Although the night crew is sketchy at best, I have to say that my afternoon experiences at this location are always very good. One employee does stand out however, and I want to mention her because she honestly makes my visits there extra special. That employee is Autumn. The two fellas working on 5 July were very helpful and understanding. I came in right before closing to make a quick order and forgot my card for payment. Even though they were about to close they let me know that If I ordered online they will make the sandwiches for me. At 9:05. They stayed and still made my order for me even though they were closed and I had to order it through the app. I appreciate the excellent customer service from Eric And X. I ordered online. The sandwiches were ready and quickly given to me when I got to the pick up area. We enjoyed the sandwiches a lot. Only downside was the avocado salad was so light on my wrap I barely could tell it was on there. The buffalo chicken and the black bean wraps were great. read more

Placed an order using GrubHub for pickup, and the order was completely wrong. We ordered two sandwiches, both were wrong, with the wrong toppings, and one was supposed be a lettuce wrap and the other with white bread. They completely mixed up both orders where my wife's toppings where on my sandwich and mine on hers and both came on lettuce. What a way to make a first impression! I mean a sandwich should be a sandwich but this wich was a bangin' wich! My party of 3 decided on a quick lunch at a new spot. I'm so glad we did! Upon entering and trying to figure out how to pick out Which Wich we were assisted by a young, polite guy I think his name was Ryan??? Any way he told us what to do and boom we were off to a great sandwich experience. I had the Italian, my hubs the wicked something, and my girl the pizza wich off the kids menu. They were out of yellow m&ms so they gave her a cookie which she enjoyed! Our sandwiches were made and on first bite I sat it down and thanked the Lord for the gift of sandwiches. It must be a sandwich angel working back there! It was neatly made, full of flavor, just the right size and quick. My hubby enjoyed his so much he said we are coming back next week. I love sandwiches, so when I saw this place pop up i was eager to try it. You go in, pick out a bag and mark what you want for your sandwich. I love this because you can take as much time as you need! The downfall is that you have to look up far to see the menu. I'm really short and i had a hard time seeing it. I do think the price is eeeeeh a little high, but i felt like for the amount of sandwich and the options available, it was okay. Very good place to get a sandwich if you want a change from something like subway. Many, many options and many different toppings. I came here during their grand opening and then I came here a second time a short time later. Honestly, I like this place and I will continue coming back. I'm a little mad they no longer carry the Cuban sub which, if you've never had it, it was delicious. But it's gone. I ended up having their muffaletta (sp?) and their Cobb salad wrap. Both were good, the wrap moreso on the ok side but there is room for improvement. The restaurant was very clean and the customer service that I encountered was great. The downside is that it is a bit of a sticker shock (expensive). I don't remember paying this much in Colorado or even at the one in Williamsburg, but it is what it is. I'll go as a once in a while treat. Here is a tip--if you bring back the plastic cup it may take some money off of your large drink bill. Inquire within. Also sign up for their rewards program. Very disappointing after coming to this store for months and loving it I came in about two weeks ago to find out the stopped making my sandwich. The girl at the register informed me that they still can and would make it just let them know, ok great! Well went back yesterday to find out that's not the case so I chose another sandwich and wasn't impressed really. My fiancée got her normal wich only to find out they changed everything about it, it was nothing like she got it last time including huge chunks of cheese and different chicken just a completely different wich but the same name. No signage letting you know of anything new other than new sandwiches to replace what I did eat which was a basic club. Idk why you would get rid of or stop making that sandwich but oh well other places still sell them so they will be getting my future business. read more

The Philly cheesesteak was pretty good and the cheese was melted and stringy as I pulled it apart. I ordered an oreo shake , and it was a little runny and warm. Went today and it was great! I got the Cobb salad wrap, which was generously filled and delicious. My husband got the Reuben and said it too was good. For $5 my kids got a sandwich, apples, carrots, milk and a token for m&ms. It was a big hit for the whole family and is a cool new addition to Harbourview. It seemed a little overwhelming at first with so many choices but once the helpful staff member walked us through how to order and customize our sandwiches it was no problem and with so much variety I am sure we will be back. read more

