Had a really good experience with these folks. I found the drivers to be professional and the booking folks to be flexible - I had to book with less than 24 hours notice, and while their website wouldn't allow for a booking on a timeline that short, the person who picked up the phone when I called (as the website instructed me to) was very courteous. I have used the shuttle many times and loved it. Convenient, safe, friendly. The drivers have always been great, till today. Fidgety, talked to herself, exceeded speed limit frequently, did not seem in control of the vehicle, poor poor driver. Couldn't wait to get off. read more

Worst experience ever! If you care about your safety...drive yourself. Two years ago I took the shuttle from Oak Harbor to the airport and the shuttle wrecked at the airport. Not once was passenger safety considered. Now as I'm writing this I had no choice but to take the shuttle again. The entire way the driver was speeding 5-10mph over the speed limit. Around some curves speeds were over 20mph suggested curve speed. Video evidence of the speeding was taken. If the speeding isn't enough of a concern, just to name a few other safety related items would be random jerks of the steering wheel, picking up a passenger while in the flow of traffic and taking off before the passenger was even seated without warning. This driver needs disciplinary action and in my opinion his commercial license suspended. This is downright pathetic and needs an investigation now by not only management but DOT safety. read more

Horrible! I had to put my elderly parents on the shuttle today. It is 80 degrees here in Oak Harbor. There was no air-conditioning on the shuttle and the windows did not open! Seattle was even warmer! Reaching temperatures close to 90 degrees. My mom and dad mentioned feeling faint at times. I called to make a complaint and asked for a refund and was told to try and call back tomorrow. Poor customer service. My suggestion is to only use the shuttle in the winter months, but bring a blanket you might freeze if they don't have a heater. read more

Absolutely awful, find another way on or off the island. On our trip from Whidbey to the airport, the shuttle company was aware that there was only one ferry running that day. Rather than make a phone call to the people who they *obviously* know are trying to make it to the airport to tell them to either get to the ferry earlier or make other arrangements, they decided to let us take our chances. That combined with the fact that our driver was late picking us up and lollygagging the whole time meant that we missed the only ferry and subsequently our flight. We weren't even cutting it close time-wise. If they had been on time and we hadn't missed the only ferry, we would have gotten there with ample time to spare. Cost our group $1500 because we had to book a different flight home. AND they refused to reimburse us for at least our shuttle fees. The cherry on top was how infuriatingly rude both the driver and the "customer service" woman was. I absolutely refuse to use this awful company again. I would rather drive an hour out of my way to avoid another one of their costly errors that they refuse to acknowledge. I hope they go out of business. read more

Traveling as a mom alone with a toddler, most shuttles will help with bags and such. That was not the case here. The shuttle driver entered my hotel, did not say anything to me, then walked back to the shuttle. Hotel staff was appalled he didn't offer to help with my bags (had a stroller with my son, a small carry on, a small duffle bag, a diaper bag, and a car seat...impossible to carry in one trip for me alone). I dragged all of my stuff quite haphazardly out which was loaded on. I attempted to get up the shuttle steps with baby on my hip and car seat in my other hand while the driver starred at me with no offer for help. Once in the shuttle he sat and watched as I attempted to get the car seat up and over onto the seat. As this happened, my son leaned out off the shuttle seat I sat him on and fell (no big deal, kids fall). I quickly scooped him up and finally got the car seat hooked up and ready. Again no offer of help and he didnt ask if we were ok. At the next stop we pick up two more passengers. Then the driver decides to say while laughing (and I quote), "Ha is your baby ok since you dropped him on the ground?" He continued to laugh when I mentioned his comment was rude and that my son fell, I did not DROP him like he stated. Needless to say I was embarrassed and upset. When I spoke to the manager he told me that the driver is not expected or required to help with bags ever (which is funny since a review on here stated all drivers usually help). I mentioned that should be communicated as I would have found an alternate option knowing I needed help (and every other shuttle I've used always provides help) which he said he will never communicate that on their website. The manager also claimed that I should have asked for help because it wasn't obvious I needed it (though I feel when I'm paying for a service I didn't think I had to ask for the person to do their job). He also did not seem to think the driver's comments were that big of a deal. When I mentioned I wouldn't be using the service again, he assured me that it didn't matter because he has thousands of customers a year. I said ok but I'll still be communicating this with my command. He then went off on me stating (again, word for word), "I'm sick and tired of the military thinking they deserve better treatment than everyone else in this town!" I never asked for better treatment, I explained the driver was rude and that I would inform a large group of people about the situation. I could have said I'd warn my whole softball team, it didn't matter, I in no way implied anything about better treatment for military. One bad driver I could have over looked and settled with an apology from the manager, but the manager's behavior and attitude was absolutely appalling. He then refused to step away from me, physically attempting to intimidate me, when I said I would walk down Goldie and find a different way to my vehicle on base. I simply cannot support a business that thinks treating customers poorly is ok because they get thousands of others. I will never use their service again. read more

