They provide full service; drive in the car in & they take care of all necessary dismounting, remounting tires, full wheel repairs & complete refinishing. Blad gave me quote of @$800. & maybe a few dollars higher depending on pre existing wheel curb rash & delamination. The repairs generally take @24 hours turn around time & appointments are encouraged as their work schedules varies! A very great price & looking forward to taking it the 1st of the year! Don't waste your time with these guys. Be careful with these guys. Completely unprofessional work. Dropped off my BMW and asked them to be careful with putting my M stickers back on the wheels after simple powder coating. I get home and two of the stickers have flown off. They also incorrectly set my tires and overinflated them. I had to park and be late for an appointment to correct the tire pressure by hand. My car and wheel were also covered in debris. I'm currently talking to them for a refund and to collect the cost of the stickers that they didn't adhere properly. The powder coating itself is 7/10 internal to the wheel well I see some discoloration and bumps. Cant recommend ARS with this level of repair work they returned to the body shop I use. They even completely coated/painted over the perfect **undamaged sample** to make all the other wheels look the same... even tho they all ended up a different color with overly-glossy finish and a heavy coating that ruined the original design of the wheel. At this point they refuse to do anything other than add another coat of the wrong color and finish to these obviously bad looking repairs. Its so bad the body shop that sent the wheels to them said they dont meet the standard of warranty-guaranteed work. been going here for 15 years but no more..took my wife's amg wheel here for repair around Christmas..was told $150 to repair crack but $200 for quickie service so I waited...had slow leak again that got progressively worse in the cold..January was losing 10 pounds a day so finally got time to go another 60 miles round trip to get it re repaired...brought it Monday at 11 am. was told it would be another $150 since it's been since December when I had it done...nearly blew a gasket but said no not paying again for crappy repair...was told they'd call me after quality control inspected and passed work...soooo no call by Wednesday at 1:00. I had a puncture through the barrel of my aluminum alloy BBS wheel. They are out of production and replacement of a similar set of wheels would be north of $4000. Took my 09 cts v in because I thought I had a bent rim. When I pick up the car no mention of anything so seems good. A couple weeks later I went to get to get new tires and have them balanced because my car has been shaky. The discount tire guy tells me the wheel has been welded and can't be balanced. turns out it was cracked and they decided to just weld it and not tell me. so now I'm out a couple hundred for repair and way more for an aluminum wheel on top of that. Not to mention a couple days after pick up my front wheel was loose so had to tighten the lugs on it. Not going to trust this place again. read more

They're expensive, but do a very good job since the entire wheel is coated. I changed all four tires and fixed curb rash on two wheels, so it's up to you whether or not you want to change the color on all four of your wheels because they strip and powder (stronger than paint) the entire wheel. $150/wheel, mount & balance $70 for all four, remove and install $15 each, tire disposal $5 each. There's room for improvement, because there was a blemish, which they fixed for free. So look over your wheels afterwards. Would I come back? Yes, but I'd change the color of all four next time. If you're only fixing one wheel, just fix both wheels on the same side Bc the paint will be a bit brighter than oem. Going around the two wheels with my finger, they filled it in, to make it smooth all around. They also took care not to crack my carbon fiber caps read more

Long story short, my wife hit a pot hole that was bad enough to bend the inner part of the wheel inwards. Took it to ARS on a Monday, had the wheel back to me Tuesday. Fast, reliable, no bullshit. Oh and they even painted the inside of the wheel to prevent corrosion. I never asked or knew they would do that. Super awesome! And the whole thing cost $150 flat. No smoke or mirrors. NOTE: if you are able to remove the affected wheel and just bring it in without leaving your car, you'll get the wheel back next day! To start this review off I want to say that the people I dealt with and talked to at ARS Wheel Repair were great no problems there. And they did a good job of repairing some bends and curb rash. Now granted I haven't been able to spin the wheel on a stand to see if my inner bead edge wobble was repaired, so there's that. Where I have an Issue was that after I gave specific powder coating color and clear coat numbers from the manufacturer they told me to reference, my first end result was nothing like the numerous pictures the manufacture's site portrayed using those numbers, trying to achieve a dull almost lightly frosted matte clear coat, type finish. Plus the rims were very dusty/dirty and that was how they were willing to hand them to me after a newly completed powder coating job. That was the first bad taste. Which I made a comment about. After talking with the team at ARS (which they were willing to make it right) they took another run at it. The 2nd end result was pretty much spot on to what I was expecting and in my rush to pick them up and initial overview of the rims I failed to fully clue in on and mention what I'm about to explain. Which was the over all result was not as good as I expected. For one, I expected the whole rim to be powder coated (which I've seen done every time I see rims powder coated) and mine were not, only the face and inner barrel of the rim. The main outer barrel (inside of the tire) was not and still had left over remains of the previous coating/paint. I also found scuffs and impressions on the inside edge of the rim like they put the rim down on the floor while things were not fully set? Just bummed out after having time to take a much closer look. I could have said something but at this rate I would rather share my experience and move on from them. I understand many have had a great experience with them but I clearly was the one that fell through the cracks, if-you-will. read more

