DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! Especially for alterations. The first time I took pants in to get hemmed, they called me after I picked them up to tell me they were hemmed incorrectly. One pant leg was shorter than the other. Wait, what?! I wanted to wear them for my birthday dinner. I was so disappointed when I couldn't. I took the time to go back and have them correct their mistake. Such an inconvenience. Stupid me, I thought I would try them one more time. Give them another chance. I had another pair of pants hemmed. They did them incorrect, AGAIN! I can't even explain how bad they were. They literally left an extra lip on the pant legs. It's bulky and unwearable. It's a pair of jeans! Nothing special! How do you screw that up?! The first girl said, we wouldn't do that here, basically calling me a liar. The owner/manager knew they had done them, but wasn't that apologetic or even considerate of my time and hassle to bring, yet another pair of pants, back. I think the worst part is that they are not very accountable and don't really take responsibility for their errors, blatant mistakes or apologetic for taking up my valuable time. Wheeler Cleaners used to be a fantastic place for dry cleaning and taylor services. I was a customs for many years. Unfortunately, the business went under new ownership. In the beginning there was zero issues and there was continued quality service. Over time, the service became sub-par. Taylor services are extremely over priced for terrible service. From un-even alterations, ripped/damaged clothing and crooked seams. That's just a few issues I had. So I stopped utilizing their taylor services. The dry-cleaning services became just as bad. Double seamed pants and shirts time and time again. Having to make another trip to drop off or pick up so they can fix the issue, or simply re-pressing at home to fix the issue (which completely defeats the purpose of dry cleaning). I brought the issues up to the owners on many occasions, only to be given excuses as to why the service is bad. They would offer an apology and offer to fix, only to have the same problem the next time around. I would have to double check every item every pick up to make sure there wasn't a double seam. Just crazy! Picking up items became such a frustrating process. There was never an issue with the previous owners not being able to keep a seam on pants or shirts, not once. That being said, this place told me, I complain too much and we no longer want your business. Imagine that, instead of fixing the issue of providing quality service to a loyal customer. Just get rid of the customer and don't improve the service. Truly a shame for a business that once prided itself off true quality service to the community. read more

Zero stars if I could. My family dropped off two skirts to have their lengths altered. They never quoted us a price (which is partially our fault for not asking upfront, but we've been going there for years and never expected to be overcharged). We specifically asked for a call with the pricing, and the woman working there said they would call -- but they never did. We showed up to check on the ETA or to see if the items were ready for pickup. Typically, it's around $20-$30 depending on how many items you bring and their size. However, due to one of the skirts being considered "too wide," they charged us double the usual price -- and they never mentioned any upcharge or additional cost when we dropped off the clothing. We will never be going back. When I went in to follow up with them up about the issue, the man initially claimed my mom never asked for a quote. Then he admitted he wasn't even there when she dropped off the clothing. So I asked him, "How could you know whether she asked for a quote if you weren't there?" It was a strange -- and frankly, false -- statement on their part. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. Their customer service isn't great; they're quick to shift blame onto the customer instead of taking accountability. Save yourself time and potential money loss. There's another dry cleaner down the street on foothill by In-N-Out -- they're so kind, too. read more

This used to be our go to place for YEARS! Unfortunately over the last few months they have lost prices of our clothing multiple times The first time it happened we did get 10 items back(took in 10 items) but 3 of the items weren't ours and they didn't know where our 3 missing items went. Next time, same thing happened, except they only gave me 11 of the 12 items and tried to say "oh we counted wrong you only brought in 11". No this was not the case because I also double checked when I brought them in how many pieces I had. And of the 11 I got back 2 of the shirts weren't ours. She then tried to take them back, and I said nope find mine first. And they couldn't find my missing items again! Do not take clothes here if you aren't willing to lose them! read more

Really unfortunate that the new owners do not see customer service as a priority. They choose to argue and keep $25 for service that was not done. They have lost a lot more than $25 with losing my business. And they offend your integrity by doing "research" on the garment instead of accepting the facts. Went to the old owner for almost 10 years and NEVER had any issues. There are other cleaners in the area more deserving of our business and who put customer service first. Just moved to the area and checking local shops. It is like any other cleaner or tailor to be honest. Nothing special about it. It is definitely on the pricier side too and the time it takes for them to dry clean seems excessive. I would hate to be in a rush and pay over $50 bucks per item. Quick, Nice, Neat, green products, and extremely nice staff. They do anything to help you in a quick time. Quality of their work is also amazing. Price is perfect and even is cheaper than putting time and quarter in public places. They are very delinquent and treat customers with respect. I enjoyed being their customer and they treat me nicely and I got my service in a timely manner. Highly recommended if you are around the area or passing by, they get everything done quickly with night quality. They really put customers first. Wheeler Cleaners is the best in the area by far. They have two shops and the owner Roy goes out of his way to earn your business. He's hands on and doesn't cut any corners. Your clothes will look amazing including alterations and best of he has the best prices in town from what I have paid trying other cleaners. I believe this location is temporarily close due to the pandemic but his other Wheeler Cleaners is just up the street. I hope this location opens again because there's a coffee shop right next door and that kills two birds with one stone. read more

I came in to have a pair of slacks hemmed, the turn around time seemed a bit long for my liking. My usual seamstress usually takes 48-72 hours. I had to wait four days. I guess has I not waited so long and got them hemmed in advance turn around time wouldn't be an issue. He did do a good job, I was happy with my results. I thought it was a bit over priced for hemming of slacks, 14.00 seemed like a lot to me I normally pay 7.00 for jeans or slacks. I will consider coming back in the event my seamstress isn't available again. read more

I rarely use cleaners, so I am not up to par on what pricing is for dry cleaning. My wife dropped off 4 items here to be cleaned. I was the one that picked up the items and the lady that helped me wasnt the most pleasant but it didnt bother me too much. What did bother me was the $30.50 bill for dry cleaning the 4 items. I was really surprised. I even made a comment to her and she went to double check. Upon doing so, she said... nope, this is correct. I thought okay, you got me. There are other cleaners very nearby. The one by Stater Bros. That are very nice and one by Warehiuse Pizza who are very nice. Both seem to be much more affordable than this place. read more

Unfortunately my office chair ripped the pocket on two pairs of slacks. Not sure if the guy who took my slacks in to be hemmed knows much but he quoted $6 for each one half inch hole and when I picked them up they charged $9 for each. We have been a customer with this local dry cleaners and today the owners true head finally showed up. How interesting what a 5 dollar hemming will actually cost this facility. Went in last week to ask for two quotes on a varsity jacket and a suede coat. Suede coat had to be turned into a professional cleaning service which at the time didn't seem like a priority so I just got my varsity jacket cleaned. Came in a week later and it was rejected. NO phone call or notification, NO reason given as to why I couldn't be cleaned... they don't know what they're doing. I had the owner originally take in my jacket and he told me it'd be done, and the young ladies that are here today don't know anything about nothing. I knitted an afghan for a wedding present and took it to Wheeler Cleaners to be blocked. When I picked it up it was like an old rag, limp, burned in spots, the cable stitching smashed. They told me it wasn't their fault, they spent hours on it, I was just too picky, no one would notice. All I asked was reimbursement for the yarn. One of the owners said he would call me after he spoke to his partner. He never did. I had to go back several times before they finally gave me $10 less than I had requested. read more
