When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

They had exactly what I needed with heavy duty commercial grade washers that would accept a large heavy and bulky load. Only one issue I wasn't prepared and I had no laundry detergent for the covers. Not a problem the staff inside that manages their location keeping it clean and running took care of me with some samples of Tide commercial grade laundry detergent. Absolutely top notch service and the truck cover came out as new with this detergent and heavy duty cleaning of the machine! When they need washing again I will definitely return back here. Debra reached out and I heard back immediately and then met my mom within days of that contact. It's been such a wonderful feeling to know I look like someone, something an adoptee fully understands. I now have a connection to history. I have known ancestry. It's odd to say but knowing about them has made such a difference in knowing about me. My father's identity is still a mystery but that's okay at this time. I have a mother who wants a relationship with me and we share so much in common it's like finding a new best friend. We just shared my birthday together 53 years later. I learned that she never got to see me at birth. Such a truly incredible gift! And to think I almost let fear get in the way. I AM FURIOUS. DO NOT GO HERE--WORST DRY CLEANERS TO EVER EXIST. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! Brought in silk pants worth $300 and they completely RIPPED the tie string which is irreplaceable and provided the WORST customer service. They weren't sorry or apologetic at all, very nonchalant like I was being crazy and needed to calm down. I'm a college student and I saved up for these pants for months over the summer. I felt like they took me less seriously because I am a student and when I got upset they were super disrespectful. All I wanted at the very minimum was an apology, and she had the audacity to say "Honey maybe you brought them in like this." I said no, because I was wearing them the day before I brought them in. Then she said "This metal part is so cheap and can break off just like this, we have a sign that says no delicate metal clasps" and then pointed to a sign below eye level. I'm sorry but so many clothing items have metal clasps and she took a GOOD look at the pants and didn't say anything before I dropped them off. She actually implied that I was lying and tried to make it off like these were cheap pants so it was my fault. When I went in and demanded a refund for the pants they immediately got defensive and refused to pay. I settled to have them attempt a repair but they were extremely rude and the woman said "honey I've been here 30 years go ahead and write a bad review." Awful people. I am going to post across the Claremont Colleges NEVER to go here. read more
