No big deal, I am flexible. The service she provided was sub-par. It was one of the worst fills I ever had. Within a day, the gel chipped off. I left a message for her asking if I could come in and get it fixed. No reply. She was very responsive to text messages when she was rescheduling me, but when I asked for a fix....crickets. Ghosted. I had another fill scheduled three weeks out. I had to go out of town, so I asked her to reschedule me. I reminded her about my chipped nail. I included a screen shot of her reply. I was floored - she said "our personalities were not a good fit" and I was not welcome in her salon. If we had an awkward interaction, I certainly wasn't aware of it. She and I chatted in a friendly way about her gorgeous french bulldogs, light topics. Nothing adversarial. No idea why this lady decided to get personal and fire me as a client. I have a feeling she has plenty of regular clients and doesn't like snowbirds or townies. My opinion, go anywhere else. Especially if you are not a local.

She also offers other services. She's so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She took her time and gave great advice on how to care for my nails. Just like many business, she was greatly impacted by the pandemic and said she lost more than half of her business if not more since people didn't want to abide to the mask mandate and then did not return since so she very much appreciated our business.
