My sandwich was incorrectly made. In fact, in the seven minutes I was waiting for my sandwich, THREE of the five customers ahead of me had problems with their food - that means that 2/3 of the sandwiches made (in about ten minutes) were incorrectly made. The bread was soggy and bland. The meats were really thick and not very flavorful, kind of slimy. The ingredients were not fresh - my lettuce was starting to brown (ick). Also, on about half of my visits, something I requested on my bag doesn't make it onto my sandwich. I suggest dining in so you can go back and ask for a correction to be made. At least they don't charge extra for more toppings. I've always gotten the extras that cost a little more with no issue. Just seems like the employees might be in too much of a hurry to crank out the sandwiches. I'd prefer they slow down a tad and make sure they get everything I ask for onto my sandwich. All I can say is BLLLLEEEECCCCHHHH!!!!!!!! the bread was mushy....the fillings were meh.....the mayo/sauces toppers were bland goo. I did order something spicy right? not by my taste. Let me explain: Which Wich is the type of restaurant that doesn't fall prone to the same mistakes other restaurants have made. Quiznos, on the brink of bankruptcy, still doesn't let patrons create their own sub. Which Wich, on the other hand, lets each patron create their own sub and pick their own ingredients You don't want ranch sauce, fine. You can sub ranch sauce for anything on their menu. Quiznos should take some advice here. The prices are also affordable. Which Wich isn't as expensive as Quiznos but more expensive then Subway. They hit a sweet spot, and the extra price over Subway is well worth it. The quality of ingredients is better and the employees are much more friendly then what you encounter in Subway. Healthy options? Sure, just hike a 14er, take a picture, and get a free sub. Hint: Don't drive your car and take a picture on top of Pikes Peak. That doesn't count. Be a little adventurous and actually put the time in. It will be worth th effort. This is an up and coming chain. It hits all the right marks. While Quiznos is on the way out, Which Wich, making all the right choices, will certainly replace that chain. Check it out if you are in the area. read more

Being a sandwich lover I was so excited to try wich which! Walking in for the first time, I made my way to a counter where I could grab a bag, and customize my sandwich myself according to the many choices available on each bag. I couldn't decide for a while as I had to read over my choices. I did not like this part because it got a bit busy and people were rushing around me grabbing bags and I felt rushed. When I settled on the caprese, which I thought sounded delicious (comes with mozzarella, tomato, and pesto spread) I made my way to the ordering counter where I asked the girl if she would recommend adding anything on there. She seemed annoyed and rushed as well, and said the only other thing that might taste good is the olive spread otherwise she doesn't know. I took her word for it and ordered. Next I grabbed my chips and drink. This was the highlight of my afternoon lunch. They have homemade chips there that were awesome. They were crinkled potato chips with lots of pepper. They also offered mellow yellow in their soft drink selection and had CRUSHED ICE! YAY! After being pleased with my chips and drink I got my sandwich. I was sadly disappointed. I guess I expected a caprese to have some good thick mozzarella but instead I got 1 thin slice of cheese, tomatoes, pungent olive spread, and rich pesto. I felt like there was way to much pesto, and barely any cheese. It was so overpowering and rich it gave me a stomach ache. Ultimately I wasn't very impressed, I felt like the customer service was lacking, and the sandwich was not good. I guess maybe one day I will try something else if its on my way. I live across the street, so the convenience of this place is fantastic. The quality is better than Subway or Jimmy Johns, but the portions leave something to be desired. I love the concept. You walk in and fill out what you want on a paper bag, which your sandwich is served in. However, I often leave hungry. The prices are reasonable for their "regular" size sandwich, but the larger ones are expensive. If you are really hungry, try Fat Jack's across the street. If you need a quick dinner to eat in the restaurant in a hurry, Which Wich does just fine. read more

