Responded to my inquiry in under 5 minutes, had 2 guys come out to my house in under 30 minutes, they spent less than an hour diagnosing the problem and got it fixed in no time. The master bathtub was leaking. 2 plumbers previously couldn't figure out what the problem was... because it wasn't the main drain or the overflow drain that was cracked, it turned out to be the faucets that needed recaulking! I recently had Signature Plumbing come to the house to snake a clogged kitchen line. I had initially called another company (that will remain nameles), and that was unsuccessful unclogging the line and immediately went to a recommendation of Hydro jetting the line for a seriously large dollar amount. That seemed like overkill for a simple snake job, so I reached out to Signature Plumbing, and was very pleased with my experience. I spoke to the owner Jim to schedule the appointment and Caleb was out at the house the next day, on time and ready to get to work. Caleb enthusiastically went after the clog and he got it cleared out after five minutes. However, Caleb double checked the line and he wasn't happy with it and snaked it a second time to make sure it was all clear. I appreciate him double-checking and not just a one and done effort. Please do not use this company. They charge a $89.00 fee to come out for an estimate and if you use their services they subtract it from the total. I was a little hesitant so I sent a picture of a water filtration system I needed installed and asked for a very rough ball park so I could determine if it was worth it. I was told probably about 700.00. So I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Well once they came out and wrote an estimate it was $1,500.00. I had to pay the 89.00 fee. The next day I called another company and they came out and gave a FREE estimate and installed it for $600.00. If you're on a budget and every dollar counts please beware. This was a hard hit to my bank account as the installation was already a lot and I'm living on a teachers salary. Hopefully, you don't run into the same issue I did. read more

I called another plumbing company for help on a Sunday morning. I was frantic as I had to turn off the water to my house Saturday night when I discovered a water leak. There appeared to be a leak in the wall behind my refrigerator. The company referred me to Signature Plumbing as they could not help me. I left a message and although I did not get a call back until first thing Monday morning, Jim came out immediately and confirmed my suspicions. He even crawled under the house to inspect and be sure it was the water line to the ice maker. He then cut out a small section of wall, found the leak and repaired it in no time at all. Came to look at a few things going wrong in my house. I explained there was a leak + moisture under kitchen sink. Identified one problem with my sink (pull out hose was leaking), but didn't find a second leak (at a pipe fitting). I COULD have figured out that there was a leak there, had I looked for a few minutes. I did not tho, because I have not even moved in yet and figured the professional would just figure out whatever the problems were...and handle it. I called them to let them know. Rather than offering to fix it as if they had done so on initial visit (parts + labor, of course), I would have had to pay for a whole mew appointment, and get charged the minimum for visit on top of whatever the actual price of repair is. So I'd have to wonder...why the heck would I not go with someone else to do the repair? They threw in some condescension about expensive trucks and how businesses work (yah, I know...), also. I really liked the service I received from Signature Plumbing. The guy that came out was super nice and didn't pressure me in to anything. He gave me my options and told me what he would do if it was his home. He worked on the issue for a few hours and only charged the rate of coming out which was $175. My shower didn't have much water pressure before he came out but by the time he left it was working like it should. It seemed to have some buildup that he had to flush out.
