Ordered 5x5.5 to 5x5 wheel adapters and they sent me 5x5.5 regular spacers...okay no problem just pay for the shipping back and replace them. No the company refuses to pay for return shipping even though technically I did not receive the item I payed for. Tried to dispute through PayPal and they agreed to reimburse me but I had to pay shipping back. Ridiculous. Do not trust a word this fraudulent company says and take your money elsewhere. I am now in the process with the BBB to file a complaint. Hopefully this company will get shut. read more

I ordered lug nuts from Wheel adapters USA on 6/24/20 on 6/25/20 I received an email stating the parts had shipped. 7 days later I noticed there wasn't any activity on the tracking so I emailed them. I got no response. I called several more times and nobody answers and the call goes straight to USPS who also wont pick up the call. On 07/07/20 I emailed again because on they're recording it says email is the fastest way to get a response. Still no response to my emails. It is now 7/11/20. I have made a complaint with Paypal to refund my money and still no response from the seller. There are 45 complaints on the BBB website with the same problem. No return calls, no emails, no product. The tracking # claims the package is sitting and waiting approval. Same as all the other customers. I have ordered a dozen other products from all around the country since I ordered from Wheel Adapters USA and I have received them all. Wheel Adapters USA claims its delayed because of Covid. What a bunch of BS. This company should be shut down. read more

I purchased wheel adapters for my F250 November 20, 2020. They confirmed my order and took my money. Sent me a tracking number for usps, since then I have tried to contact wheel adapter USA numerous times to try and locate my items. Sat on hold each time for a hour and spoke to no one. Usps confirmed they had postage paid but no items were scanned for pick up. Just want to return or receive my items, WHAT A JOKE!!!!! read more

Ordered in November. USPS tracking number is useless. Cant get them to answer phone or respond to emails. Worst online experience ever. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. They seem to use Covid as their excuse. It is no wonder they have a high call traffic they are not servicing their customers. read more

Don't waste your time with this company!!!!! Check the Better Business complaints F rating. I order a set of wheel spacers on Nov. 27 2020. I received a tracking number on Nov. 30. It's now Jan. 5 and the shipment has still not been received at the post office. I emailed the customer service for an update four times and called them four more times. No one responded to the email or answered the phone. Lucky for me I paid through paypal. I filed a complaint with them and I got my money back. read more

Terrible. They would generate the shipping label and then it took like a week before they shipped the spacers. I emailed them and nobody responded until the spacers were delivered. You'll get them but figure 14 days. Then one of my spacers has a manufacturing flaw and I emailed them again...12 days for someone to respond and they didn't understand and want pictures. Terrible. This has honestly been the worst experience I've ever had with an online purchase in my life. I made a purchase in late July or early august. I heard no response from them for about 3 weeks so I went elsewhere to purchase and tried to cancel my order. The week I tried to cancel my order they responded several days later and said, "sorry it's out for delivery" couple days later I get a notice from USPS that my address was insufficient. So the company seems to not put down the address line 2 when they make their shipping labels. But whatever I already got my item elsewhere so it was getting returned to sender. I just wanted to let them know they messed up several times though. And they say, "nope you put your address down wrong" I think that is interesting as I've lived here for a year and never had an issue anywhere else but whatever I just want my refund. It is now 6 months later of arguing every week and they will not issue my refund because they say they don't have the package. The return label was created and USPS said there is a 90% chance it was delivered back to them but they didn't have the tracking on the return to sender. So now the company knows I don't have the item but I'm still the one paying for it. This is insane! read more

On May 7, 2020 I ordered set of lug nuts for my Jeep. As of May 18, 2020 the post office was reporting that the package had never been dropped off ...only a shipping label had been printed. I fortunately had paid for the purchase using PayPal. I started a complaint with them to try and get my money back. PayPal requires that you send a message thru PayPal to try and resolve the issue before they will let you file a claim. "I might point out I had called numerous times and was put on hold for over 30 minutes before the phone clicked over to a fake post office message wanting to send me a code to continue with my request. The message sounded fishy so I didn't continue." In the message I sent them, I posted two recent complaints I found on the BBB website. It became clear to me after reading these complaints that I was not alone in my efforts to get what I ordered and paid for. The BBB website is full of incidences where this company continuously takes people's money and never sends the package. Wheel Adapters USA wrote me back saying how sorry they were and that they had delivered my "free shipping" package to the Post Office and they'd look into it. Finally on May 19th the Post Office in City of Industry reports Wheel Adapters USA had dropped off the package. Now whether they have sent me the right items I ordered is yet to be determined. One last thing, This company has a Face Book page. It too is filled with complaints from unhappy customers. read more