My family loves the Suffolk location. We initially had a problem with one of the shift managers and another employee on 3 separate occasions, but the co-owner and her daughter were there on our next visit and they assured us our problems with these employees wouldn't happen again! My daughter was ordering the kid's meal and only likes turkey and ham on her kid sub - nothing else, just bread and those 2 meats. The employees mentioned above refused to make her sandwich that way (even though on prior visits the other employees had no problems doing it) because of the way the meat is rolled up on the kid subs? It didn't even make sense and thankfully the owner agreed and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. North Suffolk location. Average is the best I can rate this shop. Clean, sufficient seating, helpful, courteous employees. I ordered: Ultimate BLT, Authentic Philly and Krab Salad sandwiches, with two 16 oz. milk shakes. Shakes were filled to 1 inch from the brim. Krab Salad was scarce and lacked flavor, just imitation crab shredded. Philly lacked true flavor, did not see or taste cheese. If you are looking for a good sandwich worthy of the price keep looking. Prices are high for the quality of your purchase. My recommendation go to the grocery store near by, I have always been pleased and prices are reasonable. read more

So I had never been here before but I'm always up for new things. I go with the wicked sandwich. Turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni, bacon. I hate roast beef so I ask to replace that with more turkey. The cashier says ok. Next thing I know I guess the manager says they will not replace the roast beef with the turkey. They want to charge me $5 to replace the roast beef with turkey. Keep in mind that the sandwich already cost $13.50. I also have 3 children who are getting sandwiches so I'm really irritated that I am spending $50 in a place that doesn't do substitutes. Those children are the only reason I paid but I will never go there again. I can get the same sandwich at grinders cheaper and they do substitutes. read more

This place is new, so the lines are absurd, but in all honesty the subs aren't worth the wait. It's basically a Quiznos with better marketing. There are tons of legitimate sandwich joints in the area if you want something actually gourmet. I'd put this place in the same league as Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's; all decent sandwiches when you're on the go. I make it to the shopping center were the Which Wich is once or twice a month. Due to the large number of food choices in the area that I enjoy I hadn't made it into the establishment until this past December. The concept is neat, the food wasn't bad, and in general the staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the concept is nothing more than novelty, there isn't enough seating, and the price to performance isn't there. From a service point of view I could take or leave the menu near the front, and write your order on paper bag things. I'd just as well tell the cashier what I want and then Which Wich could have more tables. Which they could very much use. The restaurant didn't feel busy , but there were only two tables available. Which probably wasn't made any better by the two employees taking breaks at two different tables. Moving to the food. It was OK. The ingredients didn't take any more quality than subway or something similar. Honestly the Gyro taste pretty close to Arby's and is about the same price (which is also over priced). There are a number of places to get a better gyro in Hampton roads were you'll get sit down restaurant service and quality for maybe a couple more dollars. The meatball grinder I got on my second trip I felt about the same about. Subway quality ingredients just pilled higher and for more than twice the price. I will say there was a pill of meat on the the sandwich, but other than that I don't have much to say. I'm not saying either visit was terrible because it wasn't. It is just another chain sandwich shop with a different gimmick. If I happen to be in the area and really wanted a sandwich I might stop in again. I won't be gong out of my way to hit it up, and I can promise it is going to lose to the many other choices near by more times than not. read more

Never get the crab salad sandwich. Very disappointed in how much crab meat they put on it for a $9.00 sandwich. The crab meat tasted horrible, i know it not real crab meat, but it tasted old. Non of the ingredients on my sandwich was even close to being fresh. Big disappointment and will not be returning. read more

We really enjoyed our sandwiches. Plenty of seating, tons of options for sandwiches, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were delicious, made quickly, and weren't overloaded with mayo/sauce to make them soggy which is nice. If you are looking for decent Italian sub, look elsewhere. I got purchased an Italian Club, with chips and drink, and added on a cookie. $14.06- the sandwich is maybe 6 inches and cut in half. There was very little meat on mine, the bread was soggy and mushy from the pesto... it was just not good and definitely overpriced. I would actually rate an Arby's Italian sub higher. Meh. Not great, not terrible. They put onions on the gyro after they were asked not to. The muffaletta is a particularly poor imitation of a real one, and was the worst of the four sandwiches.