I have taken this shuttle many times over the past several years. Also many friends and family have utilized this service. I've been pleased until the past two trips I've taken on the shuttle. I took a shuttle in September and January. This review is only in regard to the return trip which is the 10:45 pm shuttle. Both of these trips had the driver's far exceeding the speed limit on I 5 particularly through the downtown area. The speed limit is 60 mph. Both times the shuttle drivers exceeded the speed limit. At times almost approaching 80 mph. In September the roads were rain drenched and in January they were just recovering from a snow event. I travel with my young child and to me it is unacceptable that a shuttle driver would exceed a speed limit by so much. What about the safety of all of those on board? We pay a quite a bit for this service and I would expect a certain level of safety on board. I will definitely reconsider using this shuttle again. It's a shame because like I said, I have always had a good experience until these past two trips in the past 4 months. There was an older gentleman who used to drive at night a lot. I always felt very safe while he was driving. I hope the company will take this review seriously. I wasn't the only one on this January trip who was nervous. Two women behind me were commenting on the speed at which were navigating around curves through Coupeville. It was extremely windy and the shuttle was going all over the road. read more

The Sea-Tac to Whidbey shuttle was very nice. I had a little trouble with the first guy I had, he didn't take me to the right place. But he was willing to correct his mistake. The second guy I had (Eric I believe was his name) was awesome! Super kind & caring, I would definitely recommend. Buses are nice etc. read more

We used Whidbey-Seatac Shuttle during our wedding weekend and they were amazing! They worked with us to create a schedule for all of the events and they were very punctual. The buses were clean and nice, and the drivers were really friendly. At the end of the wedding, they helped us haul all the gifts and decor back to my parents' rental house! Several of our guests used them to get to/from Seatac and that worked out great as well. I would absolutely recommend them! read more

I've always had positive experiences with them until yesterday when I booked a last minute 1 way trip from SeaTac. The 1 way fare for a senior on their web site is $40.00. In addition I was charged $10 for a pet in carrier and $2.00 for booking less than 24 hours in advance. No where on their web sites are these fees listed and when I called them they said they have a variety of unlisted fees and were not able to waive mine. My objection is not so much to the fees themselves but the fact they are hidden and not clearly spelled out on their site or reviewed with you on the phone if it is a phone reservation. read more

We have been riding and sending family members on the shuttle for quite some time! We absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone. It's the only affordable and direct way to get from whidbey to seatac airport and vice versa. I always call to make the reservations and love talking to the girls in the office. The drivers are equally friendly & are very helpful with our bags. A few years ago we had to travel with toddlers and our driver Steve was very patient with us while he helped unload our stroller and made sure we had absolutely everything. It's a very easy service to use even for people who aren't familiar with the island. Never had a bad experience! Don't waste your time driving yourself. read more

Be very careful using this service. Ensure you have a solid back-up plan. I had a reservation, and they called 20 minutes prior to pick-up and said they would be a little late getting on the Navy base with the long lines for security. I told them that's fine, that it took me 25 minutes to get through security onto the base. They then called me back at the pick-up time and said they weren't coming to get me because the line was too long. They asked if I could get picked up at the 7-11, but I couldn't leave my car there for 2 weeks. Since they insisted they couldn't come get me, and really weren't concerned about it, I had to quickly drive to the airport. I called the manager, James Johnson, later and discussed the problem. His response was, "Well, sometimes these things happen". It's a gamble if you use this service. Be sure you don't get dropped off expecting them to get you as scheduled. read more
