She is always reliable, and most importantly, takes excellent care of our cats, which are like children to us! This is no easy feat, as we have 9 cats, some of whom have special needs related to diet and/or medications, including injections. Chelle is always there for us (we make sure to book her as early as possible when we see a trip on the horizon) and not only take such excellent care of our fur kids, but also checks in with us, including photos, to ease our minds while we are away from home. He suffered and I took him to another vet who examined his swollen cheek and said it was cancer from my stupid friend giving him Chicken of the Sea. I never allowed any of my cats have cheap tuna as it well known carcinogenic. The type of cancer he had is very fast growing. His mama, brother snd sisters saw Sweetie leave in his carrier and carrier came home empty. His mama sniffed and meowed for days and would look inside the carrier for her baby. Glenfair was vet our family used in 70s and 80s and vet retired and sold practice to another very kind vet who was so kind when I had to euthanize another cat because a neighbor poisoned him. Vet tried to treat him but Vandal stopped eating and went into kidney failure. This was 2010. I moved away and back in 2020 and found out this kind man sold Glenfair to this new kind of vet who like so many vets these days only see dollar signs instead beloved family members. I doubt this "vet" could careless about all these terrible reviews. I believe the cancer was evident during teeth cleaning and the staff was more concerned with collecting cash for their fee. No Checks.

About four days before the appointment, they send a text and email asking you to confirm your time window. However, after confirming, they changed my appointment without any notification until the day of the appointment. Instead of the original one-hour window, I was suddenly expected to wait up to five hours for their arrival. It appears they overbook appointments and then shuffle customers around at the last minute without notifying them in advance. When I called to ask about this business practice, the owner repeatedly talked over me instead of addressing my concerns. When I continued asking questions, he simply hung up on me. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

So it had been awhile since I'd utilized Jet Pet, but I remembered loving them previously and trusted them again while I was away in NYC for a wedding with my husband. I left my kids and my older dog, Georgia with my father in law for the weekend, but decided to treat Neymar, my 8 month old puppy, to a staycation at JPR. Based on the report card I received, the pictures that were posted, and how tired Neymar was when I picked him up five days later, he had an absolute blast! I swear - he was sad to leave when I drove him home! I'll definitely return for boarding... and perhaps even some doggy daycare too.
