Beware renters and owners of a brand new addendum they have added to future leases (both property…read moreagreements and tenant lease agreements) We were NEVER notified of the new addendum and once we were we automatically notified Arrow we do not accept this new addendum. We have a right to end contract based upon the inflicted change and the belief that the addendum is illegal based on the Consumer Affairs Protection Act and the vague writings of their "code of contract." Thank goodness our renters notified us. They will not sign this and we completely agree with them. We would lose a responsible, good tenant based upon this unfair addendum. They are wanting to hold us responsible for the remaining fees to our property agreement. We have so much evidence of company neglect and failure to respond in emergencies. I am including this unlawful addendum for everyone to see. Do not accept this! Now we will move forward with a lawyer!
