We had never been here before so we had questions that seemed a burden to them. The staff was repeatedly rude and the service was super slow. Our order was wrong, ordered an avocado wrap that literally was only hummus and lettuce. Seriously that place sucks. read more

I have been to many Which Wich locations...This was my least favorite. The sandwiches were good as always, but....They mix dressings and mustards. I ordered honey mustard on my sandwich and I received yellow...which to me is just gross. The person who made my sandwich explained that they mix some of there mustards and other dressings, which I thought was kind of odd. When I asked to have it remade, his demeanor was not friendly, like he thought I was insulting him to make another sandwich. Anyways...the second sandwich was good and the location was convenient. But, the staff lacks customer service and none of them were in uniform. Also, a little kid ran back into the kitchen and prep area screaming (the staff seemed to know him). I've eaten here maybe 4 or 5 times already and every single time, they screw up my order. For instance, I just went over there to grab a meatball sandwich. I requested white bread and mozzarella cheese. They gave me wheat bread and forgot to add the cheese. I'm tired of forking over $10 for a mediocre sandwich that isn't exactly what I'm looking for. But there were a few things I disliked. I had the meatball grinder and in my opinion the marinara was a little too strong. We have recently discovered this chain. We stopped here for sandwiches to go. Newer location having been open a year or so. You create your own sandwich on bag that tells what meat or sandwich you like. Chips, cookies, and shakes are available. Food is good, especially the house chips. Which Wich - Exterior - Sandwiches Near Me - Frisco, Colorado

Visited Which Wich on 10/12/19 around 2:45pm and my fiance ordered a Paleo wrap and I ordered a Gyro sandwich. The Paleo wrap had pieces of brown lettuce and brown avocado in it and my sandwich was on a pita not a baguette. My gyro sandwich also had no cucumber, pickled onions, or rotisserie roast beef. I asked the worker why my sandwich was on a pita and had no rotisserie roast beef and he said thats the way it used to be made and most people like it that way. He offered to change the bread but said the meat on the sandwich was correct. I have been to other which wich locations and have had a good experience but this location I do not recommend to anyone. read more

I haven't been to Which Which in a long time. Solid as any and what you would expect.

We were there for lunch. There were three people working and they all looked like they were either hungover or high and they were not clean. The one guy that was preparing the sandwiches had dreadlocks that were just hanging over the food-no hair net or anything. After a long wait, one of our sandwiches came up and then they dropped the other one on the floor. thank goodness we were there to see it happen or i'm not sure they would have made me a new one. They kept making the other sandwiches that were in line and we had to ask for them to remake the one they dropped. The place has gone downhill and there is always different employees there.
