I'm not normally thrilled about Paneras, but this location is different. My French dip was delicious! The ciabatta roll was fresh and the flavors, including a cup of French onion soup for dipping, all went well together. Hopefully, they will keep the sandwich around since it's a limited edition. My Cobb Ranch salad was also fresh and tasty with lots of fresh ingredients, I also had the pomegranate hibiscus tea which was ok. It could have a stronger flavor but refreshing nonetheless. Love, love, love the food. Food is excellent with plenty of healthy choices. The service has always been pleasant for the most part. I know the employees work hard. Atmosphere is calm and serene, which is great for relaxing, reading, or meetings. My only complaint is not having a separate drive-through lane for app orders. I waited an hour to pick up an order I placed online for the drive thru. (Don't offer an order-ahead drive thru option if customers have to wait an hour in line to pick up.) I recently tried their lunch specials which had a half sandwich and soup or salad I was impressed with my friends leafy goodness I still went with my broccoli and cheddar but we split our portions and we loved both. The food was not what I was expecting. The top piece of bread was soggy from the sauce, so I had to remove it and eat the sandwich with just the bottom piece. The tomato was also soggy and didn't seem fresh, so I took that off as well. There was barely any meat on the sandwich. Let me start off by saying I love this franchise for their food,pastries and beverages. I ordered a breakfast steak bagel with egg,the bagel was not and soft and the egg was flavorful and fluffy, I get down to the last few bites and this piece of steak was the biggest toughest and not chewable which made the whole sandwich terrible. I don't believe they can tell if the meat is tough by looking at it so I'm not blaming anybody in particular but I was very disappointed in what I received from Panera, maybe it was just a bad section of meat but it doesn't change how my taste buds were let down. read more

I'm never really a fan of reviewing some chains but honestly I'm glad this place is around. It fits the bill of "healthy" and not breaking the bank. The advantage this place has over other places is the possible infrastructure and standards that are aligned with Panera. The pickled red onions are my favorite OMG. That garlic mustard aioli is so good. -Southwest chili lime salad. This by far my absolute favorite salad EVER! Not even kidding. I can't say enough about the current management at Panera. The manager was enormously pro-active in solving a problem I had with a gift card that was mistakenly thrown away. He contacted the main office and they tracked down the card and sent me another. We eat there often and like the new value meals and also that everything there is more fresh and high quality. I had no idea that Panera was offering family meals. This was just perfect! It came with 4 servings of everything, we got to choose 4 different sandwich halves, the soup and 4 chocolate chip cookies. Extremely dissatisfied with the portions of the bread bowls. I got a chicken n wild rice bread bowl and my wife got the creamy tomato and both of them weren't even close to being full to the top. After being in the drive through line for 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me- when we pull up to the window they tell me at 10am on a Sunday, Mother's Day, that they are out of bagels, that's all the online orders took them. I would've appreciated a sign outside saying that since at the point when you are ordering you can't get out of line. So don't bother going there for bagels without ordering online. read more

I have never had a bad experience the several times I come. Great customer service and food consistent each time. Panera has made changes to the menu to make some items healthier which of course a good thing for some of us that can't seem to only make a semi healthy decision. I tend to get a couple items out of the variety of choices offered but I like the rotation of menu items provided seasonally. There is outside seating available as well as tables and booths inside. They have started to bring your food to your table. This feature is the best when traveling with little ones. Leaving them at the table to pick up your food is not always the best or safest thing to do. Delivery service just started although I was told that it is a very limited area (sadly I think I do not make the cut). On random days I have been priveleged to samples. They also have computers to place your order to avoid the lines. Lines are usually worse during the week around lunch time. Very kid friendly in that they offer a kids menu and provide highchairs. A community bulletin board is also on the wall for the locals! read more

The manager on duty is completely rude. Rude to both customers and third party vendors. I witness her being nasty to my delivery driver who was informing her my order was not available. Apparently the Panera gave my $70 dollar order to another driver who miss delivered my order to the wrong place. My actual driver was trying to notify management that the order was picked up by someone else. The manager on duty Brianna ignored the driver several times as he tried to get her attention. The door dash driver who was super nice waited for her as she refused to remake the food. As a customer my needs come first but Brianna was too preoccupied trying to get a "DoorDash" credit to the restaurant than to remake my food while the driver continued to wait. She claims that the order was delivered but even on the Panera app the update was stuck on "Preparing Order." Brianna finally spoke to us after we called the restaurant several times. I am in the service industry and have an understanding of how DoorDash works. You can request a DoorDash credit as a vendor at any time. Instead of making my priorities of a customer first by remaking my food Brianna choose the company needs first. She was more concerned with getting her credit then just remaking the order and fulfilling the customers needs first. She also disregarded a door dash delivery driver trying to help the situation and do his own job as well. This is definitely an issue with management priorities and if this is how Panera conducts business, then you may need to second guess how service works. read more

The last 4 times I have been to this location they either forgot to put eggs in my salad or they don't have ingredients to complete the salad . I'm paying full price for less ingredients. I've also been told by the cashiers that they had all the ingredients just to be disappointed when I open my salad. You should have a sign saying you are out of certain things . These people put ONE singular slice of cheese on THE thickest brioche bread I have ever seen in my life and popped it in the microwave! I called and let them know that I wasn't happy with my order and the person I spoke with told me to let me know all I had to do was come in and let someone know and I would be taken care of. Fast forward to tonight when I pull up to the drive through to do just that only to be accused of trying to steal a meal from them because the person I spoke to didn't write my name in their Trash Orders Book! I've yet to eat here when it's not busy. Early, mid-day, late....it's always busy. The line moves fast enough....they just need more seating. Great Sandwiches, soups, and salads. And the pastries! The bagels are good and they slice for you. Downfall: expensive. Our family of 4 often spends close to $50 for a meal here. They do have a rewards card but they are random rewards and expire before I ever get back to use them. Wish it was cheaper or we would be here more often. I like the seasonal menu items. read more

I like Panera when traveling. This one is nice in that it is close to the highway exit. It also has outdoor seating in the shade. We stopped on our way to OBX, NC. Also I ordered the poppyseed berry salad it was good but my only complaint is whoever prepared the salad placed the hard bottom part of the lettuce in my salad.
