She calls back, says no prob, come at 5:15 tomorrow. I went into the salon that evening to show her my hair/length and she says we're good to go. I arrive and am checked in, confirming the services, and the lady at the desk confirms them and says the price is will be $180. I sit and wait. 10 minutes later Dora comes out. We begin the consultation. She argued with me every step of the way. She said they closed at 8 so no way we could do everything, when another staffer said they could actually go until 10. She clearly didn't want to stay. That's fine, but why take the appointment in the first place? She says we can only do half my roots, not a full foil and no highlights. I almost got up and excused myself, and I wish I had. It was so much back and forth with her it was exhausting. Finally I said to her and the other lady there was still an inch of roots and my hair was yellow. She left for 15 minutes and I heard her complaining about me to another employee. She then came back out, put a color wash on me in the sink, was very aggressive, got it all over my forehead and ears, and the water was way too hot. It was horrible. She then tried to start my haircut, which I declined. No chance I was letting her near me with scissors. The final product was grey roots, and patchy yellow blond hair. The people at my office called me Lemonhead. What I was supposed to receive: Full color, highlights and cut - $180 What I received: Half color, crown only - $112 So apparently a half color, cut, and highlights is only $58! Give me a break. Horrible, rude service, terrible results, and dishonest charges. They did tell me I'll get 10% off my next visit! Hah! Lemonhead, out.

One of the worst salon experiences. The person I was booked with called to ask if I could come in…read more4.5 hours early. I said no since I was working. When I got there, Erin had clearly pawned me off on someone else who was there. The person who I was now supposed to have was actively providing a service to someone else. So they asked a third person to wash my hair. She seemed incredibly nervous. I was told they would throw in an additional service (I think this was to buy time) but don't believe I ever actually got it. Once I get to the chair to blow dry, they put a hair robe on, around the chair, so I'm basically in a straight jacket. It was clear everyone was rushed so someone comes over to help blow dry. She makes a joke that I'm getting "celebrity treatment" - no, you're just trying to hurry this along. The new person who comes to help is going twice as fast, doing larger sections and using 3x as hot of temperature. She helps for about sixty seconds, and leaves my hair wrapped around a brush and leaves. I sat with a brush in my hair for another 5 minutes. Was never asked how I style my hair. She made the decision for me. Whatever was used in my hair, I can't even get my fingers through it. I go to pay and for the 3rd time, the price is different than originally told. When I first went to book it said a blowout was $41. Not STARTING at $41. When I put in my card info and address for billing (for the booking deposit), it seems it realized I was from out of town and kicked up the price $20, now to $61. Found this absurd but needed it done. Now I'm standing at the counter to pay and instead of $51 ($61-$10 deposit), she tells me I owe $53. Terrible start to finish!
