The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. We also didn't realize until we got back to the Hilton that there were no napkins or condiments included with our order, even though we tipped 18%. The restaurant has a fun, unique atmosphere, but the dining area could have been cleaner. The trash bins were overflowing, and while there was a steady flow of customers, it didn't seem overly busy or like they were in the middle of a rush. It felt like there was enough downtime to stay on top of basic housekeeping. Overall, the food was good, the prices were fair, and we'd stop by again if we're ever back in Silverthorne. I think the biggest opportunity for improvement is simply customer service and hospitality small things like offering a receipt, checking that the order is complete, including napkins and condiments, and ending the interaction with a friendly send-off would go a long way.