I love Which Wich, and so do my kids. I have to say one reason I hesitate going there is that the drinks are served in large plastic cups. Then, there is no recycling receptacle for the cups, they just go in the trashbags with the other garbage. This seems wasteful and polluting. Come on Which Wich!! Wow... I'm impressed. Heard mix reviews from friends, but went to sign up on their website and got a free sandwich offer so there I was. Went with the signature "The Wicked" and it was wicked~~ Wicked good!!! Five meat, 3 cheeses and lots of toppings to pick from. The honey mustard and krouts did it for me! It may be a bit pricey without the special offer, but a nice treat indeed. This is a new store and the decor is very bright and happy. Recommended! read more

After having tried several Which Wich locations, I wanted to update my review and this location is still the best! Other locations such as Belleview, Cornerstar or Academy in the Springs tend to be sloppy with the sandwich assembly, mess up orders or skimp on the contents - but not this location! Always fast, always friendly and never miss a beat even with the crowds. As mentioned before, I love all of the possibilities that their sandwich ingredients allow. There is something for everyone here!! Everything is always fresh here and they have GREAT vegetarian options. This sandwich chain stands out above others because they allow you to check off ingredients on your sandwich bag which eliminates any room for error while they make your order! If you've never been to a Which Wich before, don't let that stop you! This particular Which Wich location is awesome! I'm a regular customer there at least once or twice a week my family and I are going there. Every time We go there all the employees are so nice and so friendly! The foods are always great and I think It also comes with great leadership from their manager Christ. I went back a few weeks ago. This time I asked them to go light on 2 ingredients. When I got my sandwich it was completely lacking those 2 ingredients plus 2 more. So total of 4 ingredients left off my sandwich. What's the point of the ordering system if the people making the sandwich don't follow it? I was too hungry and in a rush to have them make it over. I don't live in Colorado anymore, so was super excited to come here on my vacation - needless to say, disappointed is an understatement. For one, their customer service is definitely lacking. The guy at the register wasn't very friendly, didn't give us cups without me asking, and didn't tell us where to get our chips. The lady calling out the sandwiches was extremely quiet, and we could barely hear our names being called. Two of the three sandwiches we ordered were not correct either - how is this even possible unless your employees can't read? There was no bacon on one sandwich (and we paid extra for it), and more than one items were missing from both sandwiches. Lastly, all three sandwiches were messy and seemed like they were just thrown together. Two of the people with me had never been here, and probably won't come back, and I definitely won't be back the next time I'm in Colorado. Had a pretty bad experience here. The customer service is really lacking. A bunch of teenagers who obviously don't care and don't have a customer service bone in their body. The place itself is really dirty. Spills and food everywhere. There was not one clean table. We ended up eating at a dirty table. My sandwhich was really sloppy and poorly made. Mushy tomatoes are not desirable. Should have just asked for my money back and left. I use to be a big fan of Which Which, but the quality of their food and service has really gone down hill. I have repeatedly been disappointed with this location. I usually love Which Which, but this location seems to be worse quality than most and is never open. Several times now I have attempted to go to this location during its "operating hours" only to find that they have closed early. I also encountered a staff member once who refused to serve me because the location was closing in the next 30 minutes (note that it was 6:30 at night). Businesses should be open during their scheduled hours and should not turn away customers simply because the employees want to go home early. read more

I consider myself a roast beef aficionado, so of course that's the box I filled when constructing my sandwich on by brown paper bag reminiscent of elementary school lunches. I tend to be more of a deli sandwich guy, as you tend to get more meat. However, I was impressed at the meat to bread ratio with these subs. They by far exceed Subway, which really isn't saying much. Came here after my nightmarish experience with the PeiWei next door. They could learn true customer service by watching Which Wich employees in action. I ordered a tuna salad bowlwich. Pepper jack, egg, Avocado, hummus, black olives, cucumbers, pickles, tomatoes, and honey mustard. I love, love, LOVE Which Wich. I usually get a tomato and avocado on wheat bread, toasted, with piles of mushrooms and olives and tzatziki sauce! Delicious. The boyfriend always gets a monstrous Wicked with double meat (half for lunch, half for dinner at work...he works nights) and raves about it! They may be a little pricy, but compared to Subway, Quiznos, etc, Which Wich is definitely the better sandwich. The ordering process is fun, too.
