We love Lenny's and have always enjoyed ordering from here, which is why this was so disappointing. This is the second time we've ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and received it with no cheese. (The creamy white sauce in the photo is mayo, not melted cheese.) It's literally called a Philly CHEESEsteak, and the photo on the menu clearly shows cheese, so we expected it to come with cheese. For a sandwich that costs almost $20, I expect it to be made as advertised. If customers are supposed to specifically request cheese, that should be made clear on the menu because the name and photo definitely suggest it's included. We're only leaving this review because it's happened twice. We really like Lenny's and will continue coming back, but we hope this can be addressed so future customers don't have the same disappointing experience. read more

Since I've never eaten here before I'm inclined to believe I may have gotten something else, because I've never had a hot Italian with the meat choices this one had. No lettuce, no tomato, no seasoning of any kind, just grilled meat, some onions and grilled green peppers. This has been my go to sandwich place for many years, so I kept giving it many chances to redeem itself. But no more; I'm going to find a new place. I order online for pick up and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Twice it was because they put cheese on my husband's sandwich - and this is a cheesesteak, so it's melted all together and he's lactose intolerant. I clicked "no cheese" on the app but on their end it shows them "no cheese, add provolone". One of the staff then yelled at my husband saying it was our fault (even though I had the receipt showing it was done correctly) and they weren't going to remake it and basically accused him of wanting a free sandwich and that we should have written no cheese also in the comments. He was so rude we almost didn't go back. We tried once more, and I added that extra note of "No Cheese" to the cheesesteak and it was finally made right, but when we got home, my son's mile high turkey was clearly a ham sandwich, so I called them to remake it and drove all the way up there to return the wrong sandwich and get the right sandwich. Then on my sandwich, the bread was clearly not fresh. The top was so crusty and hard. I had to pick the top layer off and just eat the inner layer of the bread. It was almost as if they had toasted it, but my bottom slice of bread was straingly still soft. So, I feel we have given them enough chances and will not return. read more

The ordering process was very easy to use and the food was ready on time to be picked up. My wife ordered the limited time chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I ordered the American club sandwich. Portion size for both was pretty solid, albeit a bit on the pricey side for a sub. When we had a chance to eat them, we both enjoyed what we ordered. The sandwiches both had fresh ingredients and were both made well (nothing falling out the sides like at some places). We had some chips at home so we did not order anything extra with them. Does anybody listen anymore? I called in an order for me and my son on the way home. I ordered a Club sandwich with extra bacon, and an Italian sandwich for myself. I ordered the Club with mayo and extra bacon. I ordered the Italian with NO mayo and NO pickles. So, OF COURSE, I walk out the door with my To-Go order and when I get home, my ITALIAN has pickles AND MAYO, instead of mustard. It was probably the worst sandwich I've ever had. This, on top of the fact that I requested that I didn't need the drinks with my order - and would only like the sandwiches and chips. I don't know if the guy at the register taking my order had a bad day, but he gave me attitude from the moment I walked into the door. I told him what I wanted and he asked if I wanted everything on it and I said yes. Look like he didn't like my answer and he rolled his eyes at me. Not once I gave him attitude, but he was very disrespectful to me. Customer service was definitely poor that day. I've never had to walk out until now thanks to that guy.
