My absolute favorite is the Surf n Turf, which is Roast Beef and Crab Salad mixed together. Sounds a little weird but it's an amazing combo. Love this place, subs are good. Personally, I always get double turkey and their generous on packing the veggies in. I introduce this place to a couple of friends and they all have like it. Most I like about it is the options of meats, veggies, dressings, and spices. Any chance I get I come here, usually after a workout. Employees are nice and fast. On Saturday I placed an order and when I got to the location to pick it up, the girls behind the counter actually laughed and hysterically reported to me that they gave my order to someone else. That I would have to wait till they remake it. Okay, annoying, slightly rude, but understandable, it happens. Today I again ordered and when my wife picked it up and brought it home. My order was wrong. Not only did they not make the sandwiches correctly (Hers was missing a sauce and mine was missing a sauce), but one of our sandwiches (Imitation Krab) came oven hot. It's a COLD sandwich. I indicated COLD sandwich. Who eats hot imitation crab? That sounds like a good way to get sick. Then I called the location and was informed " Sorry, we can't do anything about that, you'll have to call back tomorrow when the manager is in to see if they're willing to do anything for you." Unprofessional. I realize it's probably part time food service, but this locations service has taken a nose dive. First time here. The order process was a bit confusing and the two crew members on staff weren't forthcoming with help. The service was okay, but very unfeeling and impersonal. Didn't feel welcome or feel my business was wanted. The food was okay. I ordered a regular chicken pesto sub with chips and a drink. Where the heck is my chicken? Was barely there. First time visiting. Hubby and I both had the traditional Philly Cheesesteak. Apparently whoever made the order did not read the bag as our desired veggies were not added, the ones we requested not to have were added. The bread was nice and crisp however, the meat was not hot with some cold pieces. I've eaten traditional phillies and this wasn't even close. The in house chips were decent but not not as full as a traditional lunch bag of chips. The bill for two sandwiches, 1 chip & 1 drink around $20. The drinks were good and place was clean. Cashier was friendly and we were told goodbye upon leaving. Overall not a good experience sandwich wise. I would not recommend nor will we be returning. read more

I wanted to write a great review but unfortunately my sandwich didn't live up to my expectations. My niece used to work here and told me they had the best sandwiches and so I stopped in. The best part was the service, I've never been here and the lady came from behind the counter grabbed the brown paper bag and helped me with my order. My sandwich was prepared quickly and I was out the door. I ordered the Banh Mi which was described as a soy glazed pork sandwich with carrots, jalepenos, shredded carrots, pickles, cilantro, and spicy mayo. What I received was what appeared to be boiled unseasoned pork (far from glazed) and the soy sauce was just not there. It had pickled jalepenos (not fresh as illustrated) and carrot sticks not shreds, and no cilantro which would have probably added a ton a flavor! Thankfully I got the combo with the jalapeno chips which added some flavor. I really wanted to like this place sadly I don't think I will return. :( read more

Absolute horrible service!! I placed an order at 11:37am , 6 sandwiches for a meeting conference. It is now 1:11 pm and we STILL have not received our order! Then they claim they only had one sandwich ready to go when the doordasher got there. Pick the one you want then use the provided Sharpies to customize your order. The thing is, the sandwich was fine but $18 for 2 people, ouch. I love this place! Every person I bring here for lunch gets hooked too. I like how I can save my sandwich bag and just walk in and hand it to the cashier. I love how when I ask for a certain veggie like black olives for a example I get more than a few like subway does. Everytime I go to subway I have to keep asking them to put extra veggies on it. By far the worst whichwich experience I have had. I rave about your food and the bulky flavorful sandwich the Wicked, Not only did I pay $13.00 for my sandwich , which is fine IF I'm getting my monies worth but it is not! It was a Small not a Large like I marked, there was a thread of each meat which normally you give a generous amount people can actually see and taste, today you could hardly tell it was on there, it may as well have been a grilled cheese sandwich I could of made for less at home. There was only 2 people on staff, which took my order on my lunch break 37 minutes to get out to me. Which understandable if its busy, but that shouldn't mean that the quality of the food your putting out should suffer especially for the amount of money people are paying to enjoy a lunch at your company. I ordered online and went to pick up. Let me just say that the BLT should be the BBLT or bacon bit lettuce and tomato. My hubby had the unfortunate experience to choke on a bacon bit and declined to finish his sandwich after the first bite. Not to mention he got it with avocado and the sandwich was swimming in avocado. I got the turkey sandwich that oozed avocado from every surface. This sandwich was more like avocado on bread with turkey sprinkles. I like avocado, but a little goes a long way, especially when the avocado comes mashed. Horrible managing customer service. We ordered our sandwiches online had them delivered. When we got them our orders were incorrect. So I went and told them about our issue and the manager was very rude didn't even want to see the mistakes they made on our order and even showed me difference between what chicken and turkey looks like. I went in with a positive attitude. The staff was friendly enough. I was ordering for three people, one sandwich asked for avocado and another sandwich asks for egg. Avocado is a semi regular item and they were out of it. No big deal continue on ordering and find out they're out of eggs. I don't know a lot of sandwich shops that offer egg on their sandwiches however this sandwich shop has a whole section dedicated to egg sandwiches. They were also out of egg. Great Food, Reasonably priced, and one of the BEST strawberry shake! I would've given them a 5 stars rating but their employee left NOTHING to be desired.
