Because of this people who do not reside here walk through and throw their trash around , smoke and drink while hanging out at the end of some of the buildings and leave their butts and beer bottles strewn around. A few years ago there was a stabbing here between teens that don't reside here. The bushes surrounding the property have become overgrown and not taken care of . This complex has steadily gone downhill since Association Management has taken control of this property. Other properties that Association Management and Tony Sorr own ad manage have also gone downhill.
