Took a old Xbox 360 in that wasn't reading games or DVDS. I had called a few other repair shops in the area who told me it would cost $60 just to find the problem plus the Issue. When I called what's you break? They were super helpful and told me that they hadn't worked on a 360 in some time but once they got it open they would have no problem,plus the quote would be free great sign of a good repair shop if they can't fix it no charge.Took it right in and within 3 days they called me back with a estimate. I've been having problems with my computer the power button would only work sometimes. I took it into "What'd you break?" And Josh was amazing! Of course it worked for him but he kept trying until it finally did it for him. He stayed on it until he was sure of the problem and the solution. I was prepared to pay big bucks,, even though most of the time was spent waiting for it NOT to work. But no, they only charged me for the one hour that was spent on the computer! My teenage son broke his iPad Pro... unfortunately for us it's the most expensive screen to fix. We checked a couple of places in Salinas but the screen was back ordered. We brought it here to Josh and he confirmed that the screen was back ordered but we decided just to leave it there and wait. We waited about a month (maybe longer) but Josh continued to check in and give us updates. I have him on speed dial now for the next 15 years LOL.... He fixed my phone in 30 min and got me a phone case; he sells cool ones for all shapes and sizes at affordable prices $10.. I think for most of them.... I went to tarjay and none were under $20.00 they went up to like $80 for an iPhone case.... Scouts honor this place fixes everything electronic.... And I love he understands stupid I give him stupid descriptions cuz I don't know what everything is called and he know what I'm talking about! I have a kind of off brand TV (Westinghouse) and the poor design of the tv had the mounting screws go directly into the ribbon cable that effects the picture. I emailed them and they called me back promptly. They quoted me a price and I took my TV in. Since my TV was off brand the parts were hard to track down while keeping the costs down. Everyone at WYB took the utmost time and care in making my TV work and keep the costs low. My wife's Samsung phone had a cracked screen. She took it here and got it fixed in a couple of days and inexpensively. I work at CSUMB and had my work laptop die. The IT department tried to retrieve the stuff on the desktop and could not but left me the hard drive. I took it to Josh and he was able to retrieve the files I needed. Flash forward--my daughter spilled water on the laptop she was using for school and it shorted out. Josh ordered a new mother board and installed it quickly and not that expensive.