I decided to write this review because reviews are what made me select this business for my repair. I damaged my wheels from a massive pot hole. I found ARS which has good reviews and called, got a great impression and so I took my wheel to be repaired. I dropped it off, where I received assurances that should anything be wrong or need attention or IF THE WHEEL WASN'T REPAIRABLE, I would get a call to ask me what to do. I get a call the next morning that it was ready. Luckily, I was close to needing new tires so in the meantime, I had purchased new tires and went to get my wheel and then had an appointment the next day to put them on. During that appointment, it was discovered that the front wheel was also bent. Tire shop installed the three new tires and put the spare back on, and off I went back to ARS to have the second wheel repaired. So far, everything is good. No issues nothing wrong. Second wheel dropped off; they tell me it will be ready in 24 hours. This is where things fall apart. No one calls me the next day, so around 2 I call them only to find out the wheel isn't ready and they need another day. No indication there were issues with the wheel; "they just needed another day to get it right". The next day I go pick up the rim, after calling to be sure it was done. Again, no mention of issues. At pick up, no mention that anything is wrong at all. Grab my wheel, head to the tire shop, put the wheel and tire on the truck, and drive off. Truck is wobbling and shaking so I call the tire shop back, ask if they balanced the wheel (spoiler alert, they had) and they tell me to bring it back so they can look at it. I take it back the next day, and they look at both repaired rims on the balancer. Turns out both are still bent (no mention of this by anyone at ARS), but the first repaired one balanced out so it wasn't noticeable while driving. The second one didn't balance out so you could feel every shimmy and shake of the wheel, especially between 40-50 and above 70. I call ARS back; they tell me they need to look at it and so I told them I could bring it back and made an appoint for a Thursday which had to change to Friday due to work conflicts. They didn't mention at this time that "look at it" meant to keep it overnight. I went on a Friday, over a holiday, so I wasn't able to leave it from Friday to Wednesday, (while they were closed Sat-Mon) so that they could look at it. The assured me that if I bring it back, they would "make it right". I returned it Tuesday, dropped it off and left it. This is where suddenly they found the ability to communicate issues. Apparently, instead of calling me to tell me the wheel wasn't 100% repairable, they just went ahead and repaired it to what they said was 85% and that was the best they could do. The wheel wasn't able to balance out, so the truck still wobbled and shook when driving it. Their version of making it right was to do nothing to fix the wheel except look at it, and also charge me full price for repairing a wheel they should never have repaired without asking me if I wanted to repair it knowing it wouldn't be fully repairable. All in all, I gave 2 stars because they did repair one wheel to drivable, but I won't ever be back to this place again given that they charged me 150 bucks to repair a wheel that wasn't repairable and didn't bother to tell me that or refund even part of the amount given its not 100% fixed. The 150 they charged me for the wheel (or 300 for both given they were both still bent) was approximately 33% of the cost of buying 4 brand new wheels and tires from a factory take off shop and I much rather would have spent my money that way given the wheels weren't fixed 100% and they didn't mention that this was a possibility at any time. Save your money and look for some factory take offs before you spend money here. read more

What can be said when a business does and awesome job delivering on time for a fair price other than GREAT JOB. I needed some repairs to the wheels on my Tesla and decided to get it done. Making an appointment was easy and all questions were answered on the phone. The only decision was if I wanted to stay the silver cookie or something else. A quick glance at some sample wheels and talking to the great staffs I decided to go matte black they were so excited when it was all done the next morning they sent pictures of the car with the restored and recommitted wheels. Brought my 2014 corvette in and paid $600 for them to powdercoat the wheels gloss black. Immediately started to chip off and consistently chipped until I gave up and just bought some new wheels. They told me after I paid for the powdercoat that their powdercoat doesnt stick well to chrome and that I had to pay an additional $600 to have the chrome stripped which takes 2 weeks to do. Initially Mark said they would cover the refinish after I did the chrome stripping, but then when I called back to schedule that Ryan told me that agreement was revoked for whatever reason and in order to fix their mistakes on my wheels would cost $600 chrome stripping plus another $600 powdercoat. Only giving the 2 stars because Mark did allow me to bring in my car several times and touched up the chipping for free to buy me some time but overall this was a very expensive and wasteful way to go about getting a simple job done. I am an automotive enthusiast who wanted my 17-year-old BMW's wheels refinished in the factory finish (HyperSilver). I took my wheels to another wheel shop in Carrollton (a very reputable one) and they refinished my wheels twice, both times with numerous imperfections. In the end I was unhappy with the result but was told "this was the best possible finish due to the oxidation on your wheels." A year later, still unhappy, and now with one tire not holding a seal (their finish had flaked off during a tire change), I decided to have them redone. Again. This second time around I was very picky. I spoke to every wheel shop I could get in contact with. I read hundreds of reviews to weed through the BS. I chose ARS due to the quality of their reviews, not the number. They seemed to perform the level of work I was looking for. I brought my car in and spoke to Angelica; she agreed that the wheels' finish could be much better than what they were, and that my year-old powdercoat certainly shouldn't be flaking off. They agreed to refinish the wheels for me to my expectations. I left the car with for two days and WOW. The wheels look fantastic now. The finish may be ever better than brand new, and with almost no imperfections. It is a night and day difference from what the other shop had turned out (twice, mind you). There was one small imperfection on one wheel and Angelica was happy to redo the wheel for me at my convenience. I've had these wheels for a few weeks now, washed and stared at them plenty, and can happily say that I made the right choice. Overall, THIS IS THE SHOP TO GO TO. If you are an enthusiast, a perfectionist, or just want the best for your vehicle. Their quality of work is second to none, as is their customer service. Very please! My 18" AMG wheels on my E-Class Wagon were cracking under the clear coat due to a poor powder coating job done by the previous dealer that sold it to me. They were also slightly bent on the barrel as well. ARS was able to re-round them as well as match the look of the new 2017-2018 AMG wheels from Mercedes-Benz.
