Responded to my inquiry in under 5 minutes, had 2 guys come out to my house in under 30 minutes, they spent less than an hour diagnosing the problem and got it fixed in no time. The master bathtub was leaking. 2 plumbers previously couldn't figure out what the problem was... because it wasn't the main drain or the overflow drain that was cracked, it turned out to be the faucets that needed recaulking! Seth responded immediately to my request for help installing and converting our oven from Natural Gas to Liquid Propane. After two weeks of no oven and multiple companies letting us down, we finally have a working oven!!! Our propane company hacked up our previous oven after telling us that it had a leak (it did not confirmed by an outside plumber). Then when we got our new oven delivered by Lowes, with install and haul away included, they dropped our oven off about 1/4 away from our home and fled from two installs that we had paid for.
