already steep and you paid $15 end waited for 20+ minutes only for it to not even be correct. The food itself was good but this whole experience has definitely made me sure that I'm going to skip whataburger next time I'm by one. read more

Horrible wait times. Whey forgot the "fast" in their fast food marketing. Every car in front of us took about 5 minutes to be processed. I know the lady in front of us only ordered a drink because I heard her but also took that long. This has got to be the WORST Whataburger there is!! Place was dirty. Staff was disorganized and lazy. No napkins in holders. Customer asked and was told they were out and was handed a wad of paper towels!! Took forever to get our order when there was only one table with customers. Manager came out to see my order number as I'm sure she could tell I was frustrated. I said "good thing you aren't busy!!" First of all, the curb to turn into the Whataburger lot was insane, my car scraped and made a horrifying sound as we pulled in and it rocked us again on the way out! We had placed a mobile pick-up order for dine-in when we were a few miles away. Around 11 AM... no customer was here yet besides my husband and I, additional employees slowly filing in as we pulled up. We went inside and met two guys, 1 local and a delivery app driver, both of which were also waiting for mobile ordered food, and for an employee to arrive at the front counter and acknowledge our existences. After the employees noticed us things were going fine but it took a looooong time to get food. The aforementioned local man was given a sandwich with no burger between the buns and actually had to come back. By this point I needed a seat, so I had my husband wait up front while I looked for a table. There was literally no one dining in (except us) and EVERY table was dirty! There was even a half-eaten chicken sandwich on the ground...yuck! After another employee clocked in, he asked my husband if we'd been helped yet and our food came out pretty quickly after that. Order was mostly correct (not screwed up enough that we felt the need to complain about it) and food was hot! Flavor-wise very similar to a Jumbo Jack with cheese from Jack-in-the-Box or a Cheese Champ from Rally's. Generally speaking, waaaay too much mustard on both our burgers so the synergy was off, but honestly not bad in the grand scheme of things. TLDR; Word of advice, if you're traveling to eat at a Whataburger, just keep driving and go to OK or TX for that. If you're just looking for something to eat in the area, follow everyone else's lead and go to Lambert's! read more

I go though the drive thur. every weekend and order the same thing #2 with no lett. no pickle before I could say pickles I was interrupted by will that be all I said no can I finish my order? He said you said, no let, no onion I repeated what I wanted. His reply was respectfully I don't like your attitude please leave. Of course I was in shock and said a couple choice words. I left and preceded to call to speak to a manager and repeated what had happened then he info. me that he was the one that was taking my order and that's not the way it happened . Waited 25 minutes for one sandwich, hash browns and a drink. This is not the first time this has happened. I usually use their curbside ordering and lately the projected 5 minute wait is 15, 20, and today 25 minutes. Kinda over it, don't really want to go back. read more

My wife and I stopped by today while we were in town. We do not go out to eat very often. We had really good food a the Whataburger in Tulsa. Not so much here, in Springfield Mo. My burger was cold, my fries were cold and the chilli fries my wife ordered was also cold. So much so that the cheese on the chilli was not melted. I took the chilli fries back to the front to get them replaced. The lady behind the counter took them and went to the back. Someone else brought them back out. They were the exact same fries that had been either microwaved or stuck under a heat lamp for a few minutes. They were just as cold as they were when I took them in. They were thrown away. A total waste. 100% will never be back to a Whataburger again. So sad to see this company go down him so far. read more

Went thru for breakfast, 6:50am, 2 cars ahead of me. Took 24 minutes to get an order of biscuits and gravy and 3 pancakes. The gravy was lukewarm at best. Definitely not good for "fast food" drivethru breakfast in a rush. Way too long of a wait. read more

I placed a Uber eats order and called the store to let them know that I wanted to sub the condiments for honey butter. Jordan was very nice on the phone and said he would take care of it. Awful. Burger was thin and tasteless. Fries looked like broken bits, not full fries and were limp. We were there at lunchtime and very few customers, but it still took forever to get our orders in and our food served. Never again.
